Everything was great. I just wish self parking was available. The only parking is valet. But the cost of room and $35 parking compared to other properties pricing equals out

Many aspects of this hotel were excellent. It is clean and well-maintained. Beds were comfortable, but note that they are tall so if you are not tall or have physical issues it could be problematic. Valet parking is a little pricey at $53/night but we considered it worth it for security. The main issue we had was with the AC in the room. It was set on 65 and when I tried to change it at bedtime to a warmer setting I woke up with it back on 65. Maybe operator error? Not sure but I was freezing the whole time. No extra blankets provided either. Other quirks that felt odd were: no refrigerator or microwave in the room. I was told that they would be brought in by request at no charge, so they were available. Just odd to me. Most of the staff were good, but we did see some complacency in front desk personnel when dealing with other customers.

A beautiful hotel in the Garden District area of New Orleans. Right of the streetcar, walking distance to countless restaurants, shops, beautiful houses and sights. Rooms are beautifully appointed, but a bit on the smaller side. Communication with staff in person was excellent, however, reaching them on the phone is near impossible for any reason.

We loved our stay! The hotel is well located on Saint Charles Avenue in walking distance to great restaurants and shopping. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. The lobby area is gorgeous with so many lovely areas to sit. The staff for amazingly hospitable. Highly recommend this, particularly if you have students at Tulane 💚💙.
