Overall good. Room and inner areas were clean. Parking lot could use a once over. Shower control valve didn’t advance far enough to get more than mildly lukewarm. Reported that upon checkout and front desk person appeared to take prompt action to have it fixed.

Breakfast had many options (oatmeal bar with toppings, eggs, potatoes, sausages, waffles, cereal, bagels). Plenty of gluten/dairy free options including DF milk and gluten free bagels which were great. Hotel was quiet, clean, and comfortable. Only complaint was the pool was ice cold, so my kids wouldn’t use it.

Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast selection was very good. At this price point, this hotel is a good option. Negatives: No restaurant or bar in the hotel and there are no amenities within short walking distance of the property. However, Embassy Suites is across the street and it has a pub and restaurant.

It was not that clean it all look like some one stayed in there and they fadt cleaned but left dirty wash cloth on counter and bathroom should of been better cleaned it was kinda bad one of the worse I stay in since the cheap ones for the price I paid it sure was not worth it at all very disappointed with this hotel for sure!!

Check in went good, and the property was very nice. Our initial experience however was horrible. We arrived late (9:30 PM) needing sleep. AT 10:00 PM, the loud music and partying started in the room next to ours. After calling the front desk, it still continued. At 11:30, we finally asked for a different room, because it was evident they weren't going to put an end to the noise. Having to change rooms at 11:30, because others aren't required to obey quiet time, is not my idea of a good stay.

The room was great overall. Very clean and everything was still newish. Nice lobby, good breakfast including gluten free options which was a really nice plus in my book! No full length mirror which was a bit annoying and the fridge seemed to only have two options—off (for 8 hours?) or fast chill for 2 hours which if we didn’t press, the food didn’t stay cold. Told the front desk it didn’t seem to be working but I don’t think anything was ever done about it. Other than those things and the walls being thin (drunk neighbors woke us up at 2am one night) it was a nice place to stay for the money.

The Guest Service individual when checking in did an outstanding job. Booked a King Suite initially; however, the Guest Service individual apologized profusely as the room was not available. She went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable with the room selection she needed to give us.

We arrived late after 9:30pm to find that our room had been overbooked. However the gentleman said they made a reservation at the hotel next door(upgrade) and at no cost. They were great and we had a great experience next door too!

The desk clerks both upon arrival, and check out, were fantastic. Very engaging, welcoming, and friendly. The property has been refreshed; everything from the carpet, to the vanity, to the bathroom mirror seemed updated, and the bathroom fan actually exhausted all of the hot shower's humidity! The only disappointment we had was that the pillows were too soft and not supportive enough. Other than that, it was a very enjoyable stay.

It is in a great area, having Earle Brown Farm right next door. You have so many food venues just within 2 miles of this hotel. We loved the staff, front desk, breakfast, cleaners...the room was clean. We did have a bit of noise with the freeway out our window, which is very busy, but it was not overwhelming. Breakfast was WONDERFUL!!!

Staff were super nice! Room was clean but TV was a bit finicky. Breakfast was alright but potatoes were undercooked. There was also multiple pest control vehicles parked outside which was unsettling.. Overall, would stay here again if needed.

This was my second stay and it is a great property with an extensive and varied breakfast, very helpful and pleasant staff, nice bathroom toiletries (including the in-shower shampoo, body cleanser, etc.), very good rooms, reasonably priced, and this trip I even walked over to the very nice park that is close by. A very good option for this neighborhood!
