We stayed in this hotel for just 9 hours; from 3 pm to 12 am, but even in this short period there were several nuisances. The safe did not work. We called, the said they will send somebody, nobody showed up for half an hour. We carried our valuable with us and went out for dinner. Of course we could not find a place to eat around the hotel. The tv remote control was missing. We just did not bother to call. The worst part was that the hotel was listed among those close to airport and claimed airport transportation. First of all it was not close; 20 minute drive, second, they wanted 10 dollars for the ride while we took uber for $3. Overal we would mot recommend this place for those who want to stay close to airport and be transported to it.

The hotel was very clean and very good for a short stay near the airport. The staff were very friendly and most helpful. Other than not being able to follow through with our pick up as arranged, we enjoyed the 2 nights at this hotel. Loved the pool as well.

The hotel is close to the Airport however, they do not offer transportation nor will arrange it for you. I used UBER which was tricky to find a good pickup area for Terminal Two. I recommend Gate 5 as Gate 7 is so crowded. It cost about $3 to use UBER to get to the Hotel. I was advised not to use Taxis as they rip you off.

Booked hotel because close to airport and stated had shuttle. NO SHUTTLE offered and were not overly reassuring about Rranging a ride. Place is clean but shows wesr from pictures that make it look new. Clean comfortable and most staff friendly. They did book me an uber in morning after i requested but say couldnt prebook rides.

I did stay 3 days in this place . The staff reception was rude and unhelpful, to much security that make me uncomfortable. I had problem in pool !and no one offer to fix the problem. For money i did pay to stay ,would not recommend this place to anyone !

It was ok but the place is pretty tired, in need of some paint and refurbishing. Pool was clean and breakfast good. The staff were friendly

The property is very secure. They do a sweep of your room when you checkout to see if you left anything behind.

Be aware of a potential scam if traveling with a partner I booked this hotel for its proximity to the airport, as I was arriving late and leaving early. When we arrived around 11 p.m., the front desk refused to let my partner and me stay in the same room without a marriage certificate. Our only options were to cancel the reservation—which wasn’t practical that late at night—or to book an additional room. We had no choice but to accept, and were escorted separately to different buildings. While this policy is mentioned in the fine print, it should be stated clearly before booking. It feels like a deliberate tactic to pressure guests into paying for two rooms, knowing most won’t have alternatives at that hour. Even staff mentioned that other hotels nearby don’t enforce this rule. To their credit, the staff were kind and tried to assist. The room itself was fine, though the bathroom trash hadn’t been fully cleaned from a previous guest. Overall, I strongly recommend choosing another hotel—these policies reflect poorly on the management and show a lack of genuine hospitality.

This my second time staying here, close to Airport and people are nice, I would have given it 5 stars if they fixed my hot water the first, but it eventually was fixed.

Really enjoyed the hotel we didnt have a great view the area is still being developed which is kinda nice because you didnt have much of the noise from the traffic.

Inwas nicely welcomed and room was clean and big enough. Internet was working fine enough for Netflix. The only downside is thin wall and windows: a lot of noise both from street and corridors. Airport is about 10-15minutes by car.

Point positif: la propreté. Nous avions réservé 2 chambres, une pour moi et mon conjoint, une pour mes beaux parents. Les employés de l’hôtel ont demandé une copie de notre certificat de mariage à moi (étant enceinte de 7 mois) et mon conjoint pour qu’on puisse occuper la même chambre. Cette condition était très mal indiquée lors de la réservation. Je comprends que lorsque nous voyageons à l’étranger, nous devons nous adapter à la culture locale, par contre il est de la responsabilité de l’établissement de bien mettre en évidence ce genre de règlement. Nous avons traversé l’Égypte durant 17 jours et c’est le seul endroit où il y avait cette exigence. La solution qu’ils nous proposait était que je dorme dans la chambre avec mes beaux- parents, aucun sens. Finalement nous nous en somme sortis en fournissant une preuve que nous habitions bien à la même adresse dans notre pays. Complètement ridicule. Le personnel est très froid et les gens qui fréquente cet endroit sont des locaux qui ne semble pas apprécier le tourisme. Il ne s’agit pas d’un endroit « tourist friendly ».

I had a trip with my husband and brother and we had booked a tripper room. When we arrived they made me pay for another room for myself stating that I was not allowed to stay with my family. I explained that it was my husband and brother and the clerk demanded to see a marriage license. I responded with “who brings their marriage license to a vacation?” He was very rude and wouldn’t budge. We were all exhausted from our 20 hour travel day so we just decided not to continue arguing and pay for another room. This was a complete scam! We ended up leaving to another hotel the following morning and booked a triple room with no problem. Do not stay at this hotel, they are a complete scam.

Amazing hotel and apartments close to airport. I stayed with my family in the beautiful fully furnished 2 bedroom apartments.The kitchen was equipped with all the necessities we required for our stay(utensils, fridge,stove,microwave).Apartments are very modern and beds are soo comfortable.Safety and cleanliness was always shown throughout my stay.Staff was the most helpful,understanding and accomadating to our needs and requests.Thanks to Michael, Meena,Zaki for the most memorable stay and for all the help.Will definitely return and recommended the hotel.

Front desk management with poor skills and less accommodating to guest needs Requested a check out receipt and it was a point of argument from the front desk since I used a third party they can’t do that. The place is clean but the staff need training on how to be more hospitable

Great place to stay close (relatively) to the airport. The accommodation is of the best quality, clean, modern and equipped. On the map, the place looks close, but in uber is about 15-20 minutes from the airport; not bad, but not close :)

The staff were accommodating, room spacious. I was given one packet of instant coffee for a 2 night stay. The electric coffee pot to heat water didn’t work.Couldn’t get coffee at cafe, which was supposed to be open by 10? . It wasn’t. I visited two times within a 30 minute period. Went to the restaurant and they insisted that I have a full breakfast and could not accommodate a carry out order. I visited the front desk, got no remedy. I’m from USA and even our worst hotels provide coffee. I picked this place because it looked good and was close to the airport and I was arriving very late. Here for convention so had booked a nicer place for the upcoming week. I’ll spring for a nicer place next time. Nice balcony but faced rubble.. possibly a bldg torn down? Delayed check out to “ check out “ the room, which was prepaid. Nothing within walking distance and the restaurant serves only pizza and pasta. The day that I managed to get coffee at the cafe, it was good and they have a decent selection of snacks ect..
