Not easy to check in. Confusing. Need to have a person greeting visitors to go to 2nd floor (upstairs) to check in. Very good breakfast and clean rooms. Parking garage was narrow and chaotic parking. When I tried to call front desk, twice, no one answered. Microwave stopped working and shower dripped constantly.

Likes: - 1-2 blocks from MARTA station - Seems like a safe, well-trafficked area - Good room layout which made it feel spacious - Room was bright, large floor-to-ceiling windows, modern decor, wood-floors, nice bathroom wall tiles - Room had second sink in the kitchenette area, empty refrigerator to put leftovers, microwave, plates, glasses, towel, dishwashing liquid - Bath products were decent quality and smelled good - Free continental breakfast and afternoon happy hour snacks - I would stay at this hotel again for all the reasons above. Dislikes: - Check-in was very slow because the person had difficulty multi-tasking with two customers in front of me who wanted changes to their rooms and having to call her manager to make changes remotely through the computer - Never received the final invoice by email when I checked out.

Arrived super late to find a very pleasant receptionist and a beautiful hotel. View from our 11th floor room was beautiful at night and we are within walking distance to Georgia Tech and across from Fox Theatre. Gym is nice and big and clean with free weights and a peloton bike. Breakfast was great with someone making eggs and omelettes. If you arrive or are there 5-6:30pm there is complimentary wine, beer, and h’ors douvres.

I was satisfied with the presentation of the resort. For cleanliness, I give this location 4 stars due to me staying at the resort for 4 days, I didn't receive room service but once. When asked about the frequency of room service, I was told that extended stays only receive room service once every 3 days. Other than that the staff were pleasant.

I found the staff to be welcoming and warm. The only issue I had was housekeeping. 😠They never serviced my room. I made repeated requests and would see them in the hallway. They skipped my room for my 4-day stay. I never found out the issue it was a big beautiful room

Really pretty room! We also got top floor so it was a wonderful view of the city. Friendly staff. Super clean and it smelled so good throughout the whole hotel. Convenient bar with food on first floor. Complementary breakfast with a variety of options to choose from including hot food made to order. Seemed to have good amenities although we didn’t use them. Parking a little expensive but convenient.

We had a great family stay at this Midtown Atlanta hotel. The location is great – nearby public transportation, walkable area, and easy access to what we wanted to see and do. Our room was clean, comfortable, and a great home base for our visit. Breakfast was good, especially on Friday and Saturday mornings when one employee went above and beyond to greet guests and bring such a welcoming, upbeat energy to the room. I wish I had caught his name! The vibe was noticeably different on Sunday without him. Every staff member we met – from reception to the hotel bar to housekeeping – was friendly and helpful. If I were to suggest any improvement, it would be to ensure rooms are stocked with at least one towel per guest. We had to request towels a couple of times during our stay, but that’s a very minor thing compared to how great everything else was. Overall, we would absolutely stay here again.

I was disappointed that my room was not cleaned between nights. The small garbage can was overflowing. No fresh towels. Beds unmade. For $350 a night, I expected better. The front desk gentleman was amazing and very friendly. Out room had a continuous banging noise that went on all night.

This is probably our third time staying at the element in the last two years. The hotel is always very clean and the staff always friendly. However, this time we couldn’t stream to the TV nor could we watch the Nextflix app already on the TV. We brought food to cook a late dinner, but this time there were no pots or pans to use. Lastly the bath room door was in need of WD40 to fix its creaking. Other than that, the element is still a wonderful hotel to stay at.

The lightbulbs in both bedside lamps were out, so the room ended up being rather dark. Other than that, everything was fantastic! Very clean. Staff was very nice & helpful. Super close to the fox theater - which was very convenient for me personally. Overall, I had a lovely time & would totally stay here again.

Front desk guy was rude and condescending when checking me in and after I had an issue. Expedia did a terrible job remedying the situation I had with wrong room type. I ended up going to front desk and fixing myself. Won’t book Expedia going out of town anymore for this reason. And won’t stay at this hotel again.

Checking in was a bit of a disaster. They cancelled our reservation and didn’t have it when we went to check in. I guess this occasionally happens with hotels.com because the woman at the desk was like ‘ohhh hotels.com’. The desk was super busy, so she wasn’t very helpful sorting out what the hell had happened. Another guy was able to tell us someone there cancelled it r/t third party booking. With all the hustle and bustle in the lobby, the guy got overwhelmed and it lead to an awkward fight between staff members at the desk, but….They did manage to get us in a room (thankfully, because we were here for shaky knees, and it was a sold out fest this year). It was well-located, and the room was nice. Having a fridge and microwave was great. Everything turned out fine and as expected, sooo…. Overall I would be happy to stay here again, I would just extra confirm my res or book through them.

The lady that checked us in her name was Sheree. She was so nice! We knew when we met her that this place was going to be amazing! She greeted us when we arrived and spoke to us when we left. She does an amazing job there.

Central location and easy to get in/out of for car or foot travel. Marta station is next door, if interested. Unique parking garage structure—wind up to reach entrance like circling up a mountain and then squeezing in between cement pillars to get through entrance arm. Not a good idea to bring an F350 with a mini U-Haul attached (entertaining to watch this unfold). Our room didn’t have a working bathroom light, moved to another room. Extra steps to accommodate our party of 5–needed more linens, towels in new room. Breakfast has good options but it finishes at 9:30 and they are cleaning up at 9:15. Ran out of several items by 8:30 both days we were there. Room was clean and plenty of space for us. Nice to have kitchen area too. Be prepared for 3 separate GA taxes listed on bill—adds $75-$100 more.

My daughter and I stayed 2 nights. Staff was super friendly, rooms were great, and the complementary breakfast was one I’ve never seen… a chef made our eggs to order. My daughter had avocado toast and eggs. Fantastic!!

Property is good, nice clean rooms, well taken care of. Breakfast is always a plus, it’s not a continental breakfast, they have a chef making fresh eggs and such. The frittata are good, as the warm apple turnovers. The pancakes although premade, were decent after placing on the grill and warming. The room and staff were amazing , this hotel has very decent amenities and nice places to study if need be. Mary Mac’s is about 4 blocks up in the left hand side, the food is very decent there. Fox theatre is 10 small steps away. Public supermarket is in walking distance of approx 5 blocks but very seedy area. I would stay here again. I liked it.

We loved everything about our stay here. Convenient to Fox Theater and restaurants and on-site (paid) parking. Only disappointed in breakfast. The hours were stated 7am-10am but the staff started packing it all up by 9:45am.

Overall, we had a lovely experience! The suite we had was outstanding! The only issue was the heaviness of the doors. You couldn’t open and close them without it being loud. We got a noise complaint for an issue that we couldn’t help. Also, while breakfast was solid, the line for the hot food was beyond ridiculous. The cooks need more help or the hot food needs a redesign.

Everything was great except breakfast. The minimal hot items were not self-serve, so there was usually a long line to get something simple like 2 or 3 eggs. In addition, the hot chocolate/latte machine didn’t work. However, overall it was. Nice stay.
