Had a great stay - friendly staff, nice breakfast with long opening and great clean rooms.

The aircondition dosen work in the hotel. This I a 3 star hotel. Kind staff.

I had high hopes for this property, but unfortunately the lack of air-conditioning completely ruined the experience. I specifically booked through Hotels.com because the amenities listed included air-conditioning. However, after receiving my confirmation, there was no mention of the rooms being “climate-controlled” instead. Upon arrival, we discovered there was no real air-conditioning—only fans that were completely ineffective, especially during the day. The room became unbearably hot, to the point where simply stopping in to rest meant sweating. Being on the third floor only made it worse.The constant temperature swings between the cool hallways and the overheated room even left me with a cold. What made this even more frustrating is that the hallways were noticeably cool, so it’s clear that temperature control existed—just not where guests actually needed it. We also spoke with other guests who were experiencing the same issue. The staff response was disappointing. There was no manager available over the weekend, and we were told, “it’s a law,” which didn’t make sense given that we had stayed at another hotel just three nights prior that had fully functioning air-conditioning. To make matters worse, one day we returned to the hotel an t felt like a sauna. A front desk agent, François, told us he was sick and had turned on the lobby Neither Hotels.com nor Hôtel Le Grey made any effort to resolve the issue. With so many great hotel options available, I would not recommend!

Nice staff and really good location. Room was very nice, beds comfortable and bathroom had lovely amenities and bathtub. Lights could have been better for putting on makeup. No aircondition so had to open Windows, a bit noisy outside but overall really nice
