the service was great and i a rather central location. we decided to Uber to other locations in Mexico City. The hotel has a convenient drive up for the taxi/Uber drivers. the rooms have opening windows which i like. the bar restaurant downstairs is very good. This was a great value overall and close to the airport upon departure.

El desayuno buffet esta excelente y es variado. Calidad precio excelente, todo el personal es bueno y atento. Tiene estacionamiento, tiene elevador, el internet no es muy bueno pero tampoco terrible. Tiene una buena localización.

Hotel Flamingos is a new, modern, and very clean small hotel that offers over-the-top value for its very budget-friendly price. The small lobby and single elevator are adequate, and rooms are compact but well-furnished and thoughtfully designed. Toilet, walk-in shower, and sink are compartmentalized. Heating and AC worked very well. The daily rate even includes a well-provisioned hot buffet breakfast. If you're looking for a pleasant stay at a budget price I recommend the Hotel Flamingos.

Flamencos Hotel is "very" perfect. Very friendly, very secure, very clean, and very central. From our arrival at 1am, there was a conciege security guard opening the door for us and a hotel receptionist to check us in. The room was spacious, very clean, modern with a rain forest shower and "whisper close" toilet seats and flush, and exceeded our expectations. The hotel restaurant was very good as they served a small breakfast buffet for all kinds of taste along with fresh cut fruits while the day and night menu also had a good selection of food. Try their Arrachera as it was excellent! The gym on the 7th floor was clean and peaceful. The surrounding area is the older downtown called Centro and although some reviews frowned on this, you have to keep in mind that this historical area comprises of 668 blocks so everything looked and felt the same within this area. We walked everywhere and the old streets and storefronts, the taco stands on every corner, the roar of the crowd was throughout these 668 blocks. So if you want to stay in Centro, Flamencos is one of the best hotel values. Kudos to the management team for their professionalism and hospitality especially big thanks to Saul, Edouardo, Rosendo, and Veronica who made our stay even more enjoyable! Plus the hard working maid Ani-Lou who cleaned our room every day.

Overall it's a really good hotel with very friendly staff and a good hot breakfast buffet too. Close to the Zocalo (15 min walking), Bellas Artes & Torre Latino Americana (25 min walking), Basilica de La Virgen de Guadalupe (45 min Uber), Chapultepec (45 min Uber) Teotihuacan Pyramids (1 hour Uber) Xochimilco (1 hour Uber) AIFA (1 hour Uber) and the Mercado Pino Suarez (1 min walking ) too. It's next to a bus station that makes it inconvenient for Ubers. We didn't have any issues with the locals but I would advise anyone to be cautious anyway. Lots of food stands around but not really restaurants, so the restaurant at the hotel is convenient. Traffic everywhere is usually always bad in Mexico City so expect delays to everywhere. The gym was good but the AC wasn't working and they don't replenish the waters frequently enough. Mosquitos were everywhere and I didn't see any UV traps for them. Overall it's a really good hotel, even with family and kids, but don't expect luxury but it is way better than most for the price.

No matter if I had a reservation but I took decision do not sleep in this Hotel, the reason it was the room isn't equiped with A/C any room. The temperatur in the city is hot. They offer only a fan if you have luck because are limited. This information are no provided in the website. I recognize the hotel style is nice but I can't belive that use Boutique without A/C. I'll give another opportunity some day when they fix this importan point

The entire staff were absolutely amazing! The front desk and the guys that stand in the front were exceptional! They were so friendly and helpful! The waiters during the breakfast time were very attentive and welcomed us in every morning and made sure we were always ok. The cleaning service were amazing as well and left everything so clean and well made. The breakfast was amazing as well. We were very impressed and definitely coming back to this hotel.

This is a wonderful little hotel! Super friendly staff(most speak English), super clean, and the comfortable rooms are tastefully decorated. We stayed 5 nights and walked or took an Uber (surprisingly affordable) to all the places we visited. The hotel offers a breakfast and we were pleasantly surprised that they served fresh fruit every morning, but also vegetables! The hotel is located a 15 minute walk directly out the door of the hotel, so it is easy to see all the historic center from this location. There is a subway stop one block from the hotel, and you cannot beat the 7 peso price. We would stay here again!

The Hotel was nice very convenient to local everything. Front was very nice restaurant was staff also very and friendly. Food at the restaurants especially dinner was great. MY ONLY ISSUE WAS THAT KING SIZE BED WAS HARD AS A ROCK. FRED FLINTSTONE WOULDN'T SLEEP ON IT.

The stay started with me wanting to give them a zero. They gave me the worst possible room in terms of noise. It was street facing with no sound proofing. We couldn’t sleep at all. My 5 day reservation was prepaid and I would have walked out of there the next day even if it meant losing money. But then they changed the room and the rest of the stay aas good.

Very basic hotel. I didn't have wifi in my room, I was talking to the staff twice - nothing helped. My sink was clogged, took the water few minutes to go down. Other than that - it's fine. Staff were really friendly.

I stayed at Hotel Flamencos for 4 nights and I loved it so much. Hotel staff were all so professional, kind and helpful. The room was extremely clean. My room was not that big but it had everything I needed (iron, closet, desk etc). The shower was spacious. It was just so perfect. WiFi was spotty for some reason, but that is the only issue there. Their breakfast buffet is excellent! About 8 dishes offered in addition to fruits and yogurt. It’s located about 10 minutes away from zócalo by walking , and about 35 minutes away from Plaza Garibaldi. I walked at night but the area is very well lit and felt safe.

