The staff is really friendly and it's walking distance to Prater park and a mass transit hub. I travel for work, often for multiple weeks at a time. There are three things I always look for in a hotel: refrigerator, laundry, and parking (if I'm renting a car). Though small, there is a refrigerator in the room. Big enough for a few bottles of water but not much more. They have a laundry service, but be warned it is outsourced, very expensive, and cash only. Parking is available in a secure garage about 2 blocks away for a fee but be sure to reserve a spot when you make your reservation. Otherwise if you're lucky, you might find a spot on the street. The room itself is adequate and relatively clean.

wc trok niet goed door. Heb dit gemeld. daarnaast werd er onder het bed en op tafel bij bed niet goed stof vrij gemaakt. Op de tafel lag veel stof. er was ook een zitje wat naast bureau stond maar eerder in de weg zat.

Check in was very easy, having done most of it online. Hotel is very convenient, being 5 minutes walk from the nearest U-bahn stop (Nestroyplatz). However, room was quite small and was looking generally quite 'tired'. There was no functioning air-conditioning.

It's conveniently located near grocery stores & metro. I enjoyed walking so I don't mind walking while sightseeing along the way. The front desk is always staffed & helpful. There's a fridge & percolator that's perfect for making my own coffee. Although they offer breakfast but at 18€ per day, I preferred getting my own food from nearby grocery stores that sell ready made sandwiches & salads, etc. I'd come back to this hotel again.

I had one night stay because of flight delay. They have a good policy for late check out. Breakfast was abundant and very good. Taxi from Vienna Airport was over 50 Euros and a 15 min drive, but it was the closest one, at the time of night, that I was looking.

The hotel suited our purposes perfectly. The staff was friendly and helpful. You need to become familiar with public transportation to enjoy Vienna as a tourist if you use this hotel. There is an Underground station few meters away, but if that kind of thing intimidates you, consider another hotel. The area around the hotel is quiet which makes it good for sleeping but you need to get to one of the main areas to have the best Vienna experience. There are a few restaurants and bars near the hotel and it was safe enough at night, but the action is elsewhere.

In der Nähe von Messe und Prater gelegen war das Hotel ideal für uns. Auch mit dem öffentlichen Nahverkehr ist man gut angebunden. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber. Frühstück sehr abwechslungsreich und günstig. Und auch das Personal ist durchweg freundlich. Somit gibt es eine Lob für das Haus!

Ottima posizione, a pochi passi da 2 fermate della metro e vicino alla stazione Pratestern con treni diretti e senza cambi dall'aeroporto. 20/25 minuti a piedi dal centro. Ottima colazione con ampia scelta di dolce, salato e bevande (addirittura vino bianco frizzante). Molto consigliabile.

La habitacion amplia y comoda, con hervidor de agua, sobres de infusiones, café. Cosas que deberian mejorar: el comedor es pequeño, el desayuno es más bien escaso, cortan el queso, las salchichas, la bolleria en trozos muy pequeños y la fruta es escasa, los vasos para servir el zumo son tan pequeños que si o si hay que repetir más de una vez, lo mismo pasa con las tazas para las infusiones o café, hay muy poco de donde elegir. Con lo pequeña que es la zona de los desayunos y aun asi las mesas suelen estar con la vajilla sucia de los que han desayunado antes. Esta relativamente cerca del metro, pero no recomendaria este hotel para llegar andando despues de las 22 horas.
