Bermonds Locke, Tower Bridge

I loved the way it was setup. The room was spacious and felt safe. I did have to get a pan from staff but it was easy. Just wish i knew how to use the washer/ dryer.

Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The kitchen had everything we needed and the washer/dryer was easy to use withba single wash pod supplied.

On a average is a good hotel with its own personality, which is always appreciated. Our particular inconveniences were that they gave us the disabled room and, due to the layout, the bathroom was always getting water all over the floor from the shower every time we used; which led us to use the towels to create a barricade around it to avoid flooding. The bathroom was also smelly, which I saw is a general complain of all the rooms. Also we didn’t have the option to choose room service for housekeeping. Additionally I will mention that the hotel offers a buffet lunch for 20£ per person, 18£ if you pay in advance over the counter. I am aware this are standard prices on today’s economy in London, but that shouldn’t stop anyone to point out the excessive prices that we are forced to accept as normal. The staff was very kind all along.
