My stay at this five-star hotel was enjoyable overall, though not without a few issues. The staff were generally receptive and responsive, but the reception team could have been more proactive about informing guests of amenities like the spa and breakfast services. The spa itself was exceptional, with staff maintaining a high standard of hospitality. The ground floor atrium was beautifully decorated, and the live piano performances in the evening created an elegant atmosphere. However, breakfast service on the second morning, during peak hours, was slow, and it was difficult to place orders beyond the buffet. Additionally, one staff member managing breakfast approached me shortly before service ended with a condescending tone, which detracted from an otherwise pleasant dining experience. On a brighter note, the chef preparing made-to-order eggs was exceptionally warm and friendly. The room was comfortable and meticulously cleaned by the housekeeping team. While the high-tech shower was impressive, there were some maintenance issues, including a defective towel warmer, loose tiles, and a sloped area outside the shower that was a tripping hazard. Persistent lighting from bedside panels was slightly inconvenient, and minibar prices were excessive for a hotel of this caliber. Despite these minor setbacks, the ambiance, spa, and overall service made for a mostly enjoyable experience.

Overall, our stay was great. Can’t complain about anything in general. I didn’t give it a full 5 stars as there were some minor things that were overlooked and that stood out to me. 1. The coffee in the minibar was never restocked. I had to call twice to get more coffee 2. The shower head from the rainforest shower part had only half the nozzles working. 3. The button mechanics for the bath and shower were, while kinda cool at first, ended up being wonky and felt a little gimmicky. Aside from that, the staff were very friendly, room service was timely, and the facilities and overall hotel was beautiful.

Antanara FAR exceeded expectations. Gorgeous building, well appointed rooms; fantastic amenities and perfect location. Incredible staff. Special thanks to Martina for problem solving at check in. Also Augustine for being a wonderful doorman. Highly recommend the morning breakfast. The variety and quality of the food was good as anywhere I have had in the world. What really stood out though was the Service. Lindsey the manager was highly attentive and friendly. The hostess Jana knew our names after the first day and greeted us with a big smile every morning. Finally our daily server Moises was a delight. Look this hotel is just great! I travel frequently and this hotel is right at the top of my list with hotel costing 3 times as much!

Als Expedia gold member in een VIP-access hotel heb je recht op een gratis kamer-upgrade indien beschikbaar; nadat de dienstdoende receptionist ons de vele mogelijkheden voor een upgrade noemde, bleken die bij nader inzien alleen met bijbetaling beschikbaar. Dat was jammer. De beloofde fles bubbels was wel op alle gereserveerde kamers in het ijs gastvrij klaargezet. Ontbijt en bediening in het ontbijtrestaurant waren uitstekend; bediening in de lobby enigszins understaffed. Fijne sauna en zwembad. Prima locatie, heeft wel wat extra management aandacht nodig.

Remember that there is No option to go the pool with a child after 4pm, which they do not inform about. So it is rather family unfriendly hotel. Disappointment. The staff in spa do not speak english.

Bra skick, rent, tysta rum, bekväm säng, stort badrum med separat badkar och dusch, trevlig personal, stor och trvlig lobby, nära till Stephandomen och Hofbueg, bra livsmedelsbutik 5 min gångväg från hotellet. Jag kommer boka detta hotell vid mina kommande besök.

Struttura curata con camera sufficientemente pulita. Intollerabile la moquette per terra piena di macchie ed il sistema di riscaldamento rumorosissimo, impossibile riposare in silenzio. Frigo bar con pochissime bevande e privo di snack. Il nostro omaggio di benvenuto era una bottiglia di vino con un solo flûte. Dopo la nostra segnalazione, con richiesta di un altro flûte, ci è stata portata una piccola torta al cioccolato, priva di accorgimenti igienici, in un piatto con posate per una sola persona. Dopo qualche ora, nel richiedere nuovamente il flûte mancante abbiamo richiesto anche un’altro piatto con le posate per una’altra persona, ma non abbiamo ricevuto mai nulla. Personale gentile ma poco attento. Ristorante all’interno dell’hotel chiuso. Servizio di Concierge pessimo, ci hanno consigliato un ristorante mediocre Italiano con rapporto prezzo/qualità inadeguato e ci hanno fornito una guida turistica poco professionale che ha inoltre calcolato nella sua tariffa 30 minuti in più.

Large room but whole place feels a little tired and room could do with a deep clean - surfaces clearly not dusted frequently, carpet dirty. Had to ask at reception to get room cleaned as hadn’t been done whilst we were out (9-4) on Saturday so maybe not enough staff? Breakfast shambolic on first day but much better with really helpful staff on second and third days. There’s a lot of competition in Vienna and Kempinski’s current formula there isn’t a winner

Very comfy, clean, spacious and modern art deco hotel room. The bathroom was nice and clean.heated floors made it comfortable in winter. Rain shower was amazing! Very helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vienna. Location is great, city is 15mins walk.

The hotel was located in a great location and close to transport links. It was clean and spacious and the reception staff were welcoming and efficient. (I had forgotten to bring a USB-A to USB-C charger for my mobile phone and when I asked the receptionist where I could buy one they found a brand new one for me behind the desk.) The room was luxurious and light, well furnished and with a large bathroom and very nice shower. The breakfast was of a high standard with a good choice of options, including a cooked one, and the restaurant was large, bright and quiet, even when quite busy. I really enjoyed my stay here and was sorry to leave.

Staff were great, especially the concierge who helped us sort out our trains to Budapest. Only negative was check-in. We had prepaid for an expensive room only to be told when we checked in that the room was not available. The front desk tried to upsell us to a room that was $100 plus higher a day than the room we paid for. We politely refused and said we wanted the room we paid for - and magically the room became available. Our superior room supposedly had a balcony with a view, more like a false balcony with no views.

Very clean, could not fault them. But for such a hotel and given its prices, you would expect a more professional staff. The reception, concierge and doormen were perfect in their role, but the F&B staff was less than professional. My stay at this five-star hotel was enjoyable overall, though not without a few issues. Antanara FAR exceeded expectations. Gorgeous building, well appointed rooms; fantastic amenities and perfect location. Incredible staff. Special thanks to Martina for problem solving at check in. Entering the Palais Hansen Kempinski felt like entering an alternate world of calm, beauty and elegance. We were in Vienna during a 90 degree stretch and treated ourselves with a night at the Kempinski to enjoy staying in a palace and for the comfort and AC. We were not disappointed. The staff, the room, the lobby strudel and the food were all exceptional.

Een prachtig hotel op een prima locatie aan de ring. Als Expedia gold member in een VIP-access hotel heb je recht op een gratis kamer-upgrade indien beschikbaar; nadat de dienstdoende receptionist ons de vele mogelijkheden voor een upgrade noemde, bleken die bij nader inzien alleen met bijbetaling beschikbaar. Dat was jammer. De beloofde fles bubbels was wel op alle gereserveerde kamers in het ijs gastvrij klaargezet. Ontbijt en bediening in het ontbijtrestaurant waren uitstekend; bediening in de lobby enigszins understaffed. Fijne sauna en zwembad. Prima locatie, heeft wel wat extra management aandacht nodig.
