Older building near transit and several food options which was very convenient. Odd having a bathroom with glass doors - seriously see though glass next to the bed Furniture was old, kitchen unit only had 1 pot and the single knife wasn’t sharp enough to cut bread Also disliked that someone entered our y it twice The first time right after we arrived and were changing the door opened and when we called out they immediately closed the door Second time we were out but noticed someone had come in - made us feel somewhat unsafe Area is loud due to excessive number of sirens from emergency vehicles

We enjoyed our stay here as a family of four, travelling with one teenage and one 9 year old boy. We stayed in the B Luxurious suite with two bedrooms and a living room for 3 nights. It was incredibly spacious and the layout of the suite was perfect for us as the kids were in a room on one end and, my husband and I in a room on the other end. We had separate bathrooms as well. We also used the communal laundry but you need to either buy the laundry washing tablet for €3 each or bring your own. We also used the small gym facility for our workouts. The only things to take note is that there is no reception nor staff members around to help, especially on weekends. When we arrived, we were only given one keycard when I had requested and they had confirmed to give us 2 (which is actually needed because the rooms needed 2 keycards to activate electricity in the room). I had paid €3 for the laundry washing tablet which I had to chase again when I arrived by calling them. In general, it wasn’t a bad experience at all but you will need to set the expectation that there help isn’t readily available at reception because it is a self-services Aparthotel. If you have that expectation in mind, then the stay will be a great one! We enjoyed it and recommend it.

Like: The property was well located for my needs. Dislike: No reception. Access code did not work. Had to wait for guest exiting to then get my card. The safe could not be reset.. Carpets on second floor a disgrace..

It is a contactless service therefore communication is done virtually. The apartment decor is dark, the flooring is not level, the internet is very poor, and the layout of the apartment does not serve for privacy whilst using the bathroom. It did not quite meet my expectations but was okay for a one-night stay.

Very disappointing. The photos posted of a light bright apartment do not reflect the reality. The room had black floors and curtains and the seating area dark brown, damaged and torn sofas. Awfully dark and depressing. TV remote controls were not working, I tried to tell staff on the red phone who just continued to say “I can’t hear you, this is the emergency phone, use your mobile phone to contact us” My two nights stay was two nights too many, an awful experience, I was pleased to leave. Chipped glassware and cups without handles in the kitchen. The Nespresso coffee machine was good to use but if housekeeping doesn’t come daily there should be enough coffee pods left for the guest’s stay.

Accès facile au centre ville, en face du métro et bus . Plutôt spacieux et bien équipé avec lave vaisselle dans la cuisine, l'appartement est tout blanc, sols ,murs , plafond, mobilier, etc. Donc mériterait un rafraîchissement mais cela reste très correct contrairement à ce que j'ai pu lire par ailleurs. L'absence de réception (humaine) n'est pas problématique. Mieux expliquer les instructions pour récupérer la carte magnétique dans une enveloppe .

El hotel en general es muy moderno y lindo. La habitación que nos tocó era super amplia, fresca y cómoda. Solo un par de cosas a tener en cuenta: no me llegaron instrucciones por mail directamente desde el hotel aclarando cómo era el check-in. No hay recepción, por lo que si llegás antes de la hora de ingreso, no tenés ni cómo ingresar ni dónde dejar las valijas. Por último, sería bueno que aclaren que el hotel no cuenta con servicio de habitación, por lo que no se limpia ni ordena durante la estadía. Por todo lo demás, la ubicación es buena, y es cómodo y moderno.

It was a pleasant stay, cleanliness could be better, especially in de bathroom. The big shower head was covered in limescale and the handle of the tap was hard to open and close because it was almost stuck. The door of the bathroom can't fully close because it will scratch the floor.. the room itself was fine, clean bed and clean fridge. I didn't hear any neighbours or cars so it's well isulated. Curtains made the room very dark which was nice.

Dont go for property no sevice People come to enjoy there holliday and they want to get rid off daily routine but this aparthotel make u work coz no reception, no housekeeping, no service only connectivity to other area is good coz of locat but i highly disappointed about no service at all. Size of apartment is very good but floor looks very old and dirty all the time so i would not recommend this hotel

La struttura è in una posizione comoda, le camere sono ampie e ben arredate. Ma qui finiscono i punti positivi della struttura. La pulizia è inesistente abbiamo soggiornato 4 giorni non sono mai venuti a pulire la camera e a cambiarci gli asciugamani. Almeno lasciare i prodotti per la pulizia uno a mali estremi si puliva da solo il bagno.... Le camere non sono per niente isolate acusticamente siamo stati ripetutamente svegliati dal bambino della camera accanto che piangeva o da quelli della camera sopra che spostavano sedie e gridavano. Abbiamo chiamato e non ci hanno mai risposto al numero di telefono. Di certo non ci tornerò in nessuna vostra struttura.

