Luxury luxury luxury...Super beautiful... Excellent Italian style restaurant. Also a steakhouse that we didn't try. The concierge was very helpful. The hotel is walking distance to most sites and shopping. We rented e-bikes a few blocks away that was super fun. Vienna is very bike friendly. The pool and fitness centre are immaculate. You gotta get a drink on the rooftop with the best view in town.

Service was fantastic and room was great. Greeted with prosecco (water for our son) and cookies upon check-in. Room was very spacious and clean. Staff were very attentive and helpful. Great location - very walkable. Rooftop bar in the evening is a plus - quiet place to enjoy a drink and watch the sunset. Plan to stay here again next time we are in Vienna.

We had a fantastic 3 night stay, the facilities were great, the staff wonderful, friendly, kind and efficient. The maid who attended to our room was kind and thoughtful placing a bookmark and glasses cleaner with our books small details did not go unnoticed to make the guests feel special. the only negative thing was the odour in the spa pool area it smelt like you were having problems with the drains or the fragrance aromatherapy, not what i'd expect a spa to smell like. otherwise a lovely break many thanks. The Club Lounge gave another dimension to the stay. I recommend to select a suite (or room if Club Lounge is available for rooms), really nice extra services, great food and drinks. On top of that, the suite was really nice, big and comfy, not ultramodern though, and the gym well equipped, swimming pool big and the spa was great. To sum up, we’ve found our new favorite hotel in Vienna and we’ll definitely return.

People were super friendly. Unfortunately there was street construction outside all night in addition to a terrible sewage smell coming up from the shower drains. There were no North American plugs in the room and when we requested one we were told they had run out, we were unable to charge anything until the next morning. I would say this is not acceptable for a five star property. I would say value for money isn’t great here, I prefer some of the other properties in town. The staff were exceptional which was good, always friendly and helpful.

The tv channels have to be updated No soccer channels where you could watch champion league games and other good sports . The breakfast was so so compare to the first time i visited this hotel. Of the 3 days of my stay we could only order 1 day a la carte .

Generally satisfied with services for our 8 nights stay, but surprised on quite of few tour groups check-in , affecting the ambiance of the loony and breakfast area ! 3 days the room cleaning didn’t finish before 3pm .. until we called up upon our return to the room, and surprised the room not cleaned, the housekeeping came as our request!

Excellent luxury hotel that actually lives up to the Ritz Carlton standards. I was very pleased with the cleanliness, comfort and pleasantness of the staff. Obviously it’s not cheap but I thought it was worth it and would definitely return.

This property is certainly not a five star hotel. The staff were amazing, kind and sweet and the hotel was very central, within walking distance to most of the famous places . However, the breakfast in particular was not of 5 star quality . It was not a buffet but you wete served at the table. and the menu was limited. There was no organic healthy dishes. The only one that came near was something called a healthy bowl which consisted of a heavy greek yogurt of 10 percent fat with a heavily sugared granola and 2 or three blueberries and one raspberry with flaked almonds. There was a fruit platter conxisting og chopped up melons and a few thin sluces of kiwi. We orderd a cheese platter and recieved a few triangles of ready cut cheeeses. The bread bowl for two people consisted of one croisant , one slice of brown bread a white roll and a pain au chocolate. It lacked the generoristy of a five star hotel and everything appeared to be weighed out using cheap ingredients and counting out each piece . It wasnt a nice feeling. The room was dark and did not have good quality products. The majorty were made in china and there was nothing at all luxurious After initially moving room due to the first room being unclean we still felt the room was not of the standard of a five star. It needs a complete overhaul.. Its a pity that after paying a five star price the overall feeling was that there was a complete lack of luxury or generosity

This is a large hotel, which at first was difficult to navigate with all the different hallways and stairs, leading you from section to section. (There is an elevator, but some areas still had steps.) The staff is exceptionally helpful. The room is spacious, clean, and quiet. The hotel is ideally located within the inner city. You are half a mile from most attractions - totally walkable. Our room could have used a refresher of the bathroom, as there were stains on the countertop and some flooring. We didn't use the gym, restaurants, or spa. Overall, however, it was very enjoyable.

Needs refurbishing. My room had courtyard view. It was dark and couldn’t see the sky during the day. Tried to change the room but day of my arrival front or rear view was not available. Charged €650 per day plus breakfast.

Our stay was amazing. Our room was clean and spacious, with very high ceilings and comfortable beds. There was a lot of natural light and also blackout shades. The staff was great, including room service. The rooftop bar was delightful with wonderful staff. They even gave us a parting gift based on some comments we made about products that we liked at the hotel. Wonderful experience.

