The hotel was in a great location for walking around Old Dubai. It is a little old and could use some modernization. There was no ice machine nor a place to get ice until the dining area opened the next day.

Équipe très gentille , toujours bienveillante. Bien situé . Très propre , super piscine . Après ça serai super d’investir dans le double vitrage pour atténuer les bruits de rue animées .c’est le seul bémol . Après franchement rapport qualité prix impeccable . Pas mieux sur dubai .

A lot of shops around, we had rent a car which we could park free behind the hotel (enough parking place). very friendly people in the hotel. We enjoyed the swimming pool on the rooftop, with enough beds there. appartments with kitchen, washingmachine and fridge very clean.

Great place for long term stays. Wife and I stayed here for two weeks and had an amazing experience. We were always greeted with smiles and positive attitude from everyone. The hotel has sauna and steam which are a huge plus and a deep pool which we truly enjoyed

They moved me to a different sister hotel saying the room wasn't available.in the different hotel , they only provided me the room for 1 night instead of 5 as promised. Then to make things worse, they gave me a room on the smoking floor, the room had smoking smell which was not good as we had an infant. Poor management.

We certainly enjoyed our stay at the Savoy Central. From the moment we walked in the door the staff greeted us warmly and by name. The place was clean, friendly and ran smoothly. The room was large and comfortable. The location was close to transportation and within walking distance to the Creek and Metro. When it came time to get our PCR for departure regulations they directed us to the clinic and made sure our results were sent to us and printed. A great relief to us and much appreciated. They did their best to make our stay in Dubai fun, interesting, and with a warm human touch. Thank you Savoy Central.

L'hôtel est situé à 10 minutes de marche du métro. Il est implanté dans un endroit animé et vivant. Nous avons demandé à avoir une chambre calme que nous avons eu. Tout le personnel est charmant, poli et aux petits soins. La chambre est spacieuse. La literie d'excellente qualité. Le Wi-Fi est très bon. Si nous devions revenir à Dubaï ce serait sans hésiter que nous reprendrions cet hôtel.

It has been an absolute pleasure to stay at this property. I originally booked for 3 nights, but decided to stay another 4 so far. From the moment I arrived, the staff have been top class. The location was ok coz getting a taxi was easy. The communication was disappointing always promised to get back to you soon but nothing happened. There are no babysitting services as they promise on the website and sometimes service delivery failed. All in all, the staff was helpful and friendly.

We certainly enjoyed our stay at the Savoy Central. From the moment we walked in the door the staff greeted us warmly and by name. The place was clean, friendly and ran smoothly. The room was large and comfortable. The location was close to transportation and within walking distance to the Creek and Metro. When it came time to get our PCR for departure regulations they directed us to the clinic and made sure our results were sent to us and printed. A great relief to us and much appreciated. They did their best to make our stay in Dubai fun, interesting, and with a warm human touch. Thank you Savoy Central.

A lot of shops around, we had rent a car which we could park free behind the hotel (enough parking place). very friendly people in the hotel. We enjoyed the swimming pool on the rooftop, with enough beds there. appartments with kitchen, washingmachine and fridge very clean.

The hotel itself is good! The staff are wonderful, especially Ahmed at reception but the area itself is not the best. Having said that, it’s a prime location! You can get anywhere in Dubai within 10 minutes drive.

The property location was a good location if you want to be in the presence of the local community. The staff were nice and very welcoming. At breakfast they served a buffet style breakfast that was very satisfying. Overall, it didn't seem like the everyday hotel, Its was a great family environment and we were very comfortable there.
