Couldn’t find an actual phone number for the front desk. Tried 5 different ones with confusing automated commands. Waited for staff finally after 10 minutes, and my early booking was $90 more expensive than if I cancelled and rebooked. So that’s what I did myself with little help from staff. The pool and spa is also “out of order” during our stay…

The room itself was nice and clean enough. The pool room was not great. The hot tub was a dark color and had such a strong chlorine odor that our eyes were watering. The continental breakfast was meh. A lot of stuff was gone by the time we got down there at 9:30 (they are done serving at 10:30). They had eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, some bakery items, oatmeal, yogurt, and cereal. Overall I would say that it was an OK place to stay if you are only booking for a place to rest your head. If you are booking for the other amenities, I would say look elsewhere.

The good: PERFECT temperatures in the pool and hot tub! Pool was warmer than most and the hot tub wasn't scorching hot. Breakfast was very good with more warm food options than expected. Not so good: our room smelled like STRONG air freshener. It was so overwhelming that we had to open a window. We would 100% stay here again though. Overall experience was wonderful.

It was great for the night we were there. My husband and I were excited for the hot tub to relax in but could only stay in there for 10 minutes because our eyes were watering with the amount of chlorine in the pools. That was a little disappointing.

This is a nice facility. The only disappointment is with the cleanliness of the room. Specifically, the floor. Entire suite needs to be swept AND scrubbed. Floor was sticky under our sneakers. Visible dust on floor adjacent to the baseboards.

Disappointed... Our room was not clean, the floor was not even vacuumed when we arrived. The carpet had many food stains(and other stains), one of the larger stains were red. There were food crumbs and wrappers on the floor. The shower curtain had stains as well. The beds appeared clean. Requested room to be cleaned but there was some hesitation from the staff unfortunately. The bare minimum was completed. During stay, garbage bags were left by elevator for a long duration.(So long it started to smell) The breakfast was satisfying. Couldn't request for a new room due to no more rooms were available. Other areas within hotel, need some TLC. The staff was friendly. Usually Country Inn is in my top 3, but not this time. This is the first time I've come across so much filth at this hotel chain.

Upon arrival, my room slept terrible of marijuana. The floors in my room were dirty, hair on the shower curtain, and a large crump of dirty and hair beside the night stand. Also paint was peeling off the walls and doors. One of the grossest hotels I have ever stayed in!

The mini fridge had food spilled and dried in it, the bathroom floor had not been swept or mopped there was pee on the floor around the toilet went to the front desk to talk to someone about it and there was a sign there saying they were helping customers and would be right back I waited over 15 minutes and got sick of waiting! Went to the pool in the morning and there were raisins peanuts and candy wrappers all over the floor around the pool and hot tub and wads of hair in the hot tub. The staff was very nice it was just a very dirty hotel

The check in with Josh was great. However, our originally assigned room the key did not work, after a couple of attempts to resolve. Josh changed our room. The room was okay outside of there being only one waste basket in the suite (bathroom only). The tub needs to be resurfaced. The water was slow to go down the tub drain and the shower curtain needs to be replaced. The tub faucet did not shut off while showering. The bedroom was fine. The pillows should be larger for a King suite or replaced. The sofa pillows had stains as well as the carpet in the sitting area. There was no additional blanket for the sofa area.

It's pretty average overall. The thing I hated most was the small pillows for the bed. But I'm used to king-size pillows, so it was like sleeping on cotton balls. The drapes were ripped, the pool was cloudy and we found a dirty sock and plastic bag under the bed when we were checking to make sure we had everything before we checked out. The breakfast was pretty much what you'd expect at hotels like this - mystery egg product and slightly off breakfast meats. The breakfast area is small and gets very loud. Or it could be my fellow travelers were unusually loud, which wouldn't be the hotel's fault. We've stayed at the Country Inn & Suites near MOA and it was a little better.

Came to check in no staff at the front desk n no sign that said staff is away for a min n will be back. Waited for 10 mins staff came didn’t say sorry I had to used. The bathroom no acknowledgment. The bathroom tube needs painting or a replacement along with the walls looks like grease stains in the tube. It it’s not and the toilet stop working

Will never stay at this property again, and may not stay at any Country Inn & Suites ever again. Absolutely terrible, horrific service. Had a simple issue in our room that needed to be fixed, told the front desk after the first night. Nothing done. Nothing addressed. Would have taken 2 minutes (and certainly did NOT require a maintenance man to do it). Talked to the front desk (I think it was a manager) at checkout after 2nd night and she barely even looked up from her computer while mumbling a "sorry, maintenance wasn't in yesterday." That's it. Nothing. This hotel was not cleaned well, service was terrible, and while it had a facade of being updated there were plenty of things still wrong with it.

Check in was slow... no one at the desk when I arrived. About a10 minute wait for someone to show up, and this was right at check in time. Shower did not drain water. Otherwise, clean room, and property. Quiet, and comfortable room.

The property itself was okay , nothing incredible and it was clean. However, the evening gentle concierge was very unprofessional to my aunt. She asked for more coffee , he told her very rudely ,”there is no more coffee and you have to leave this are by nine.” She apologized and he kept walking as if she got on his nerves. His action left us feeling like we pick the wrong place to spend our hard earned money. We booked over 25 room for our family reunion and every night he worked it was alway a problem. We have chosen not to book here again.

I got a hotel on March 17-18. The room was definitely a little outdated. I paid $100 deposit but never was returned so I called. I was told today that the $100 deposit was taken for makeup being on the sheet because I fell asleep before taking my make up off. I then was told there was blood which I never seen. My boyfriend did cut his hand so if there was blood it had to be little because we grabbed a towel right away. Based off what I was told the deposit was for damage not of sheets or towels getting dirty. I am taking this to corporate because at this point I have gotten a thousand hotels and never ever had this happened. I always clean the hotel even when I know they will redo it. I feel that they are trying to rip people off and make excuses to take deposits

The hotel was a great price so my expectations weren't high. We had some issues in the room but the front desk was helpful. I had to walk down there since one of the issues was the phone not working. The room was decently clean however certain things like a ripped curtain and the toliet that kept running were offputting. Breakfast in the morning was good.

Noticed some repairs that needed some attention and they said they would have someone look into them. Breakfast was kinda the same thing every day potatoes egg omlet and waffles.
