Its the second time we've stayed in 3 weeks! I love the place. Rooms are great, louge is great, and the Saturday night jazz is awesome!

We really enjoyed our stay. Weve stayed here several times and love how clean & quiet the property is. Grill 21 is great too- highly recommend the Brussel sprouts. Gym is also nice and clean

It’s an impeccably clean, modern, and plush hotel. The rooms are upscale modern and comfortable. I liked everything about the hotel except for a shuttle to/from the airport. Great Marriott property in the heart of Chi.

The LaSalle is a well appointed hotel in the Financial District of Chicago within walking distance of many downtown shops and restaurants. The rooms are spacious with a sizable bathroom and nice amenities. Valet parking is convenient and overall I would recommend the LaSalle for a stay.

This hotel gives complementary car service after 3 o’clock on the weekends within a 2 mile radius

Great hotel. Very comfortable, large rooms and bathrooms that are newly renovated. No view, but we didn't spend much time in the room other than sleeping. Area was walkable to many excellent restaurants and attractions. Expedia says there is a pool but there isn't- keep this in mind if you are traveling with kids.

Great stay. Hotel is beautiful and well maintained. Staff are friendly and professional. Only thing I wish the hotel had was a pool.

This was a perfect hotel and the room was the best for my birthday weekend! Service plus valet drop off was impeccable!

We booked this hotel so we would be in walking distance to millennium park and Ellis tower. This location is perfect to walk to both. And the hotel...wow! Totally upscale and beautiful! The bed was so comfortable and the amenities were on point. I would certainly recommend this hotel for anyone to stay and visit the places we did. Only thing was offside parking was a little confusing when arriving but totally fine once we checked with the front desk staff.

The Grille and lounge were great, but the room floors were not as clean as one would expect from this category hotel. Our sheets were never changed although we stayed 4 nights.

The hotel is beautiful, unfortunately it is dusty and house keeping does not do a very good job cleaning. The bathrooms were clean, but again the room was extremely dusty and the bedside tables were not wiped down one time during our stay.

Very nice and clean, pillows were very flat though. Other than that it was an amazing stay

Amazing hotel in a great location but the quality of the room cleaning let the place down - we had to chase twice for a clean and at no point was the mini-bar restocked and at one point there was no toilet paper! Beds were not made properly and dirty glasses left in the room

The hotel is in a good location and seems to be very popular for business and family. Upon check in my room key did not work. I had to go all the way back to the lobby with my belongings. No help with my bags to the room. Once my key card was “fixed” I went back to my room to find that it was occupied! Embarrassed and surprised I went BACK DOWN with my belongings to get a new room which made me very late for a business dinner. The room I had was decently clean. Table was stained. Bathtub which is what I was most looking forward to was dirty. Refused to use it. Now I’m charged with a random $30 to my account for what ? I don’t know. No one will contact me back after I called and asked. Did not eat or drink and wasn’t given any refund or something in return for all the issues I encountered.

beautiful room

I like everything about this hotel except the wifi which was below standard and interfered with my ability to work, and the tv in my room which had some glitch related either to the connection or perhaps the wifi, also? But all in all, it is a very nice, comfortable, clean place in a quiet area, and a one mile walk from the river and some great restaurants. i would stay here again.

The pull out bed was broken and wouldnt even go back into the couch so we had to end up moving rooms at 11pm with 2 small toddlers. Not ideal, but none of the staff that were working at the time's fault. The staff were very accomdating with moving us.

Beautiful property, lovely rooms and great service. Only concern was the King bed was more like a Queen bed.

TV didn’t work. Repair requested. Bar tender wouldn’t look at us to order a drink until we were seated at bar. We arrived 20 minutes before 3:00 and were given a pager for checkin when our room was ready. After an hour we discovered that others who came in after us were being given rooms before us.

