All good. Single room was modern, clean and cozy. Had 2 breakfasts and 2 dinners and was happy with everything. Well equipped fitness centre. It's a short walk from the train station and a longer walk from the main sights. Greenwich is lovely of course.

An amazing stay the DoubleTree Hilton, Greenwich. Comfiest beds, immaculately clean and wonderful, friendly staff. The breakfast was to die for! Well worth the money! And the fresh cookie on arrival was a bonus! We used the hotel gym each morning and the equipment was high-spec, clean and all in perfect working order. 3 minute walk to the station. Could not fault this hotel at all! Thank you!

Overall this is a nice hotel. But: the restaurant was only open for breakfast. Dinner was available in the bar if you were willing to eat on a coffee table while sitting in a lounge chair and the food was just mediocre. The restaurant/bar staff was great but the house staff either didn't care or didn't know how to deal with issues that came up with our shower slowly fluctuating back and forth from very hot to very cold or our back-to-back booking. They did accommodate our request for a more suitable room when we checked in though.

This is my second time staying here .i requested the top floor as before as the veiws were beautiful and so was the room. Unfortunstely the condition of the room was poor .i paid to stay in the delux queen family room .Unfortunately the only thing delux was the price i paid for it . The walls had marks on it and the shower was grimy. Its a good job i walk with my cleaning products .The mini bar condist of water,sparkiling water a can of coke and a can of sprite. I stayed for 2 days and no coke or sprite on the second day . Had to call for housekeeping as my room had not been cleaned when we returned . On our last day we had not checked out as yet and there was maintenance being carried out on the 9th floor early in the morning .The rooms were being done. This hopefully explains the lack of care in the rooms However, knowing that the rooms were being repaired or refurbished why let them out ????. Also heads up if you are looking to book here and you drive book your parking in advance spaces are very limited .Also the bathtobes are very small .i am a size 12 and it did not fit. The breafast is ok .Really hope the rooms get sorted out .

Our go to hotel in the Greenwich, Peckham area. Efficient, clean and comfortable. Nice rooms, and quiet. Staff very helpful. Food options in the hotel limited as the restaurant is not always open. No outside eating or drinking space.

The best Hilton I've ever stayed at. Lovely rooms, professional and attentive staff, breakfast is excellent value (as expected) and there's private free parking which is a big bonus being in London. That being said the parking is limited, so make sure to pre-book! I'll happily stay again if I come back to the area

Disappointing stay, poor Mattress and early morning noise I stayed at the Hilton in Greenwhich last night,unfortunately my experience was below expectations. When I arrived the receptionist didn’t seem welcoming. Which gave a poor first impression. The room itself was fine in the basement, but the mattress was in terrible condition,when i sat on it, it sank all the way down,making it very uncomfortable to sleep on,to make matters worse from around 7:00am then was continuous noise from the gym above my room, which made it impossible to get any rest after a late night, I only managed about four and a half hours of sleep in total, overall I left feeling quite disappointed.

I stayed with my husband as a pre new year treat. I have been to many hiltons and stayed in this onexa few years back and it isnt the same. Check-in was quick but routine and almost rushed not sure what happened to the cookie but this wasnt offered and had to ask about breakfast times most hotels advise you at this point. Additionally I would have been given the wrong room if I wasnt quick to correct what I had booked online. The room was ok a bit of a sqeeze for a king room but extremley comfortable bed. Down side is there was noticeable wear and tear and the shower was extremely dirty this didnt look as though it had been cleaned or maintained prior to our arrival so neither myself or my husband used this but instead used the bath. I did ask for a room with a view but overlooking the car park was not what I expected especially as there are other floors that would have catered to this. Breakfast was ok service seemed slow in replenishing this which put me off enjoying. Also not sure why on our first day someone barged in to check if thexroom had been cleaned to standard even when I asked wgo it was. Surely there would be another process to check this. All in all I am somewhat disaplointed as hiltons generally have a standard but I didnt experience it.

The reception team were lovely and efficient. The breakfast was very food and the restaurant very well maintained. The staff were really good. The room was an upgrade and had great views. Sadly things like no shower curtain or screen meant water went all over the floor and soaked the shower mat. The mirror needed a new battery and there was only one pair of slippers. Probably not for everyone but we use them after the shower. That was the main reason we reduced our score on cleanliness. Someone had even written their name in the steamed up windiw during our stay. Strange.

The room was fine albeit it quite tired. Marked walls, bad mildew around the taps etc. the windows were also filthy. but fine for one night. However, there was ridiculously loud maintenence work that woke me up at 8am& continued till I checked out. Trying to find reception you will be on hold for more than ten minutes! They told me they had no idea what the noise was, then called back and said oh we’re fixing the air conditioning. There was no mention of this when I checked in. I suggested a partial refund as I’d worked nights and couldn’t sleep in. They said no, after I tried twice. All they offered me was a room upgrade were I to return, which obviously I won’t. At £150 and with the noise I think it’s a rip off. The person on reception wasn’t much help at all, although Muhammed at check in was exemplary.

