There was no hot water for 3 days and with no explanation or solution from the more than rude reception staff. It was like it was our fault the hot water was not working. The weather was -3 to +2 on each day , a shower was a necessity , the reception were just plain rude amd of no help whatsoever.

The location is very good --- close to the bus direct to Gare du Nord and about two and a half blocks from Arc de Triomphe. Very clean. The larger bed was comfortable. It is a boutique hotel with a very small elevator that stops between floors (so guests walk up or down a half of floor to their room). The checkin desk has only one employee so occasionally the vestibule is unattended and the door, necessarily, locked. Thus, be prepared to sometimes have to wait for a few minutes to get in.

It was cold in the room (number 622) when we arrived. There was no hot water in the shower twice. The hotel has a problem with hot water praparing system, especially when is fully accomodated. No hangers on the walls in shower room. Leaky windows, wind blows through them..No electric kettle in the room

Pero hotel en Paris en la historia!!!! 3 días sin agua caliente, y con aire acondicionado deficiente (se apagaba cada x minutos, porque tenía un sensor de falta de mantenimiento prendido. La habitación que nos diéron: helada, en el útlimo piso. El la recepción Tienen una ubicación privilegiada, pero de nada sirve si no tienen lo mínimo para recibir huéspedes, cierren su hotel!!!!

Todo estuvo perfecto! Hotel muy limpio, fácil acceso a les Champs Élysées y otras atracciones turísticas, igual muy cerca del metro y bus. El personal muy agradable y siempre dispuestos a ayudarte. Lo único es que el elevador estaba fuera de servicio y el técnico nunca llegó a solucionarlo, fui con mi abuela y estábamos alojadas en el 6to piso por lo que era muy complicado subir tantas gradas para ella. Ese fue el único inconveniente.

Je confirme les commentaires précédents que nous n’avions pas eu de chaude non plus. Le personnel en était témoin nous ont conseillé de repasser dans deux heures le temps que le ballon d’eau chaude se remplisse. Mais au bout de trois heures ce n’était toujours pas le cas. Par manque de moyens du personnel, nous avons donc décidé de changer d’hôtel Sans que celui-ci ne fasse un geste ou nos remboursent, même la nuit que nous n’avons pas effectué La chambre était en mauvais état, mais nous avions fait un effort pour rester le fait qu’il n’y ait pas d’eau chaude, ce n’était pas possible du tout

The property was just a 6 min easy walk from the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs Elysees so the location is extremely convenient. There is a cafe downstairs and many others in the following blocks. The area is safe and quiet. The room was clean and spacious. However, staff did not crack a smile at any point. They looked like they didn't want to be at work and were only going through the motions. Didn't feel welcomed nor were we asked if we had any questions or needed any info. There was a note on the elevator stating no eating was permitted in rooms or there would be a fine. I don't know what that meant... if not even a snack, but didn't want to test it. However, I found it to be very inconvenient especially traveling with children. Also, the elevator stops at inbetween floors meaning that after you leave you must still go up or down approx 5 stairs with luggage. It's a tiny elevator where only you and 2 suitcases fit at once. I was able to overlook the inconveniences and staff, though, given the good location and cleanliness.

Nous avons eu un très bon accueil à notre arrivé et la possibilité de laisser nos bagages. La chambre était propre. Par contre, la chasse d’eau des toilettes ne fonctionnait pas bien, le ventilateur ne fonctionnait pas et l’évier était bloqué. Et les chambres ne sont pas bien isolées. Très bien situé.

Hygiene douteuse et de nombreux equipement dans la chambre sont cassé. Mais surtout pas d'eau chaude, car la chaudiere en panne. Une panne peu arriver, mais attitude malhonnete de l'acceuil en exigeant un paiement complet avant de m'annoncer le soucis avec l'eau chaude, et de promettre une réparation le jour même sans faute alors que le soucis perdure depuis plusieur jours, et n'est toujours pas réparé lors du check out.... Et direction de l'etablissement injoignable. Vu le prix de la chambre, hotel a fuir!

O hotel está localizado muito proximo do Arco do Triunfo, o que facilita fazer passeios a pé. O quarto que fiquei o banheiro cheirava muito mal o tempo todo e o controle remoto da TV nao funcionava, apesar de trocar continuou nao funionando. Além de que, o quarto ficava nos fundos do hotel e do lado de fora. Não fiquem no quarto 129. Talvez outros quartos possam ser melhores. Teve atendente que disse que não falava inglês, o que dificultou a comunicação.

The staff was friendly and the room was nice. The walls were thin and even on the fifth floor we could hear traffic. Our neighbors were noisy and they could be heard clearly through the walls. The people on the other side of us were moving furniture at 2am?? The property did have an elevator. It was comically small but it did the job. Didn’t try breakfast, but there is an excellent place for croissants a block away. Worth it for the price and location.

