This is a really nice accommodation to book and at a really good price, considering its location! Check in was all good. Very smooth, very quick and the gentleman checking us in was very nice. Our room was downstairs and would found it to be really nice. Spotlessly clean. Everything you need - toiletries, including a mini dental kit. Tea, coffee, milk. Kettle, microwave, mini cooker, crockery, TV. We stayed there because I had to check in to UCLH for surgery the next day, and this was a perfect location. Five minute walk from Warren St. station and a five minute walk to the hospital. I highly recommend.

A good sized room with kitchen. Well located, just five minute walk from Euston station/tube. Lack of black out blinds and air conditioning meant it was a bit uncomfortable on the hot summer nights when we were there.

Tiny hot room with no aircon up 3 flights of narrow stairs with no lift.

I enjoyed staying here for 11 nights. It has everything you need. 6 min. walk to Euston station and 5 min. to Euston Square station and some bus stops. You get everywhere within 30 minutes. I often pick up water and food at Sainsbury's Local on my way back to the hotel from Euston station. Hotel has a laundry room and the lady downstairs helped me figure out how to use the washing machine and the dryer. Wifi works fine.

It’s a cheap and cheerful place very close to train and underground in a nice area. The decor is tired and needs an update and it would be great if the rooms had aircon, but apart from that it’s a great place to stay

Tiny room, very limited front desk times, but great price. Not luxury, but a gem for the budget traveller. Note: very large persons will not fit in the 30" square shower!!

Convenient to have free laundry but should also provide free washing powder or have vending machine to buy it

Stayed for 2 nights in a double room/studio. Lower ground floor so definitely needed the wi-fi! Had a small patio/terrace (room 106) but didn't use it as weather wasn't good enough to. Room itself was fairly small but we are used to this here as we have stayed in Studios 2 Let many times before over the years in different-sized rooms/studios. All have had a kitchen area, which also vary in size, which is very handy, not just a kettle and a toaster, but a microwave, fridge, hob and crockery/cutlery, etc. Bed and pillows comfortable. Shower rooms/toilets here are very small, OK for us, but probably not that practical or comfortable if you are a large person (either tall or rotund, or both!) Easy check-in, can leave bags if room not ready. Carpets on corridors and stairs could do with replacing now. Close to good Indian restaurants and a decent pub that does food. Close to Euston and relatively quiet considering how close to Euston Rd it is. We have already booked another stay here in April.

The room we stayed in was very small, not recommended for the larger person. Hardly any room in the bathroom. The fridge was old and rusty and the cupboard the sink housed smelt damp. The bed was right up against the wall so was difficult to get in and out of. The room got very warm and there was only a window for ventilation.

Overall an ok experience for a short stay. Limited toilet and bathroom space. Carpets weren’t the best smelling.

Location to Euston Station was good. Easy walk to SOHO. Mildew smell in both rooms. Receptionists were nice, but that was it for service. You get what you pay for and as a rugged type, it was ok for me.

the bed and pillows were comfortable, and it was easy to get to Euston and Warren Street tube stations. a couple gripes were it is a tight space for bags, and the fridge and bathroom smelled incredibly mouldy, but it was good enough for the price.

The building needs refurbishing. The bed was uncomfortable. The room had strong smell of bleach and the flooring was faulty. It was a disappointment compared the sister properties.

Our room was infested with ants.

The rooms were smaller than I thought they would be, but it was a comfortable bed.

It was nice but absolutely tiny! Barely had enough room to stand at the one side of the bed! Couldnt even shut bathroom door when using toilet as literally no where to put ur legs! Thrre wasnt even half a ft in space betweeen toilet and wall where ur legs are meant to go had to sit sideways on toilet facing out the door!

Good location when arriving by train at St Pancras, and a good place to explore the city from. Good bus and underground access. However, no AC so very hot in the room and the toilet and shower were extremely tiny. I’m a normal sized human and could barely turn around in the toilet room and shower.

Booked a budget studio. Clean on arrival However extremely small. Maybe ok for one but not 2. Bathroom very small too. Hardly space to sit in the loo! No place to open a case except on the bed. Dishes etc provided. Just as well my husband is 6ft as I wouldn’t have been able to reach them! We’re on the ground floor facing a courtyard. Very noisy with people outside till early morning Unfortunately due to the heat had to leave the window open, although there was a fan provided.

Great location and overall a comfortable stay. I arrived at 10am and was able to check in which was much appreciated as it meant I didn't have to carry my bag to a meeting. Easy check in and very friendly. The room was clean, cooking facilities were fine, TV was ok, wifi was free and about 100mbps so great for Netflix on the laptop. The only issues were that the bathroom had a bad drains smell, hopefully something that can be easily resolved. Due to the closeness to Euston station you can hear the rumbling of the trains into the night and early in the morning, wasn't much of an issue but would've been nice to know beforehand.

