Nice comfortable room. Easy access to freeway to get to our appointments. Also close to my Family. Great breakfast and 5:00 reception was very much enjoyed thank you! Staff were awesome very helpful and kind. Swimming pool and hot tub were very nice.

We have stayed here a few times in the past and had good expierences. This time that was not the case. The couch was extremely uncomfortable to sit on, sagging. There were no electrical outlets that worked near the bed to plug in phone chargers, etc. There was not an alarm clock in the bedroom either. Along with onlu one USB charging port in the room. We had a broken toilet, that continued to run - Maintenance was able to fix however. There was a soccer event in the area which meant that there was an over abundance of young guests that were not properly supervised, running in the hall, loud noise after midnight. We were not able to enjoy the pool or hot tub due to this as well. The one good thing was the breakfast chef(s) and service. Although the waffle iron broke the second morning and was not fixed/replaced during our stay (2 additional days). I called to use the business center to print a boarding pass and was informed the equipment was broken and not replaced so they closed the center. Housekeeping only came 1 time during our 4 days even when I asked to have the trashcans emptied and floors vacuumed. The front desk staff were helpful but did not seem to have the resources needed. We are not planning to stay at this location again after this experience.

We had a 1 bedroom suite that was perfect for our family of 5. Pool area was nice and well ventilated. Breakfast was amazing with an omelette ordering station. My one major downfall is the bathroom!! In a one bedroom suite there are 2 doors to the one bathroom and neither lock. For a family room that sleeps 5, this is not convenient. Especially if you have a toddler or young child who wants to open it when everyone is showering.

Requested extra pillow, never received. Hotel wasn’t very clean. Dog poop all around property, on all grass and rock areas. I had to walk dog to neighboring facility to find a clean spot to use. No available parking one evening due to wedding at facility. Had to park in no parking area at hospital next door. Thon walks, neighboring room stayed up very late with party and conversation.

There was absolutely no drinking cups in our room. There was no luggage carts to bring up my luggage. I waited for an hour but the staff never produced a cart. I dragged each piece up myself to 4th floor. I was exhausted. The lights around sink and vanity didn’t work. My wife had a terrible time doing her hair by light coming through shades. There were towels but no wash cloths. The only thing good about this stay was breakfast. The room was an absolute Unequivocal FAILURE.

The room that we got was super dirty dog hair all over the sofa bed. And pillows smelled dirty. House keeping didn't go in the morning to clean even if requested. No toilet paper and the bottles of shampoo etc.. were empty. We requested to be moved since my son is allergic to animals. And the room they gave us was a little better but still dirty and sofa bed was broken. Just a horrible experience never coming back to this property!

Breakfast is amazing. Best hotel breakfast and made to order omelets and the space is big. Hotel has been surface cleaned but nothing is deep cleaned. Pool Bathrooms had pee on the seats. Breakfast area has stained carpet and cushions are black from not being deep Cleaned. Room is cleaned but the sofa is dirty and arm on sofa is dented in. Piece of tile in room bathroom is broken off. My husband didn’t like the comfort fo the bed. But I like the room setup up with the bedroom separate from the living and kitchen area. Staff will as very friendly and helpful. Check in was quick

Our room was dirty and smelled like a wet dog. They had to change our room and the cleanliness is awful. Our comforters had hair on them it didn’t look like it had been washed. We took and extra blanket out of the closet and it has hair on it too. Our couch we couldn’t even sit on because it was so dirty and worn out. Didn’t even use it. Gross!

Very nice rooms: clean comfortable TVs were nice. Breakfast was standard bacon, eggs, etc. The one thing about the rooms, there is no door on the opening to the bedroom!! If you're staying with another couple don't expect privacy.

Loved the room and the beautiful view of the mountains. Room was very clean and spacious. Daily included breakfast was good. The comfort of the bed and pillows did not impressed me and there is room for improvement since a traveler good sleep is very important. Thanks. Raquel

The sofa in the living area is rather worn. The cushions have been compressed many times, making you sit lower than desired, and making getting up from the sofa difficult. Light switches are worn and don’t always respond to touch. Breakfast is excellent!

The hotel was lovely. The only problem we had was the couch was terrible. It would sink right down to the frame when we sat on it It really needs to be replaced. Everything else and the employees were very, very nice.

The property itself is very nice. The unfortunate experience we had here is that we had paid ahead of time via Expedia and then they charged us again full price for the room on my debit card. We noticed and brought the issue up with several employees, who kept telling us different things. We we unimpressed with the staff at this establishment. We fortunately finally got a hold of a manager and she was able to refund us a week later. It was not an easy process to get our money back.

Everything was as expected, except on this occasion, power doors for handicap failed to work and employee just said it doesn't work. With no concern on how was going to open the door by myself. Not even let me get someone to help you. Really disliked about this stay. Got off elevator on wrong floor and found trash, debris throughout the area.

Clean and comfortable place to stay. It had a very nice gym, staff, and breakfast/happy hour. It was a bit far from amenities of Salt Lake City and some areas could be touched up in the facility. Overall, I would recommend staying here.

We really like mostly everything: Excellent service, very clean rooms, brand new upgrade in our room, a lot available parking. Lobby room is rich decorated. We love everything except our room was facing the street and it was noisy to sleep. It’s not the hotel’s fault it’s a location. We stayed only one night so it was ok. But if you plan to stay longer probably consider the noise.

We stayed a saturday and sunday night. Sat night drinks was a nice welcome but the appetizers were very sparse! like nothing left after on 40 min of open bar. Sunday morning breakfast was lacking. No coffee left in dining room, oatmeal was luke warm in server, no egg whites in the omlette bar. No one was restocking food or cleaning tables, taking dirty dishes. Ran out of coffee cups at the coffee station in the hallway now too. Shower in our SUITE, that we paid alot of money for, had lukewarm "hot" water for a shower and it was turned on the way for hot.

Breakfast buffet was cold, eggs, potatoes, sausage. Even the oatmeal was cold. Use to love Embassy Suites because the breakfast was hearty and warm. Very disappointed.
