This hotel is under renovation and only mentioned is small note on booking page. The main reason for booking which was direct access to City Centre Mall was closed and is not mentioned. in addtion a number of other issues, main repection shut, swimming pool shut, breakfast moved to bar area not ideal.....

Hotel was going through a revamp and there was a lot of noise and construction going on. Should have been informed before hand. Did not enjoy the stay. But we stayed in the revamped room and it was really nice so once the revamp is done can expect a lot from the property

Staff is very nice. The hotel is under renovation and I booked executive room. However, even they offered afternoon tea and happy hour, there isn't any food available. Would have booked normal type if I knew it earlier. The smell is strong in the room and also the corridor. Location-wise is fine. The shopping mall next door is decent. Breakfast is the same everyday and just soso.