Good hotel, nice location. Hotel staff were friendly and replaced our lost hotel card for free. 3 mins to Deptford Bridge DLR station or 6 mins to Greenwich Station making it ideal for commuting. The only slight negative was that the rooms weren’t quite as soundproof as we’d like as you could hear people in the halls but otherwise, a lovely experience.

It was OK for the price, but the room was small, it had a very small window which was above head height, so couldn’t see out. Very difficult to walk around the bed. Breakfast was good

The rooms were clean but too cramped. It felt as though we were squeezed into such a small place but charged for a huge room. I requested for adjacent rooms and received an email prior to our arrival that it would be accommodated. When we were checking in, the receptionist informed us that our rooms were adjacent but in two different floors (802 and 902)! I didn’t realize that adjacent has a different meaning for Hilton group of hotels. Where are we going to access each room? Through the floor/ ceiling? The check out staff were very accommodating and nice. We did request to store our luggage after check out as our ride was not available yet. The staff helped us with ensuring that they’re labeled and stored correctly.

For a hotel/chain that is meant to be above the norm, this fell woefully short. Small room, bits hanging off and in need of repair, 2 teabags as 'complementary', the toilet with a frosted glass door that still offers basically zero privacy, a TV that can't get most channels... Save your money. Stay in a Premier Inn.

Great view from our room. Staff was helpful, polite and efficient. Breakfast had a wide variety of choices: eggs, meats, vegetables, cereals, pancakes, fruit etc. Something for everyone. Plus it was refreshed regularly.

We had such a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were so welcoming and friendly and very attentive to both me and my 5 year old. The breakfast was lovely, but I’d have liked to have had more vegetarian options for the cooked breakfast, perhaps some veggie sausages? The room was perfect - everything was clean and fresh and we could just about spot the London Eye from our window! It was a short walk to and from Deptford Bridge DLR station which was so convenient. I have recommended this hotel to everyone since I’ve returned from our trip. We will definitely book again when we come back to London.

Slightly disappointing stay but easily rectifiable by the hotel. We booked a family room for the night, arrived to find windows facing a brick wall and one roller blind in the room broken and stuck in closed position thus making for a very dark room. In the morning we put on 'do not disturb' sign and left for breakfast with our toddler. Returned an hour before checkout to find housekeeping had entered the room, partially stripped beds, moved our belongings, and left cleaning products all round the room and bathroom (washing in sink, toilet brush and chemicals in toilet) - less than ideal when needing to still use the bathroom prior to checkout. Front desk staff all very friendly, helpful and the hotel itself clean and in a great location. Think we were just unlucky with the room and checkout morning events.

Poor check-in Insisting on a £50 "damage deposit" is very down market practice a reflects their management poorly. Decor in common space and rooms are quite dated and tatty. Paint damaged, grotty carpet in room. Sheets are nice but mattress was very tired, well used and needs to be replaced. Someone tying my door at night was frightening. The mind boggles.

I can't say enough about the entire staff. They helped with everything. From tracking down the cab I lost my phone in, directions to the stations, to the transportation needed to get anywhere we wanted. They were amazing.

The pros: DoubleTree Greenwich graciously squeezed an order for wings in for us right as (or after) the kitchen was to close on the night we arrived. The restaurant was lovely for a sit-down meal the next day. And that extra pair of cookies -- it is a DoubleTree! -- hit the spot. The facilities were clean and comfortable throughout, too. The hotel, though, loses a star for two reasons: One, we had specifically reserved a queen and got a double. (We were too tired after our arrival and those wings to notice the first night.) Two, the path to the hotel from public transit from the south is a bit dodgy at night; there's nothing DoubleTree can do about that, I know, but it is a reality. If you're going to stay there -- and I'd recommend the place -- try to come in from the north.

Central located you can take the bus or train to get to get anywhere in London. London Tower, Big Ben, Oxford Street, London Eye, Sky Garden etc. There is Greenwish market and district which is like 10 minutes walk.

This is a lovely hotel (former police HQ). I always enjoy staying here. The rooms are fantastic, the beds very comfortable not to mention the enormous bathroom this time. Staff are incredible and so accommodating. However the cooked breakfast did not do it for me. The bacon did not look appetising and the scrambled eggs had that MRE texture about them. There is plenty of food choice, however I fancied something hot for my day ahead. Did not feel it was worth the price I paid, sadly.

Amazing!! We stayed for new years eve. We were planning to go to the point to watch the fireworks but we had an amazing view of the london eye from our room so stayed in the warm!! Food was amazing, especially breakfast. Staff were all very helpful too.

Perfect dtsy for an overnight stay in London. A small room but comfortable and clean. We had an issue with the toilet which was fixed straight away after we told the reception. Breakfast was excellent.
