Bel hôtel, mais ce n’est clairement pas un 4 étoiles selon les standards américains. Mon 3 étoiles à Séoul était mieux. Somme toute, le prix était correct. En fait, c’est un ancien Best Western recyclé. À noter que la piscine n’existe plus même si on la montre sur les photos.

The view from our room was excellent!! The location is very convenient and front desk was very friendly. Only set back is that they only had 1 set of washer and dryer in basement and had to wait in line to do laundry.

Friendly staff and extremely clean. Housekeeping ensured we always had bottled water and clean towels. Loved the fact it was walking distance to public transportation, restaurants and a 7eleven onsite for snacks and drinks.

The room was nice. Very clean. Had a mini refrigerator with 2 bottles of water. The tv had it so you could connect to youtube or netflix which was very convient. 711 is downstairs in lobby. Nearby dining options other thsn hotel restaurant was limited. If you have foreign credit card, you can download the Shuttle app to have food delivered.

깨끗하고 좋았습니다. 직원들도 친절합니다. 차이나타운 길 건너편이어서 돌아다니기도 좋았습니다. 호텔 1층에 편의점이 있어 편리했습니다. 주차장이 넓어서 자동차 이용도 편했고 지하철도 가까워서 대중교통 이용도 좋았습니다.

The room was neat and bed was comfortable. Standard room. Carpet a bit stained. The main hall very attractive and welcoming. Breakfast was expensive but very good and deliscious. Restaurant in the same complex. Location was not ideal but close to Incheon Cruise port. Chinatown was walking distance. Not too many stores, mostly local restaurants. SEOUL was quite a distance. Worthbthe drive! very easy to get a taxi, staff helped and very pleasant. Fairly priced.

No one at door to help us with bags. Entrance was hard to maneuver the front entrance because you have to push the open button while handling several pieces of large luggage and then go to the next on the other side because there is rope on the sliding door closest to the first door. Carpet had a lot of stains on it in the room.

직원분들은 친철했습니다 바닥 카펫은 오래되서 냄새났고 청소도 완벽하지 않았어요 방에 창문이 없어서 환기가 전혀 안되었고, 담배 냄새가 너무 심해서 잠을 잘수가 없을정도였어요. 가족 투숙보단 비지니스 웍샵 단체 투숙객들이 많습니다 근처에 차이나타운 월미도 이동은 쉬웠어요. 인천공항과는 다소 거리가 멀어요.

Stayed one night at this hotel for a layover. It was ok for my purposes. Check in and check out process was simple and easy. When I was on my way from the subway station to the hotel, it was pouring rain, so I ended up soaking wet when I arrived. I wished the front desk offered some sort of condolences and/or towels to dry off when I was checking in. I stayed a standard non smoking room with 2 twin beds. The Expedia pictures might be a bit outdated as there were stains couch and not quite realistic to the actual room itself. The washroom sink had mold on the outside, which was unavoidable due to the design of the sink and angle of the water from the tap. The lights were a bit dark, so not the brightest room. I don’t recall hearing any sounds from the rooms next door, so that’s a bonus. Note that there is no electrical outlet for Type A and B (120V) nor adaptors that suit north American electronics. Location is accessible and within reasonable walking distance to the subway and restaurants. When we were checking out, we asked the front desk to call a taxi for us. She was nice enough to do so, and it arrived within 1-2 minutes.

This hotel is walking distance to china town and the Sea train station. Which you can easily go to Wol Mi do. Also right across street from Art district I was able to visit many galleries to see some artist’s work for free. Many places to eat and visit without a car. I was staying 2 nights they gave me a room in 11th floor with a harbor view. The room was tiny ( compare to where I’m coming from) but had everything I needed. The staff was very friendly especially, Mr. Ko ( front manager) speaks very good English and helped me get a taxi to my next destination when I checked out. I would recommend strongly for people want to visit China town and Wol Mi Do before heading to Seoul from In chun airport. Forgot to mentioned that 7eleven is on the first floor so very convenient to get something you need at night.

最近はソウルには行かず、仁川でのんびり楽しむようにしてます。今年3回目の仁川でしたが、7月の滞在時に快適でしたので、こちらは2回目！コストパフォーマンスがよいホテルだと思います。強いて言えば、シャワーブースからの水漏れですね、シャワー角度を気をつけないとブースの外側が水浸しになります。また、次の滞在時には、室内用のマイスリッパを持参しようと思います。とても快適なホテルだと思います！

Wonderful room and was very comfortable. Only down side was a disconnect between the night staff and the day staff. We asked night staff for late check out and they okayed it (my partner is Korean so no language errors), but when we called the desk in the am to confirm what time late checkout was, we were told it was impossible as they were fully booked. When I mentioned to her that we were told the night before it was ok, she tried hard to give us an extra hour, but as someone who has worked in top level customer service, I could tell it was going to be difficult, so we checked out at normal time.

This is not what I would consider a four star hotel. None of the staff would help me with my luggage even though I told them I had injured my wrist. The carpets were dingy and the room did not look anything like the pictures. There was no room service and the one restaurant only had two options for dinner, neither of which was appealing. Would not recommend.

Good quality modern hotel very close to Incheon Chinatown, cafes and restaurants in the old port area. A good alternative to going into Seoul city if transiting for a night or two. 40 mins by taxi from the airport. Friendly, helpful English speaking staff.

Hotel bien ubicado a 5 minutos andando de la estación de metro y de Chinatown. Cuenta con una parada de autobús en la puerta para visitar las zonas cercanas. Habitación correcta. Checkin lento. Personal poco amigable, seco y un tanto desagradable en el trato. Pedí habitación con vistas al puerto y no me hicieron caso ni me dieron ninguna explicación. Había una mancha desagradable en la funda de la almohada y restos de comida entre las dos camas. Creo que deberían mejorar estos aspectos. Por el resto, es el standard de calidad Best Western.