From the doorman and concierge to reception, housekeeping, restaurant staff, and the bar team, everyone contributed to making our stay truly special. This trip was to celebrate a 40th birthday, and the Ritz staff went far beyond our expectations. From helping with flower arrangements to welcoming us with a small cake upon arrival, every detail was thoughtful and personal. The staff were incredibly attentive, not only to us, but also to our little one. From gifts and candy to the wonderful teams at both restaurants and the bar, everyone went the extra mile. They even made sure our youngest could participate in some child-friendly cocktail mixing, which was such a memorable and special touch. Both restaurants served delicious food, and breakfast each morning offered a great variety, from cold selections to freshly prepared hot dishes, something to enjoy for everyone. The attention to detail and genuine care given to every guest is nothing short of excellent. We felt truly welcomed throughout our stay and will definitely be coming back. Thank you to the entire team for making this celebration so unforgettable.

We asked the concierge for assistance with the driving service from the hotel and he was very brusque. The driver had informed us that he could provide other services, but the concierge was indignant that we would try to communicate with him. Maybe reasonable, but he was very blunt and insolent in manner.

When I checked in, I was not notified that breakfast came with the room I made a spa reservation for a service weeks in advance and found out as I was checked in to the spa that I could not get the facial, the appropriate staff was not there. The manager was extremely apologetic and certainly made up for it. This is not something I would expect from the Ritz Carlton. The private tub was not working. I had dinner at the bar and asked for certain things with my burger and the waiter forgot everything I asked for. The TV was unplugged. I have stayed at several Ritz Carlton properties all over the world and this was by far the worst one.

The toilet paper is very rough. The pick up from the airport to hotel was a disaster. The car was too mall for our luggage. We had to drag our bags from the parking lot to a limousine stand by ourselves. Today the drive to the airport- the Ritz mixed up our pick up time.

Had to have our room changed because the fan noise was SO loud in the room, even with the AC on. Had we been in a situation where we needed the AC to be actually on, it would have been impossible to sleep. A noisy room at £700 a night is inexcusable! They promptly changed the room to a (nicer) quieter one, but it was only so because the fan/ac vent was a lot farther away from the bed than the previous one. Stayed here as a treat for my girlfriend’s 30th birthday. Arranged two months in advance to have flowers and cake brought in the morning for a surprise. Confirmed the night before just to be sure. Nothing arrived, i asked what was happening and no one was aware of it. They ruined my surprise, and I was fuming. They were very apologetic and arranged for flowers and cake in the evening, free of charge, which was nice enough, but not a solution to the disruption created. No one could explain us what caused the issue. Other than that everyone was very professional and the normal service was great, stayed in the club lounge which was totally worth the extra money, great food both sweet and savoury, super service.

Great stay but just a bit off for a stay at the Ritz. Items to be in the room at check in were late (arrived after we did and we checked in late). Arrived early had our bags held by the bellhop and was told we would receive an email when are room was ready. We did not receive an email or text alerting us. Ended up checking into our room after four pm (over a hour past check in) when we got to our room our luge was not there. Nrlor was the champagne

We spent a week in Vienna for a relaxed stay. The location is great and walkable to a lot of places but very accessible to the underground, trams and buses in the area. We got the train from the airport to Wein Mitten (I think) which gave us a little walk to the hotel and that didn't take a lot of time. Right from the first to the last day staff were really welcoming, generous and polite. We booked a room with club lounge access which was great - although I would say food options there need some variety. Breakfast on the ground floor was amazing and the breakfast team could not do enough for us. Even for trips out we were able to build a snack box for pastries/fuits and get drinks to go when we had really early starts. Thank you to the club lounge team and Francisco and the entire breakfast team for looking after us so well :)

The area is very beautiful and the opera house is right down the street! In the hotel itself the room was spacious and very well appointed. The staff was professional, friendly and attentive. I will definitely stay there again next time I'm in Vienna.

Our recent trip to Vienna was amazing! The staff did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable! The spa was clean, amazing pool to wind down after a long day. The breakfast was light, good and accomodated our dietary restrictions with different options. From welcome to service we enjoyed a 8 day stay! Our waiters were doing everything possible to make a great experience Francesco, Roland and Natalia were amazing in every way! A special thanks to Adriana Q. Manager, for taking care of little details to make our stay hassle free and on hotel standards, her team was professional and make our room a home away from home. We reocmmend the Pastamara restaurant with the special aperitif experience! Hats off to amazing mixing skills from Bence, he is knowledgeable and provides a 5 star restaurant service! Will be coming back for sure!

Great location, clean room, easy check in - out. The staff very friendly and welcoming. A big shout out to Mario for being extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the city ( give us good insights). My only complain would be the brekfast, didn't like the options, slow services, everyone was trying they're best but way too slow due to volume of people, plus too pricey for what i got. Definitely disappointed, wish was buffet style.
