Hotel is okay, that's all. Noisy aircon makes it difficult to sleep at night. Bathroom is cramped for storing 2 guests' toiletries. Location pretty good, close to jubilee line. A lot of money for an average hotel.

Stayed 6 nights

Convenient location, drab and unclean rooms. Great staff and also a terrible manager. Avoid. I paid for 6 nights. My flight was delayed and I arrived the following morning. I notified the hotel in advance—and that I would need the room after 24 hours. They sold my prepaid room to someone else. When I arrived, they initially told me I had booked for the following night. I showed my receipt and then they said the hotel was full. The very helpful front desk clerk went and spoke the manager, Alessia. She was pleasant but deceitful and totally unhelpful. She confirmed I had paid but said the hotel was full—because they sold my room to someone else. But that housekeeping would get me a room as soon as possible. Remember, I was not asking for a favor like early check in. I had been delayed 12 hours and wanted access to the room I had paid for. I asked for a refund of the night. Alesia said since I booked through hotels.com I would have to call them. Not her decision. She refused—even though they were paid twice for the same room. I contacted hotels.com. They called her. Twice. It was actually her decision. She refused twice. Said it was hotel “policy.” So she not only denied me a refund, but also added insult to injury by wasting my time. Perhaps this policy of theft and inconveniencing human beings is in fact Ibis policy. Or it’s just an overworked manager who cannot see the situation in front of her. Whatever the case, there are many better options in London!

Great location. Excellent check in experience but receptionist on checkout was not friendly. Bed comfortable. However, the room was very dark and very basic with ill fitting shower curtain and no drawer space. No wardrobe - just a rack with coat hangers. Internet connection very poor which also affected tv functionality.