It was a business trip for 2 nights and I did many of them. 1st night upon my arrival, noticed the lights in the room are not working, and looks like the coffee machine is linked to that too!! As it was not a big deal, decided to call them tomorrow morning which I did. 2nd day: The lady at the front desk was very helpful and sent an individual to fix it within 15min right around the time that I was about to leave the room. (8:30 AM). I came back to my room around 10:30 PM and noticed NOTHING was done!!! I needed some hot water, so called the front desk/housekeeping and asked for some hot water. The front desk man said (in a rude way) "Use your coffee machine"! When I explained what happened last night and this morning, he can NOT give us hot water!! and he will send someone to fix it (the same way). After 20 min, a technician came and couldn't fix it as he believed it is a big job for now and he will ask the front desk to send us some hot water. I told him I already asked and they said they can not! He was shocked and said I will take care of it. And he did. We got our requested hot water after 1hr with a $5 bill!!!! I called the guy at the front right away and told him that I am fine with $5 but it is not RIGHT! He said "Yes, they gave you hot water but I can wave the fee" Also on the 2nd day, the be was done but the blanket was left on the coach!! Eventually, they waved it but I am so disappointed and did not expect that from The LaSalle!!

We drove to Chicago got there at 1:00 check in was suppose he at 3:00 didn’t get into my room until 5:30 and tv didnt work but besides that everything else was find lovely hotel .

You don’t walk guests at 8:15pm on a Saturday when they call ahead right before the flight to ask if the room will be ready. Total disappointment, entire place is forgettable.

Bar staff really annoyed me. Had a drink 1 at the bar 1 of the evenings i stayed. Was ignored initially and was not treated like a guest. Why give a tip when service charge was so poor. Only good experience we had during our stay when we where leaving... the bell hop was nice.

Beautiful hotel, great staff. Awesome General Manager, really attentive. Absolutely stunning Reception area, bar and restaurant. Bed was very comfortable, espresso in room a plus, gigantic tv and lovely decor! Look forward to returning! Bonus Great walkable neighborhood!

Everything about this hotel was first class. Substantial room with a super comfortable bed and separate bathroom. Ease of check in, great bar and super attentive staff made this a great stay. Central to some of Chicago best sights with Union station and the Chicago Waterway, the theatre district and Millennium Park being just 5 minutes walk away. We absolutely walked everywhere, and will most definitely return.

Located in the heart of the city, yet quiet, rooms are beautifully redone and very clean. Had a great time during our 3 night stay. Complimentary unlimited purified water bottles were very helpful. Wonderful stay overall.

One of the nicest hotels I've stayed in. Gorgeous interior design, staff fantastic, bar and restaurant first class. Highly recommend.

We were in town for a concert at the Auditorium Theatre and a visit to the Art Institute museum. We’ve stayed at other hotels in the vicinity and were not impressed, so I honestly did not have high expectations. The moment we walked into the property we were very pleased. The staff was top-notch and the property had a classy modern art deco style. Our room was lovely and comfortable. The location felt safe and was conveniently located within a short walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. We enjoyed breakfast both mornings at the Grill On 21 and it was delicious, filling, fairly priced and we received excellent service. We will definitely be staying at the LaSalle the next time we are in Chicago. If I had a small criticism it would be that the towels were on the rough side, as well as the cheap toilet paper and tissues.

Staff is very nice. Quality dining and room felt like pure opulence. Very content with my stay.

Truly, enjoyed my stay. I would return next time I\'m in town for business. My only concern was with Grille 21, hotel restaurant and my room service breakfast order "steak & potatoes." The potatoes were overcooked...nearly burnt & the steak was only a slice of a much larger steak, but this was my last morning at the hotel, prior to check-out.

We liked most everything. The food in the restaurant was excellent with good mix of choices. The bar area very comfortable. The shower in the room awesome. Our room was nice sized and very clean. Room service struggled to get our orders correct but quickly corrected them. Not cheap but what is in Chicago. Highly recommend.

This is a beautiful hotel. Loved that it was away from the evening crowds. The staff are absolutely lovely - as are the rooms. The restaurant is small and the food is delicious.
