Ms Ha is the best hotel manager I've ever met! She is hands on in helping you make your itinerary and book it as well! She made me felt safe and welcomed in Vietnam! She has answers to all my questions! Kevin is very respectful and courteous! Thank you!

Gorgeous hospitality, very clean, plenty of building character and set in the Old Quarter of Hanoi. For the type of hotel it is and where it is situated it is excellent.

The hotel staff was immediately welcoming when I arrived. The hotel made me feel very comfortable and at ease. My room was clean and comfortable. Staff arranged a ride for me to the airport. Highly recommend!

インテリアの雰囲気はとても良く、安くて便利な立地にあるので予約しました。しかし最上階の部屋に２日間宿泊したが、あまり清掃が行き届いておらず、不愉快な思いをしました。机にはホコリがたまり、小さな虫がテッシュケースの中から、うようよ出てきてバスタブも隅にホコリが溜まっていました。２泊目の１５時３０分に一旦ホテルの部屋に戻ってきたら、清掃スタッフに、でくわし清掃に１０分かかると言われた。　戻ってきたら床とかもホコリっぽく掃除されていなかった。
