This is probably one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in it was absolutely spotless. It’s such a shame that the pictures on the website don’t represent what the hotel is actually like, because it has brilliant potential. Unfortunately, almost everything in the room was broken or falling apart. My bathroom door handle was coming off, so I couldn’t close the door. The headboard fell off the wall while I was watching Netflix with my 8 year old daughter. I was told I’d been ‘upgraded’ because the air‑con in my original room was broken, but the room I was given had a broken sofa bed that wouldn’t fold down. I was staying with my daughter, so sharing a bed wasn’t the end of the world, but that’s not really the point. The TV also looked like it was about to fall off the wall, and overall the room just felt very unkept and in need of attention. The man who checked me in was absolutely lovely really friendly and helpful but it’s such a shame that the hotel itself is so run down. With some investment, new furnishings, and a fresh lick of paint, this could genuinely be a lovely place to stay.

Listed as having air conditioning and whilst this did exist it was not particularly effective. No kettle in the room despite that being advertised and no remote for the TV so couldn't watch that. However, this booking was done exceptionally last minute so I was grateful to get at room at a sensible cost and would stay here again.

Parking is fantastic and safe in a secure underground car park Staff were helpful and provided great service. The rooms themselves could definitely of been cleaner, its apparent these rooms are heavily used and obvious wear and tear is shown.

Axiom provided me and my family a room with a broken lock which is unusual in any standard hotel. Also just right in front of the room, there was an open storage area, with lots of goods stacked up. Do not recommend at all for a family stay, I rushed out of the property the same night n had to book another hotel in London 11pm at night .

Great location, friendly staff, rooms are nicely modern in decor but now looking a little tired. Parking was useful and the value for London is excellent. Don’t expect any more thrills than a good room for a reasonable price, no bar, no restaurant etc. Good access to local bars, Battersea & Chelsea shops and a Budgen’s local over the road.
