All the staff was great! The room was small but we weren't here to stay in it. The beds & pillows were comfy. A cabinet was added in the hallway that was stufffed with water bottles, snacks, extra toilet paper, etc.... We would stay again!!!

It's a nice, clean hotel, staff is friendly. We did have the room in the basement it can be quiet at night. The staff in the morning gathers around the ice machine there which can wake you up. The night we stayed the Internet went out so we didn't have the best time with no TV and barely cellular service in the basement. Front desk was only able to refund the service fee butwe appreciate at least that.

Had a great stay! The staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean and affordable for my budget and the location was very close to many city attractions and great places to eat. I wish the hot water was a bit warmer during showering and there was no fridge in the rooms, however there is a microwave in the lobby in case you need to warm up something to eat and and coffee.

The receptionist told us to park in front of the hotel for the night, that there wouldn’t be any issue since he’d keep an eye on our vehicle. The two cars parked in front of the hotel overnight (including ours) got a parking ticket. There was another issue with very strong cigarette smoke smell that appeared during the night and woke us up. Apparently all bathrooms ventilations are linked and you can smell what is happening in other bathrooms.

This hotel was perfect for our NYC weekend trip. Chinatown was walkable and the food options were plentiful. The F train was a quick 5 minute walk that allowed us to access everything easily. The hotel itself was clean, looked and felt updated and had all basic necessities. The lobby had coffee and tea station but more importantly a water bottle filler machine. Bed linens were very soft and comfy. Highly Recommend!!!

It was one of the cheapest hotel i could find in the area, but it was chinatown and the area is just dirty. The rooms were tiny and they didn't even provide toothbrush and toothpaste. There was some brown stuff on the bedding which i hope isn't what i think it was. Rooms are not sound proof. They recently renovated so the bathroom looked clean and nice. The location is near major subs and buses so very convenient. There are no refrigerator or microwave in the room...you have to go to the lobby.

First of all there was no parking, and it was inconvenient ,! Then there’s no Mini refrigerator or microwave , there ice machine was not working , if it wasn’t for one of the employees that helped us get a few things , I wouldn’t have stayed there , we stayed 5 days and I had to make the best of it, but over all it was ok , but will not stay again

While several blocks from the subway the hotel is centrally located in Chinatown and very close to a number of restaurants. The building and room were very clean, well maintained, would stay here again!

One of our travelers got bed bug bites. The door on the hotel room didn't full close. The management was very kind and the location is great, but do not stay here if cleanliness and security are important to you.

Staff that checked me in, was quick, polite and very pleasant. Overall the room was decent for it's size and location. Good for going to sleep, showering and then going about the day. Booked a city view room, and was able to see the manhattan bridge from the bathroom and bedroom window. It was a nice touch. Bathroom and room itself were extremely clean with the exception of one thing. Half way through my night, I pulled my comforter further down on the opposite of where I was laying, and discovered dried blood. There were multiple splotches of it near the top and further down going towards the middle of it. I was completely disgusted after this and then started thinking what else wasn't clean. I'm not sure how a hotel could miss something like that. It appears as if the linen doesn't get washed and the houskeeper flipped the comforter in hopes of it never being found. It's a shame because until then, I was pleasantly surprised and happy with booking this place last minute.

Marketing for this hotel is intentionally deceptive. I needed a room for the night in the city and I saw this hotel. The room pics had a window with the curtain drawn. My room ended up being in the basement with a fake window behind the curtain. There was no air conditioning so the room was exceptionally hot. Being in the basement it was so loud with all the staff working. They said nothing about any of this. Don’t stay here. They’re liars.

It was a good hotel for New York. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good. There were delicious Chinese restaurants all around. I tried one called Dim Sum Palace and it was the best Chinese food I have ever eaten. The area seemed to be very safe, even late at night. It was a Saturday and there were many young couples and groups walking around at 10 p.m. The next morning I found a nice place for breakfast called The Corner Bar just across the street. The only negative was that there was no chair in the room and so I had to eat my Chinese takeout in the bed.
It was a good hotel for New York. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good. There were delicious Chinese restaurants all around. We arrived at 3pm to check-in and were told the room would be ready in about 10 minutes or so due to a late check out. After 45 minutes waiting in the lobby we were given a room after another couple arrived and checked in. This other couple received a room immediately. The rooms were clean and location in China town was convenient. They do charge a $34 fee upfront for the two bottles of water, two bags of sun chips and K-cup coffee they provide in the room (we drank the water but did not touch the chips or coffee) Otherwise everyone was very pleasant, the rooms were a fine size, the one who was in charge of cleaning the rooms apologized to us for the wait when I saw her.

Location was great, in Chinatown and a short walk from 2 subway stations. There’s lots of food options and some nice bars in the area. The room was small, but for the location and price I can’t complain. Everything was clean and tidy. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. They held our luggage until the room the ready while we went out, and even lended us an umbrella durning a rainy day on our trip.

Very small but nice property and great value. The rooms had everything we needed including a nice view of the Lower East Side. Coffee bar in lobby was all we needed. Very walkable to to the subway and buses as well as to Williamsburg Bridge, Essex Market, Chinatown and Little Italy.

It was one of the cheapest hotel i could find in the area, but it was chinatown and the area is just dirty. The rooms were tiny and they didn't even provide toothbrush and toothpaste. There was some brown stuff on the bedding which i hope isn't what i think it was. Rooms are not sound proof. They recently renovated so the bathroom looked clean and nice. The location is near major subs and buses so very convenient. There are no refrigerator or microwave in the room...you have to go to the lobby.

We enjoy both our stays with this lovely hotel this year. The location is great, with easy access to buses, subway stations and a large variety of restaurants and parks. The staff are very attentive to customers’ needs. Lazaro even goes out of his way to make sure my elderly mother and I can have a comfortable stay.
