Todo muy bien el staff super amables, el servicio de limpieza a diario en habitacion 10/10, el servicio que ofrecen de planchar la ropa excelente. Super recomendado las instalaciones a una cuadra y media de la Plaza de la Constitucion. Y en su callejon se puede ver el Desfile Militar

Todo ha ido genial. Es un lugar muy recomendable. El único problemita que hemos tenido es que el WiFi solo llegaba al baño y el pasillo, pero será porque estábamos más alejados. El personal es muy atento y nos ha ayudado muchísimo. Un placer.

Quizás solo faltan toallas o tapete para el piso ya que los empaques onsilicon de las puertas del baño están desgastadas y se filtra agua hacia el piso por ahí, lo demás excelente.

Taking into consideration its central location and bargain price, Hotel Juarez is excellent value. My room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and abundant hot water for the shower. The staff are friendly and the hotel secure. One caveat: during the weekend the nearby disco plays loud music late, so be warned!

This was my 2nd stay at Hotel Juarez. I find it to be an amazing value for it's location (Centro HIstorico). It's older but kept very clean. Very secure. My only complaint is that the pillows are too tall (I know, crazy.).

The staff were all very friendly, and the hotel and room were kept clean. It was quite quiet. The location is very walkable to a lot of popular areas and office spaces. Do note: the majority of rooms do not have windows! They are dark caves, and there is no airflow, and the room is very hot; the ceiling fan doesn’t offer much for air. We were there in August and September, cooler months, and even buying and setting up our own oscillating fan didn't do a whole lot. We wouldn't survive in the summer months. I'm sure the limited rooms with the windows would make for a great stay. There is also no parking, which was proven to be a problem for us.

El servicio está bien. Mi habitación no tenía ventana. No sé si eso es para todas las habitaciones pero prefiero una habitación con ventana aunque sea pequeña. Todo lo demás estuvo bien sobre todo la ubicación. Todo queda cerca, la catedral y el Palacio Nacional. Gracias.

La señorita de la recepción es muy amable y atenta. El servicio de limpieza muy bien y la habitación es perfecta para descansar. Creo la única área de oportunidad es el wifi que no es estable, o al menos no en la habitación en la que estuve (203). Fuera de eso, todo de maravilla.

El check-in tuve que hacerlo a las 3:00p.m y no a la 1:00p.m como estaba en la descripción de la reservación. Para pedir servicio o preguntar sobre alguna duda se sentía incómodo pedirlo porque te atendían algo molestos. El check-out fue rápido y agradable con la persona que estába en ese turno, mejor servicio que los de otros turnos.

Location is nice even its inside an alley with an eatery in front of the hotel. Bathroom clogs. But i want to commend Vladimir and Abram. Both are too helpful and courteous. The street was closes by the police because of the upcoming protest. No cars can go through. Vladimir and Abram helped us to go to where our uber is. They exert all efforts to help us. HANDS UP TO VLADIMIR AND ABRAM. Job well done. Thank you to both of you.

My friends and I really enjoyed staying here. A wonderful and intimate experience. Extremely friendly and helpful personnel at the front desk. They helped us with everything, including getting a taxi at the break of dawn. The morning we had to leave. I highly recommend this Hotel. It is only one and a half blocks from the Zócalo. Excellent location and again, some of the friendliest people at the front desk we’ve ever met. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Mexico City.

Negocios aledaños venden comida y para noche queda muy sucio y con mal olor a las puertas del hotel, está muy obscuro el callejón para entrar y si no conoces, no ubicas fácil el hotel, así mismo hay mucho vagabundo en el callejón para entrar al hotel, son cosas que tal vez el hotel podría poner atención ya que la iluminación es primordial.

Lo más destacable es su ubicación, a unos pasos del Zócalo y encuentras comida, tiendas, el metro, todo a la mano. Los cuartos están bien cuidados, muy limpios y la atención del personal es excepcional. Solo mejoraría las almohadas que son un poco incómodas para mí gusto pero aún así no dudaría en regresar

This hotel was in a great location to walk to many landmarks and shops. About 1.5 blocks from Zocolo and also there was a bbva atm kiosk on the corner. It was hard to find the first time, it is on the oppositeside from the Canada juice shop /canada hotel. We had toom 201, with window facing the alley. There was nighttime noise but not terrible. Also, I enjoyed the hot water in the shower and the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. The showerhead looked like it wasnt going to be great but the hotel is kept up well and everything works, shoer and water pressure included. There was a small restaurant in the same alley we enjoyed as they were very friendly and the food was delicious.

This is an amazing find in a very central location of Mexico City. Room sizes are generous, very clean, and good water pressure with warm and cold water. The staff are very friendly at reception. Many restaurants are nearby and the Zocalo is incredibly close. It’s not luxurious, but represents very good value.

Dont let the grimes alley put you off this gem. Walk through the front door and you are in a nice and clean hotel. The rooms seem to have been remodeled fairly recent and are in excellent condition. Lovely bathrooms to and large creen TV’ with internet included. They do not have a restaurant but there is a huge choice of dining options very close by,, some are open 24 hours too! Friendly helpful staff make it a good place to stay.
