I stayed for two nights and was not able to have my room cleaned because of an every two day work shift, which I was not told about when I checked in. I got towels from the pool area. Used the hot tub twice , which was like warm at best and the jets were not working .

This hotel was ok. The rooms were quiet, clean and spacious with nice beds. The customer service was poor, we had to ask several times and different staff to get towels to the pool and coffee made in the lobby, the front desk staff seemed to ignore each request so we’d go up to our room and call housekeeping. The restaurant in the hotel was fantastic! The pool area was unkempt and dangerous. It didn’t require a key fob to enter and one morning we went to the pool and the area was trashed. Garbage everywhere, safety equipment strewn about, tables chucked into the pool…. The staff didn’t seem to notice or care.

The unprofessionalism and condescending tone if the front desk staff was beyond acceptable. The situation i was in was totally out of my control and the staff did not show empathy neither acknowledgement of the same while service delivery factorization was at its bare bottom. Lack of second elevator added to the issues with challenges going up and down.

Everything was wonderful; food, staff, pool etc. The room was lovely with the exception of the heater/fan under the window. I had to call maintenance for assistance and learned if I wanted heat I had to put off with a very loud fan

Room 812 has a vent in the bathroom that is extremely loud. Obviously known as there is an exterior metal door for it. Even with the door closed the loud hum kept me up all night. Hot tub water was very green looking and smelled. New pub was fantastic. Great service. Great atmosphere.

The king size bed sank on one side when you got into bed. You felt like you had to sleep sideways and lean inwards. There was debris of some sort under the desk and shelf where the vaccuum had obviously either did not reach or was not used. I happen to look underneath when looking for a dropped item.

Everything i would expect from this hotel chain. The only thing that turned me off was a small clump of hair on one of the pillows. Didnt take any pictures, or make a big deal of it. Just didnt use that pillow.

The person, who checked us in at 10:30pm was very pleasant. The room was clean, but I was disappointed to see that they do not use mattress protective bags, for allergens and bugs. The bathroom was spacious but needs attention to the grout, caulking etc. We didn't get to explore the rest of the property and thus can not review more than this.

Unfortunately probably the worst mattress I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. Actually had a big dip in it from right of center. Felt like I was sleeping on a ledge. Staff were nice and place generally lovely. But $220 for that mattress is unacceptable. Will be requesting a refund, or not staying there again and advising my soccer team the same.

Great lobby and staff, and a fantastic restaurant. The food was incredible. Went to lay in bed to have a great nights sleep and encounter THE worst hotel bed I have ever experienced. In the most expensive suite available. A bed that should have been in a dumpster…The bed was only half usable. One side was a big divot, broken springs coils, as if someone had slept in the same place for 25 years. I was honestly impressed with this hotel up until that point. The one thing hotels should strive for is a comfortable sleep/bed. Everything else should be secondary. Not in this case. Far from it. We stay in Edmonton quite frequently and this will be the last time we stay at the Four Points (Which is unfortunate because the restaurant was truly incredible)

Front desk was amazing! I didn’t think I was even able to check in as I was early. The staff was amazing! (Didn’t get her name) very warm and welcoming. She was also multitasking trying to find a cab for 2 pilots. She was so great!! Checked in Nov 29 at 130!!

I purched a room via Expedia and upon check in i was told i would need a credit card to be charged. I said ok and produced my debit visa. I was told that wouldnt work. So i said i already paid $200 for the room. The money is gone, out of my account. They said thats between me and expedia. I paid for a room. Room is paid for, BUT i cant stay because you dont except debit VISA....VISA. i literaly went next door and got a room with my debit VISA....VISA. will get my money back and YOUR company didnt make $200 AND I definetly wont EVER stay at a Delta.

The hotel is very unappealing. Cold and cavernous. Paid $20 pp for breakfast when we signed up and got a coupon for $15 at third party restat while basic breakfast was $20. Hotel staff refused to deal with issue. So far Expedia is just as bad. No news channels on the Tv.

Hotel was fine. Didn’t list that their restaurant/bar was closed for renovations. The suite we got was listed on Expedia as “separate bedroom” and wasn’t. Made putting a 1 year old to bed much harder and was the only reason I needed that separate bedroom.

Good Value for the money. Had the Steak and Gnocci in the restaurant. It was bland and tasteless. Waitress wanted to argue about whether the dirt on our celery was dirt or brown from being too old. Also never came to check with us on how our meal was for at least 20 minutes. Nice hotel. Would recommend eating elsewhere.