Room was small (a triple room). No shower curtain - the whole bathroom got wet - and no grab bars. The bathtub is DEEP and hard to get into or out of. Hotel is clean. The desk clerk was wonderful - very helpful. Gave us instructions on using Metro for every outing. Location is very close to Arc De Triomphe. Unfortunately near bars and cafes and noisy, drunk people disturbed our sleep in the middle of the night.

Friendly, English speaking workers at the front desk. Quaint hotel with charm. We did not try the breakfast offered for additional cost. Our double room was very small but we loved the little terrace area where we could sit outside. Shower water was lukewarm at best.

The reception area is a bit run down, and so are the stairs leading to the room, but the room was in good condition. The shower is very very small. The staff were super nice. Location is unbeatable.

Double room ia very small, no soace for luggage, bathroom fixtures inves away from each other. Choose room option for 3 for bigger room and bathroom, can use the 3rd twin bwd to open luggage. Not a fan of having to turn room key into front desk every time we left, they never checked ID when giving keys back. Location, ok, 3 blocks from main train station.

Great Hotel. Perfect location. Arc de triomphe is 3 mins walk you will see it as soon as you step out the front door. Very clean and They clean your room everyday too. Front desk Akim is very friendly. Great customer service. He is very personable and accommodating. Highly recommended. We didn’t get to say bye to him he’s off on our check out day. We extend our appreciation. Book this hotel and you will be pleased for the experience.

Hotel staff double charged city tax. When I confronted them they charged me tax on top of per room per night plus tax estimation per hotel.com. Staff got very emotional. He claimed the tax per Hotel.com are paid to Expedia which is a lie. First night first stop of me and my two young kids Europe trip. I don't want to risk any things. I have travelled to more than 30 countries. First time ever this happened to me. Be aware!!!
Hotel staff double charged city tax. When I confronted them they charged me tax on top of per room per night plus tax estimation per hotel.com. Staff got very emotional. He claimed the tax per Hotel.com are paid to Expedia which is a lie. First night first stop of me and my two young kids Europe trip. I don't want to risk any things. I have travelled to more than 30 countries. First time ever this happened to me. Be aware!!!

The hotel staff was extremely friendly and attentive. The hotel itself is good however the bathroom is small and some rooms could be tricky to get into from the staircase if you have big luggage. The lift is small too so I’d advise this hotel is best for a short stay with smaller luggage. The hotel is in a good area close to metro Argentine and there are plenty of shops and restaurants. The bed was very comfortable and I would stay there again for a weekend trip.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptiona : warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with thoughtful touches that made our stay special. the hot water was abundant and consistently available. Excellent location, value for money and superb hospitality… we would happily return.

The property was just a 6 min easy walk from the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs Elysees so the location is extremely convenient. There is a cafe downstairs and many others in the following blocks. The area is safe and quiet. The room was clean and spacious. However, staff did not crack a smile at any point. They looked like they didn't want to be at work and were only going through the motions. Didn't feel welcomed nor were we asked if we had any questions or needed any info. There was a note on the elevator stating no eating was permitted in rooms or there would be a fine. I don't know what that meant... if not even a snack, but didn't want to test it. However, I found it to be very inconvenient especially traveling with children. Also, the elevator stops at inbetween floors meaning that after you leave you must still go up or down approx 5 stairs with luggage. It's a tiny elevator where only you and 2 suitcases fit at once. I was able to overlook the inconveniences and staff, though, given the good location and cleanliness.

The reception area is a bit run down, and so are the stairs leading to the room, but the room was in good condition. The shower is very very small. The staff were super nice. Location is unbeatable.

This hotel is just 10 min walk from l’Arc de Triomphe & close to lots of restaurants & shopping. I loved that I was able to experience a Parisian style hotel with the circular staircase and spectacular views from two windows! Great staff that were always available. I would stay there again.

Lo más importante es que tiene muy buena ubicación para el metro y cerca del Arco del Triunfo, como aspecto negativo no había agua caliente, pero lo compensaron con el Desayuno . La estancia agradable y tranquilo .

Very pleasant hotel near Arc d’ Triomphe. We wanted a comfortable, clean place at a good location and this hotel is exactly that. No lobby to lounge in and no restaurant but plenty of restaurants and a great bakery nearby. Desk staff was extremely helpful. Will stay here again.

Our room was very clean & quiet. The hotel is so close to the Metro station & Champ Elysee. There are many restaurants and grocery stores near by. I was able to find a self laundry store nearby for our laundry need. That was a plus. I enjoyed my french breakfast at the nearby restaurant with a view of Arc De Triomphe while waiting for my laundry, so thankful!

We had a brilliant time at this hotel. The staff were so helpful and welcoming, they would help with anything we needed. Rooms spacious, nice views and the area is packed full of cafes and bars, we were split for choice. 5 ish minute walk to the metro. All felt very safe for me and my daughter.
