Hotel & Motel le Luxembourg

No pool, everything needed to be fixed. The doors, the faucets, the air conditioner. The carpet was worn out. The front desk guy was nice, friendly, and helpful. Ok for 1 night.

No one answered at the reception, even with multiple attempts to reach them. Ended up having to stay somewhere else. Very disappointed.

Felt scammed. Do not recommand at all. There was no light globe, there was hole and burn marks on every walls, the AC was half functionnal, lock and keys barely worked and the bathroom was creepy. The room didn’t look at all like the pictures on the web site. Way to expansive for such a poorly maintained place.

Very bad service very bad room

This property is not in livable condition should be closed down, period. It is not suitable for anyone to stay unless it is homeless people. Reception: When I went to check in, the door was locked and the 2 staff never unlocked the door for us.They were arguing loudly with other customers Room: The dirtiest room I have ever seen in a motel. Room had mold smell. It has never been dusted. Table tops were dirty with dried food. Bed is from 18th century and sofa was so dirty, it was probably picked up free from streets. Sofa bed was torn, and mattress spring was poking everywhere. Dining chairs had dirty stains as if they were thrown out and was wet in rain for several days. I booked this room for my family with kid. This room had a credit card box for ADULT videos, totally disgusting. The blankets had cigarette holes and blankets were really old and smelly. Pillow didn't had covers, I asked for 2 pillow covers but just like pots and pans, the staff never brought it. Bathroom: Hair dryer was tempermental, on and off. Towels had shoe stains. Aminities: Advertisement says one kitchenette with utensils. There was no utensils except 2 dirty coffee mugs and one spatula. I requested for pots and pans, the receptionist forgot it 2 times and never brought it. When I went to ask for it, the office was closed and no-one was around. My daughter fell asleep hungry. This motel should be closed down. I had no choice as I reached late at night and had nowhere to go. DO NOT STAY HERE.
