Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Brooklyn Park - Brooklyn Center, MN

This is a very nice hotel! The staff go about their day but they do help when you ask. The room was clean and comfy, a lot of parking and its very convenient and localized to get to a lot of events - especially downtown. The only con is the swimming pool tracks A LOT of water up and down the hallways to get to the elevator. Kinda hazardous but overall - i enjoyed my stay!

Good breakfast, hot hot tub, comfortable pool, comfortable beds. Great stay!

Our ac didn’t work at all. It was hot and humid. Had a miserable night.

The whole hotel smelled faintly like weed (marijuana) when we checked in and the smell did not lessen as we moved toward our room on the 2nd floor. It was pervasive throughout the areas we moved and even when we checked out the next morning. The breakfast area was adequate but nothing special. The staff that checked us in was polite and efficient, but in the morning (around 6:15 a.m.) there was no one around the check us out...no one in the breakfast area-except one guest- and no one at the desk, in the halls, etc. On the upside, the location was very convenient for us and the hotel looks clean and fairly modern.

Hotel overbooked, room wasn’t available that we booked. Had an unfinished room to spend the night in that lacked amenities. Poorly cleaned and leaking toilet. No blanket and pillow for pull out couch bed. Took it because lack of options and availability at that late time of night. Asked for a discount for trouble annd inconvenience and was refused. Will not stay here again. Was near an exit door where someone was smoking weed on and off all night. Not sure if it was staff or customers. Slept terrible. Horrible pillows too.
