The motel has a cozy vibe and the person at the front desk was lovely. She was warm and friendly through the check-in and check-out process being very accommodating to our request to have 2 vehicles at the property. I was there for work, so I didn't get a chance to use all the amenities but from what I saw, there were BBQs, a pool, and a few areas to sit outside either in the sun or the shade. This location is tremendously convenient if you're looking to hang out at Skaha beach. It's also only about a 2 minute drive away from a Walmart to do any grocery shopping. The room was very clean with multiple towels. They don't do daily room cleanings, but you can request fresh towels by putting the used ones out by 11am. The room does come with a coffee maker, fridge/freezer, and microwave. The AC worked tremendously well for the Summer temperatures we faced. The only thing that might bother some people would be the walls are very very thin. These are portable style walls, so you will hear children, TV, or any other noises from your next door neighbour. Overall, I would 100% stay here again.

The mother daughter duo that own this are wonderful. The building is so well kept, clean and cute. The courtyard in the center is great for hanging outside the rooms. A block and a half away from the beach too!

Great service from the manager and they explained everything we needed to know about the room. Very clean (with a few dusty corners) but well cleaned. The doors might need WD40 but that’s it. The AC was in the room and it was fantastic to have on the hot days. The pool was very well maintained and the perfect temperature. VERY walkable to the lake and to a few restaurants. Would stay again!

Front desk was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable! The motel is very dated (but most are in Penticton) however our room has an interesting smell that we couldn’t quite put on finger on. It wasn’t the cleanest either, lots of dust, chipped tiles on the floors. We did find a bug crawling from under the mattress one night and then the following night a bug crawled on me in the other bed. Either an earwig or silver fish…. Was gross and we left early the next day (checking out anyways) because I could not stand it anymore. Having a kitchen was nice but overall I would choose somewhere else next time.

Found the motel on Hotel.com and after reading the reviews we decided to book it. The owners were very nice and helpful. Room was immaculate, quiet and very comfy! We’ve just found our new favorite place in Penticton BC ❤️

Wanted a good Motel experience. Only compliant, want to charge a Hotel price but cut corners on basics, such as, 1 hand towel for 2 people for 2 days? That stuff is annoying and will affect my future bookings choice.

Convenient location. Bathroom toilet was very small-more suitable for a child. Air conditioner situated in bedroom, just a few feet from the bottom of the bed was too cold and noisy, cutting in and out all night long. Made it difficult to get any sleep.

We have stayed here many times. However lately the surrounding area is much busier and the rooms are in need of repairs. The floors are uneven. The shower screeches when the pressure is turned up and the water kettle had a loose connection. The worst thing was the heat building up in the early night due to a leak or pilot light in the heater.

As we drove in a bit early and we expected to be took to wait a bit but the very kind ,friendly lady at the reception did our room and paperwork done and ready, we were gave our room key and taken to the (upgraded) room and showed around where light switches are and how to work the tv remote and AC controller, which noone does anymore . To our surprise the room was spotless clean, open with 2 queen beds and nice big washroom with tub. And the yard and parking all super neat and clean, nice pool and bbq area . Walking 6 minutes to the beach and walking distance to restaurants. I really found a hidden gem. Thank you for making our stay pleasant one.

Great place to stay, very clean. The owner checked us in, then walked us to our room. Showed us how to work the remote, asked if we needed anything. I loved that, so friendly. We will definitely stay here again

Really friendly owner on checking in. Really clean and comfortable room. Perfect for one night stopover! Be careful when walking into main town which was too far to walk as we ended up getting bus after 1.5 miles walk and then cab home ! Lovely Motel 👌

Staff were very nice and helpful. Property is of the same vintage as many of the other privately owned motels in the area, but this one is kept very well maintained and very clean. Room I was provided had a kitchenette that was well stocked with necessary supplies to cook one's meals on days that one does not want to eat out or order in. Motel is also a nice 10 minute walk to Skaha Beach, so made for a very pleasant stay being able to take morning and evening walks along the water daily. Very conveniently located just a 5 minute drive to Walmart along with other shops and services. Overall, an excellent choice of accommodations while visiting Penticton and other Okanagan communities.
