This place was a perfect find. It’s quiet, the room was incredibly comfortable (bed, sheets and robes were soooo comfortable). Breakfast was delicious, service was incredible. Staff was friendly, attentive and so helpful. They helped us with shipping a case of wine home, taking away a major concern of ours. Pool and hot tub were great.

A very nice place rooms were clean And well laid out. Outside patio was a very nice seating area. Pool hot tub is a very nice space. Breakfast was always interesting. The front staff always helpful.

Nice quiet hotel. Lots of outdoor space to relax and have a glass of wine. Always treats in the lobby. Breakfast was good. Pool is relaxing. Our room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.

Excellent facilities, attentive staff, hot gourmet two-course breakfast, beverages, wine, and snacks available throughout the day. 2 min drive to Glen Ellen restaurants and easy access to numerous wineries. Expensive, but worth it, in my opinion.

We arrived late night to our garden cottage, lights were on, heat at a cozy temperature. Cottage was clean and spacious. All the staff was very nice and friendly. Food was delicious. Great Experience, will return!

Excellent customer service and very clean rooms. Quiet and wonderful welcome, amenities and breakfast. The only thing was our breakfast quiche was served cold. Otherwise a great stay. Not safe though to walk to nearby restaurants and stores because there is no sidewalk on the road, but a short drive will do.

Pros: 1. Kathryn at the reception was one of the most wonderful hosts I’ve ever met 2. The property is in a very quaint and beautiful location Cons: 1. The housekeeping left a lot to be desired. We found a previous guest’s boxers in our room. The pillows had roaches and spiders on them.

Best hotel ever with a relaxing vibe. The staff is always wonderful and helpful. They serve free breakfast and it's amazing. They also introduce us to new vineyards nearby that are equally amazing. Sleeping away from home is always a gamble. However the bed and bedding are very comfortable and we had no trouble sleeping at night.

I also did not like the sounds of traffic from the road; the hotel obviously cannot control it but I had expected the property to be more relaxing and noticed the sounds of cars driving by while in my room as well as at the pool area which is very close to the road. Overall, I would recommend this property but it was a bit disappointing to me for the price point.

Nice rooms but we could hear the people next door talking. Nice amenities. But, the “gourmet breakfast” offers no choices. You get what they are making that day, which when we were there was a weird bowl of quinoia, squash, Brussels sprouts…. Not b’fast food in my mind.

In our room, 15, the barn-style bathroom door did not close all the way...like, by design. We found that extremely odd. Also, no biggie, but the one of the bureau draws was broken and didn't open all the way.

We had a lovely one night stay in room #11 underneath the lobby and dining room. The staff were very welcoming and professional. Lots of treats to eat and drink. They provided a sweet welcome gift for our anniversary and let us check in early. The only criticism I have is the pillows were too bulky and there was a loud motor running at night that was located in between our room and the cottages near the pool. It's best to keep your windows at night.
