Let's start with the positives...lots of nice restaurants and groceries around...the Pimlico Tube stop just.2 miles away...economical breakfast available everyday....safe....quiet! Negatives....TINY showers and bathrooms.....lack of electrical plugins, especially in group kitchen/dining area. This hostel DID NOT offer shuttle from Heathrow, as is mentioned on their website. Positives outweigh the negatives....I would stay here again. Beds were comfortable, padlocked drawers under beds, the place was clean.

Location, facilities, and staff are amazing! I have stayed in many hostels and the kitchens, tv room and bathrooms are spacious and plentiful. Great value for the price 😂

It’s very noisy at night on Saturday. I could hear music at 3am when my room mates came back and woke me up. Doors are heavy so some people felt the need to slam their room doors shut! The upper floor bathrooms could do with new shower heads. Like the one near room 220! Love the big fridges and staff are ok. Love the area with good eating options.

Great facilities the social areas all over including huge projector for movies. you can cook your own food. Staff were great real helpful genuinely friendly and organised. Missed the buffet but heard it’s only £2.50 and actually quite good for price from other guests. Will go back sometime for longer as enjoyed my 1 night there.

There is a kitchen, there is a room with sofas and armchairs. I was in a room for six people, everything was great. They clean every day, the bed linen is also clean. The staff is very sociable, they help with questions.

Overall, I found the dorms very cramped and not very clean. There was a lack of privacy curtains and the shower was pretty gross. Althought the cost of breakfast was not expensive, I did not find it appealing so I passed. The staff was able to accommodate my request for a lower bunk on a lower floor so I appreciate that. There are three things going for this hostel: location (close to Victoria Station and the West End) and plenty of public transportation; and the price (it was very reasonable on short notice). Would I recommend? Only if it is for a few nights at most, but I really hope they address the cleanliness issues. Just because hostels are a bit transient, doesnt mean patrons deserve a dirty showers, bathrooms, and common areas.

The property was clean. The toilets always clean with loads of toilet papers. I didnt have to climbe stairs to go to the toilet. We had shower in the room. Always warm. What you see on the internet is what it is

Hostel was in a nice area and really close to everything including Victoria Station. They are open for check-in 24hrs so that helps with weird arrival times. The staff were very friendly and helpful. You can leave your bag there all day after checking out for a small few. The bed was decently comfortable. The hostel itself wasn't in the best condition and just one bathroom for all the rooms on one floor. You MIGHT find an outlet by your bed, but I didn't have one. Struggled with my phone being dead and needing headphones to block out incredibly loud snoring. All in all not a bad place. I would stay there again if I needed to.

The staff were very friendly which was the best thing about the place. For the price in central London, it was convenient. Beds were quite small and rooms were stuffy but ok for a place to put your head down for the night.

Convenience location and friendly staff. Rooms are extremely small. Never seen such a cramped hostel. The room had almost nothing but beds. Sinks in bathrooms are as small as airplane's! Not too bad for one night since it's close to two underground stations and if you have to be in that area, but I wouldn't recommend it for a long stay.

I was so emotionally distressed at my treatment at this property that I did not stay, so you must consider that in context as I cannot speak to the quality of the accommodation. What I can say is the staff and management are unsuited to working in hospitality. In the entranceway are political slogans which I disagree with strongly, that made me feel extremely upset and unwelcome. It doesn't matter what they were frankly - you may agree with them. But what about the next political issue - will you agree with that one? The point is contentious politics will always alienate someone and be contrary to inclusive values and making guests feel welcome that form the basis of the hospitality industry. These people must learn to keep their politics quiet. Until then, best avoided if you have opinions on any topic.

Katie and her colleagues were super friendly, helpful and full of advice and recommendations. Nothing was an issue. Friendly guests also. We havent stayed in a hostel before so werent sure what to expect. Our room was a bunk bed, 2 person room, which we pre selected. Was comfortable, clean and had a sink in room. Toilet and shower were just outside of our room. Again these facilities were clean and accessible. Near to local pubs and bars, not far from Victoria so a hub of activity off the atreet. Five mins walk from Pimlico tube station. Would definitely stay again.

One of the better hostels I’ve stayed in. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Special shout out to Katie who does an excellent job. Beds were comfy and clean and the facilities are good. Location couldn’t be better.

I stayed 2 nights. The hostel is very well located. 15 minutes from Buckingham Palace and Westminster city. Bus, underground 5 minutes walk away. The rooms are tidy, clean with a minimum. The breakfast is not included unlike what was mentioned on the website. The common amenities are dirty, bathrooms and especially toilets. I couldn't dare sitting on the toilet. For women, I wouldn't recommend it in case it is your sensitive period of the month. Cheap things don't come with quality. For the price, don't expect high quality..

Overall, I found the dorms very cramped and not very clean. There was a lack of privacy curtains and the shower was pretty gross. Althought the cost of breakfast was not expensive, I did not find it appealing so I passed. The staff was able to accommodate my request for a lower bunk on a lower floor so I appreciate that. There are three things going for this hostel: location (close to Victoria Station and the West End) and plenty of public transportation; and the price (it was very reasonable on short notice). Would I recommend? Only if it is for a few nights at most, but I really hope they address the cleanliness issues. Just because hostels are a bit transient, doesnt mean patrons deserve a dirty showers, bathrooms, and common areas.

Let's start with the positives...lots of nice restaurants and groceries around...the Pimlico Tube stop just.2 miles away...economical breakfast available everyday....safe....quiet! Negatives....TINY showers and bathrooms.....lack of electrical plugins, especially in group kitchen/dining area. This hostel DID NOT offer shuttle from Heathrow, as is mentioned on their website. Positives outweigh the negatives....I would stay here again. Beds were comfortable, padlocked drawers under beds, the place was clean.

Penelope at the reception was really polite, she explained everything about the hostel, the hostel is very clean and the staff are friendly, I will definitely come to this hostel again, there is a common kitchen and unlimited coffee and tea facilities.

I stayed 2 nights. The hostel is very well located. 15 minutes from Buckingham Palace and Westminster city. Bus, underground 5 minutes walk away. The rooms are tidy, clean with a minimum. The breakfast is not included unlike what was mentioned on the website. The common amenities are dirty, bathrooms and especially toilets. I couldn't dare sitting on the toilet. For women, I wouldn't recommend it in case it is your sensitive period of the month. Cheap things don't come with quality. For the price, don't expect high quality..

It’s very noisy at night on Saturday. I could hear music at 3am when my room mates came back and woke me up. Doors are heavy so some people felt the need to slam their room doors shut! The upper floor bathrooms could do with new shower heads. Like the one near room 220! Love the big fridges and staff are ok. Love the area with good eating options.

Great facilities the social areas all over including huge projector for movies. you can cook your own food. Staff were great real helpful genuinely friendly and organised. Missed the buffet but heard it’s only £2.50 and actually quite good for price from other guests. Will go back sometime for longer as enjoyed my 1 night there.