The rooms are absurdly small. Two people can't really walk in the room without one of them lying on the bed. If that wasn't enough, you cannot sit on the toilet with your legs straight, you need to poop sideways.

The room was clean and tidy, but very small. There was 2 of us and it was really only suitable for one. Ok for one night tho. The area was quiet and very close to Euston station and short walk to Kings Cross.

The main issue was the bathroom. Im only 164cm, but I had to leave the door open when on the toilet as the room was too small. And we could barely squeeze past the sink to enter the shower.

Closed the reception on day of arrival and expected us to walk 15/20 mins to an additional hotel to collect keys, emailed 5pm the day before to tell us, when emailed back didn’t receive a reply until I was already checked in telling me ‘If I don’t want to go to the other hotel to cancel my booking.’ Fire exits were blocked with mattresses, stairs uneven, floors in rooms are worn and nails sticking out when stood in certain places between bathroom & room. Rooms are extremely hot with a fan provided. Sockets in the room are either hanging off the walls or don’t work. Only good thing I can say is it was relatively clean & location was good. At the end of the day you get what you pay for.

Overall stay was ok. Bathroom smelled slightly moldy. Check in process specifically was terrible. Reception at my location was closed day of my check in. I was not notified. Actually received an email that specifically said reception would be open during the hours i arrived. It was not. It was explained to me by another Tennant that i needed to go to the second location to get my keys. I had just picked up my luggage from a previous hotel. I wasted a couple hours of my last day in london. Backtracking around with my luggage. Addrinally, copying and pasting the adress (for the wrong check in location) from the email into google maps takes you to the wrong location.

I stayed for four nights and would rate it 3 stars. One star for the great location near the train and subway, and another star for King's Cross Studios 2, who helped me switch room. I booked a large room, but it was in the basement. We could hear and feel the subway passing every few minutes, and we also heard people walking above us. The bathroom was broken, lacking temperature control, which made the living conditions very uncomfortable. I had a very bad first night. Since the service hours are from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, I went to King's Cross Studios2 the next morning to request a room change. They kindly found me a small room on the fifth floor. We managed to carry our luggage up since there was no elevator. The new room was clean but quite small, and even in early October, it was hot, so we had to open the kitchen window at night to cool down. They don't clean the rooms during your stay, and you can only exchange towels during business hours, which was very inconvenient for us. On the bright side, being on the top floor allowed us to sleep better at night. In the end, we paid for a large room but ended up in a small one and lost a night's sleep. Overall, it was not a good experience.

For the price, this hotel is great. It's in central London, very close to public transportation, clean, and comfortable. The manager, Theo, was great - exceptionally helpful and friendly. He went out of his way for me on several requests, including an early check-in. It's not a 5 star hotel, but it is clean and no frills, and again, for the price, you can't beat it.

Very rude staff. Room smelt of chemicals. Bed was old room was tiny and train noises kept me up. Had to walk 30 mins with luggage to get key as no reception after 6. Avoid.

Received email morning of stay with location of hotel check in details only to get there at 2pm and the hotel was locked Rang the number and was greeted by another hotel saying the reception in hotel was closed and would have to travel to another hotel to check in either 15 min walk or 5 minute taxi journey. I have a broken ankle and had to pay for 2 taxis to go and check in at a cost of 25.00 an unexpected expense that should not have had to pay. There was no offer of compensation or discount for the room. When we got into the room was not anything like showed in the picture for a studio and was basically a box room with a double bed Now I was not expecting the ritz but this was definitely not what we purchased. I would definitely suggest hotels.com distancing themselves from this hotel. The customer service was shocking

Good location close to metro stations and lots of restaurants. But definitely a no frills accommodation. I stayed for 8 nights and received no housekeeping services. Every time I went to the front desk to ask for something, no one was there (during staffed hours). I had to buy my own toilet paper, which whatever it’s cheap, but weird that no one even asked if I wanted fresh towels or anything.

Conveniently close to Euston Train Station and several underground stations. Basement room, so a bit dark, but fairly spacious. Underground was noticeable some times, but did not ruin my night's sleep.

Centrally located, convenient, clean and a great bargain for London. Bathroom is a bit of a Tetris, but worth the trouble for the price.

Small but serviceable room. Close to tube station. Could be a bit loud at night due to close restaurants and traffic. No AC, but luckily it was cool at night in September so we opened windows.

Conveniently close to Euston railway station at Tottenham Court Road/Fitzrovia. Great location to use as a base to explore London.

If you just want to stay a night, it’s ok, no soundproofing, sound was all over, basement floor is where you will hear tube noise.
