Very nice and friendly staff, with fantastic location that is centralized within a short walking distance to the train station, the famous Royal Mile, lovely local shops & cafes, and welcoming bars. The rooms were clean and comfortable bed. The breakfast selection consisted of cold continental items.

Great location, good shower, if you’re looking for a nice room with amenities this isn’t it. If you are looking for a bed and a shower centrally located this is your spot. Our room was the size of a prison cell with one grayed out window that didn’t open and the rooms were hot with no AC or fan control.

Great location, right across from train station, easy walk to Royal Mile and heart of Edinburgh. Bit of street noise from people, but expected snd just closed the windows. Am 6-8" and bed was good.
