Residenza d'Epoca Relais I Miracoli

This hotel was quite a surprise. Our room had a direct view of the Tower of Pisa, The service was very good and the lovely girl who clean our room was always there trying to make sure we had a everything we needed. The room was clean and comfortable. The only problem is that there is no place to leave luggage if you have a late flight/ train and we had to leave our stuff in the entrance hall of the hotel. Not a big deal for us, but as a family of 4 with quite a lot suitcases, we blocked the hotel entrance that is very small!

We got a room that was smelling cigarettesmoke.. Even if i talked to the personal on site thet just ignored me. All clothes smelled smoke after a night in that room. There was barley hot water to wash hands. If we tried to take a shower it was cold. This was same in our freinds room also. I would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone else!!

Excellent location with great view of the leaning tower. Friendly staff; let us leave our bags with them a bit earlier than our check in time.

Nice room. Literally opposite Pisa tower and very close to airport. Nice eateries and bars close by. Room was quite hot so had to sleep with windows open as no fan provided in room.

Fantastic! Best location in Pisa with friendly staff and clean rooms.
