Room was small but comfortable and clean. Room service staff were cheerful and polite. TV reception was intermittent but bearable. The staff on the front desk were efficient but somewhat miserable - maybe the hot weather was getting to them. Overall, a good stay and I shall return.

A good choice to stay as it is easily connected to Greenwich and Blackheath. Car parking is available but not too big space.

The hotel was comfortable and quiet enough. The rooms are worn and dirty, marks on the walls and dirty carpets. The biggest let down was the parking which was advertised at the hotel, we emailed a week before but were told no parking was available but that staff could direct us to parking when we arrived. When we did arrive staff were less than helpful and another guest had to advise us. I don't think that parking should be shown as offered if it clearly isn't, it doesnt seem as though anyone was allowed to use the parking on site.

We were told the only room available was one in the basement, I can see why others had refused to stay there. Every time someone in the rest of the hotel flushed the toilet we could hear it (to the point it woke us up everytime, all night!). There was a huge clump of hair in the bed and the bathroom flooded when you had a shower. We were offered a £40 refund (room was £177) I refused this and was offer a 50% refund which was still not enough but was all they were prepared to offer.

We had a Queen bed room and found it to be clean but slightly tired with a leaking sink drain and the blind over the dressing table did not roll up. You have to Pre book the parking before arrival which I wasn't aware of. The staff were friendly, helpful and courteous and the breakfast buffet had a great selection.