This hotel has really great service. First of all, the check in is very direct. They don’t ask you to pay the possible overstay deposit when you arrive the hotel. The staffs are very friendly. They gave me much help on reserving the taxi for my too early departure flight when I could not reserve cab on my own. The breakfast are really delicious and filled with great Mexican flavor, at least better than what I had in the United States. The location is very convenient. It only takes a few minutes of walk to the center of Zolaco. The location is very safe. I have not encountered with any safety issues around that area (I usually get back to the hotel by 7pm). It is not very easy to find such an inexpensive hotel with such great services for traveling in Mexico. Overall I would rate this hotel 5/5 and recommend to others!
This hotel has really great service. First of all, the check in is very direct. They don’t ask you to pay the possible overstay deposit when you arrive the hotel. The staffs are very friendly. They gave me much help on reserving the taxi for my too early departure flight when I could not reserve cab on my own. The breakfast are really delicious and filled with great Mexican flavor, at least better than what I had in the United States. The location is very convenient. El día domingo llegamos aproximadamente a las 5:00 a.m. y alrededor de las 6:00 a.m. estábamos en el lugar. El señor Miguel no nos ofreció la opción de early check-in, nosotros le pedimos early check in y el nos dijo que todo estaba lleno y que habia nada disponible y lo nego 2 veces. Por lo que tuvimos que quedarnos a dormir en la sala de espera hasta cerca de las 8:00–9:00 a.m. Cuando cambiaron de turno, las muchachas nos atendieron muy amablemente y sí nos ofrecieron el early check-in, y nos comentaron que si habia habitaciones disponibles pero que no saben porque no se nos ofrecio y ellas nos dieron el nombre de miguel, lo cual agradecemos mucho a las dos muchachas porque gracias a ellas pudimos descansar. En general, todo estuvo muy bien y la atención de todos los demas fu excelente, pero por la actitud de esa persona en particular (Miguel) pasamos un momento muy incómodo que pudo haberse evitado, ese el el motivo de que le damos 3 estrellas a este lugar.

The entire staff were absolutely amazing! The front desk and the guys that stand in the front were exceptional! They were so friendly and helpful! The waiters during the breakfast time were very attentive and welcomed us in every morning and made sure we were always ok. The cleaning service were amazing as well and left everything so clean and well made. The breakfast was amazing as well. We were very impressed and definitely coming back to this hotel.

The service in this hotel is top notch. Very respectful, kind, attentive and helpful staff. A special shout out to Roberto the manager, Arturo in the restaurant, Karla, Miguel, Alberto, Antonio, Pablo, and Andres have made the entire experience unforgettable. The breakfast and variety was delicious to say the least. Thank you for everything. Even when Roberto found out that our flight was super early, they made it a point to have a sack lunch ready for us before we left since we were going to miss breakfast. Will definitely return.

Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Hotel is at walking distance to constitution plaza, about 15 mins. We feel safe even walking at night in this area. The hotel is located at a local bus terminal and major metro station, hence expect noise and crowds. Breakfast in the morning is great!

The hotel was perfectly located in the historic centre of the city. Very easy access to the metro and definitely walking distance really anywhere downtown. The rooms were clean and spacious. Water bottles were provided each day during cleaning. Everything was as you would expect.

This hotel is right next to the Metro Train station so its very convenient to get around. One thing to note due to its location (near historic center) if you are trying to call an Uber it can take the Uber drive some time to get to the hotel location due to the traffic so plan accordingly if you need to get somewhere by a certain time. The staff here is really friendly, the hotel itself is definitely more modern and they keep the hotel very clean. The stay included breakfast with our reservation which they had a nice array of options and they mixed up the food choices each day as well. Unfortunately we had some bad neighbors on the floor who were up partying and slamming doors non-stop until 4am, staff tried their best to get them to quiet down throughout the night but they weren't listening so that was a bit rough of a night - the rest of the nights were very pleasant though. One thing that can be approved is their Wi-Fi, definitely not a great connection - it is quite slow and disconnects frequently. Overall pleased with the stay here.

O hotel é super bem localizado, proximo a estação de metrô, quarto super limpo, sempre cim as roupas de cama e banho limpas 4 duas garrafas de agua de cortesia. Nao tenho nada a reclamar, gostei de tudo. A unica coisa que me decepcionei foi com o cafe da manha, por ser um hotem quatro estrelas, deixou a desejar. Sinceramente passei fome. Nao tinha um queijo, ou presunto, um docinho. Nao estou acosutmada a almocar de manha cedo e tudo que o hotel oferecia era comida típica, cardapio totalmente mexicano. Nessa parte fiquei muito decepcionada que cheguei a ir em oxxo parq comprar uma bolachinha pra ter o que comer. Nem todos conseguem comer ja cedo. Tambem achei muito tarde quando abriam o cafe, as 7.30. Pessoas viajantes se tem de sair cedo focam sem cafe. Poderiam abrir as 6.30 ou 7h. Enfim, pela estrutura do hotel, poderia melhotlrar essa parte. No demais quesitos so posso elogiar. Mas quanto ao cafe da manha, me decepcionei demais.

Liked the rain shower, bed was fine. Staff were helpful and friendly. Didn't like the surroundings, the area is sketchy. Breakfast area needs to open earlier. 7:30 is too late. Also, the breakfast offerings need to be identified, we had no idea what half of the dishes were.and didn't try them; think INTERNATIONAL!
