Crazy tight parking, witnessed one lady crawling through the hatch to get to the driving seat to get her car out. Short staffed, service was slow at the restaurant, took 45 minutes to get a drink, and no they were not busy just untrained people. Young Chef at breakfast had a bad attitude, slamming down dishes and cutlery, completely put me and family off of breakfast. Good location for walking the town of Shrewsbury, and the bus station is next door, so you don't have to unwedge your car from the Multi story car park.

Location was fine. Room was freezing. Instructions were incomplete so was unable to change mode to actually heat the space. Brekkie was adequate (comparing to numerous Premier Inns I have stayed in over the past 3 weeks of travel in the UK.

The room we were offered had bed that was totally unsuitable my husband has a bad back and would not be able to get in and out of it. They had no others rooms, sent us 25 mins away to another Prem Inn said they would hold the room then when we got their they had given the room away. We were offered the other room in the 1st hotel PrenPPreInnpfomisex

The room was good and the food was good. The staff were really good especially the restaurant staff. In fact, since the manager Gary has 'not' been here it's been a huge improvement.
