had this hostel booked for 2 nights but ended up staying only 1. the elevator door was broken. luckily the guy behind the desk “made an exception” or else i would have had to carry my large checked bag up about 5 flights of stairs. there’s no accommodations but the location is great. the walls are insanely thin. if you’re a light sleeper, look somewhere else. the beds and lockers are very rickety. it was somewhere to sleep and honestly fine for the price, but probably wouldn’t go back.

Quite a bit of street noise but maybe should have been expected due to the location. Would have been nice to have a mirror in the room and a place to sit. Thought it a bit shabby I had to pay to store my luggage. Lockers could have been bigger.

I wanna make sure everybody knows when you first come in if you’re gonna put your luggage in there, it is three euros per bag to store your luggage before you can check in. Then there’s no air conditioning no fans you have to leave the windows open and the noise was so loud you can’t sleep. It was absolutely horrifying. The hustle itself was OK

Experiência razoável. O quarto é pequeno e o conforto da cama é regular. A localização é muito boa. Porém as janelas não possuem isolamento de ruído o que faz com que se tenha um pouco de perturbação durante o sono pois a rua é muito movimentada. O quarto era ok, o travesseiro é muito desconfortável. Porém a recepção, elevador e escadas são muito velhos, o elevador parece que vai cair a qualquer instante. Achei um absurdo cobrarem pelo armazenamento das malas, são 3 euros/ mala. Porém é uma sala aberta onde todos deixam a mala( inclusive pessoas que não estão no hotel). Não tem ninguém vigiando a sala e qualquer pessoa pega a chave na recepção e entra na sala onde as malas ficam amontoadas.

We stayed at Safestay Hotel in Brussels for 4 nights and had a great time! The location is super convenient—just a short walk to Grand Place, surrounded by restaurants and tourist spots. The room was clean, with a perfectly sized washroom. The digital room key was a nice modern touch. The elevator is a bit old and sometimes a little shaky, but it gets the job done. Staff at the reception were friendly and helpful. We stayed during spring, so the cool weather was perfect—but just a heads-up, there’s no AC in the room, so it might get a bit warm during summer. Overall, really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it for short visits!

Este lugar debe de mejorar, dar todos lo necesario de artículo de baño sin ir a perdirlo, ya que ni papel higiénico teníamos y tuvimos que bajar a perdirlo, los paños estaban rotos y gastados, la habitación no tenía aire acondicionado ni un abanico era un calor insoportable, la rotulación de la publicación no es parecida a la que muestran eñ la aplicación y esto genera mucha confusión

Great value for the location! Wonderful front desk person, Sadek, was very welcoming and accommodating, allowing us to store our luggage for a fee upon early arrival and checkout. Hot showers in private bathroom with hairdryer, comfy beds with clean sheets and within easy walking distance to Grand Place and everything we wanted to see. Floors squeak and walls are thin, but for the price it suited our needs for 2 nights for our family of 3.

It was very dirty and noisy. The room and bathroom smells very bad. The beds were uncomfortable. The location was good since it has a great access to everything. But, you can’t sleep without earplugs. Drunk people after midnight start making noise under our window. In general I don’t recommend it especially if you’re with family.

Centralt och bra läge. Väldigt lyhört med ljud från gata och rum/hus brevid. Heltäckningsmattan I rummet var väldigt smutsig, i övrigt var rummet städat och ok. Bra när man vill ha en billigare plats att sova för natten!

Très propre et pour un Hostel, c'est vraiment très bien. Nous étions une famille de 4, 2 adultes et 2 adolescents. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour. Nous aurions toutefois apprécié avoir un frigo et une bouilloire dans l'espace communautaire. Nous recommandons assurément cet hébergement : )

The room was not what expected. A family room should never have 4 bunk beds and thr family room picture online has a bed. That is false advertisement. The room beds also have bed bugs. all my family is bitten and it was not an overall pleasant experience. Would really like some type of compensation.

Room was great , specially the bathroom! Only thing i didn’t like is that you have to leave the window open to get fresh air but the people who live around it smoke and all that smell get in your room. Maybe a bit overpriced cuz no AC?!?! But leaving the window open it was super freah but the smoking so is questionable (i had my own room). My room also had a TV and that was a plus. Location, AMAZING. In the center, walkable , lots of places to eat and drink. Train station is only 10 mins walk. I will stay again!!!

Apenas por uma noite. Correu tudo bem. Ponto forte: localização é ótima. Bastante central, me senti segura. Ponto fraco: colchão fino e ruim. A cama faz muito barulho, eu senti que posso ter incomodado as demais pessoas. Escuta-se bastante barulho da rua, afinal está localizado onde há o movimento. Em resumo pra uma ou duas noites. É uma ótima opção custo/benefício.

El acceso a la habitación no estuvo bien coordinado, su sistema de tarjetas de acceso no servía apropiadamente y tuve que dar dos vueltas a recepción y descargar una aplicación para activar la llave de acceso, lo cual debió haber sido considerado desde el check in. El hotel está muy bien ubicado y eso facilita mucho la visita a sitios turísticos de interés, sin embargo; requiere de mantenimiento en general, luce bastante obsoleto y descuidado.

Recepcionist was quite rude, there was a misunderstanding with the reservation and even tho I gave him the booking reference number he still didn’t find it. Once it was sorted out, he was adamant in saying “you were wrong” several times. Awful customer service. Event at the check out the person who was there (a different one) he could not pay attention to what we were saying since he was very into his mobile phone Such a shame because the city is gorgeous

Aile olarak hostelde konaklama konusunda biraz endişelerimiz vardı ancak 4 kişilik odada biz sadece ailecek 3 kişi konakladık ve çok rahat ettik. Yataklar çarşaflar temizdi . Biraz sıcaktı ama pencereyi açınca vantilatörle baya serinledik. Konumu merkezde. Güvenli temiz bir konaklama geçirdik. Kahvaltısı uygun fiyatlı fazla çeşitli değil ama yeterli. Etrafta bolca kafe ve restoran var. Personel nazikti.