The person at the reception has been very kind and efficient, very good! The room itself had some problems, micro wave did not work, there were no liquid soap enough for the shower.

It’s a terrible travel experience and I don’t feel safe in this neighbourhood . This hotel are local in the middle of a back street with no front desk or any staff there and when you try to get helps, it take a 20hours late e-mail reply. The staff’s manner is rough and unhelpful. And it takes a 15 mins walk from the main station with stairs, plus if your schedule can’t make at 2-3pm exact time slot, you will be in a big trouble to check-in. The studio was comfortable with great window and view. The bathroom needs some repair, more commodity to hang cloths or other. The bed is xl king and wonderful!!! We felt very comfortable except by the fact that we should be adviced Someone was going to get on the suite when we were out. The area is good and well connected with any place, Nice restaurants and supermarket very closed to the appartment!!! Recomendation. Provide a cel phone number (24 hours) for emergen y and for some people who need help with checkin !!!

Very disappointing. The photos posted of a light bright apartment do not reflect the reality. The room had black floors and curtains and the seating area dark brown, damaged and torn sofas. Awfully dark and depressing. TV remote controls were not working, I tried to tell staff on the red phone who just continued to say “I can’t hear you, this is the emergency phone, use your mobile phone to contact us” My two nights stay was two nights too many, an awful experience, I was pleased to leave. Chipped glassware and cups without handles in the kitchen. The Nespresso coffee machine was good to use but if housekeeping doesn’t come daily there should be enough coffee pods left for the guest’s stay.

Was good the only thing is about the self checking in is kinda weird and when you call o e guy is rude. I was asking for a second card key and was a lot of trouble to get it. I dont need to beg for a secondary card key because we were 2 people he says is only one ( the pro lem with the key is ghat if you get out and remkve the key from the room everything turned off including ac and electricity) i want to go out and my husband want to stay and he say well idk how you are going to do..... that is really awkward. He give me a key at the end of the day but that was really unnecessary. The rest of the hotel is ok. I thing they can change it or at least how to handle situations

Plutôt spacieux et bien équipé avec lave vaisselle dans la cuisine, l'appartement est tout blanc, sols ,murs , plafond, mobilier, etc. Donc mériterait un rafraîchissement mais cela reste très correct contrairement à ce que j'ai pu lire par ailleurs. An excellent hotel/apartment . I felt very comfortable staying there, and had everything I needed (with the exception of a first aid kit ) However , the surrounding areas felt unsafe . As I am a lone traveler this was a concern .

L’appartement est très bien situé, accessible pour marché vers plusieurs sites d’attrait touristes ou avec métro juste en face. L’appartement était propre, confortable et identique aux photos présentées. Seul petits pépin, comme c’est un self checking, les informations pour accéder a l’immeuble n’était pas complètes. Heureusement quelqu’un s’est présenté car nous étions présents a l’heure précise des checking, car autrement nous n’arrivions pas à joindre qui que ce soit. Mise à part cette situation tout était en place pour un très agréable séjour à Bruxelles. Aussi, important de noter que les week-end il n’y a pas de café ouvert à proximité le matin.

It was amazing when first time stepped in the room. Big living room , big bed room and big washroom, also a lovely kitchen. Nice and quiet location close to Grand Place and central bus station. Easy to get on public transit. The only thing is a little bit difficult if you don’t check in online first to get the password because there is no reception at all. Hopefully we will come back and live in the same room for our future trip.

It was ok. A little loud in the evening and overnight. No staff at the hotel so hard to get assistance if required. The elevator didn’t work consistently and the door to parking was locked and didn’t open with the room key.

Apologies can’t say but keep receiving messages from hotel to comment on stay we could not undertake. Booked two bed apartment which was absolutely perfect months in advance but shortly before trip informed room no longer available. Offered smaller room but due to heath condition not suitable for our group of three people. Company kindly offered alternative accommodation though further out of centre which was more suitable for our needs after we contacted them.
