The hotel, the staff, the cleanliness and decor are all near perfect. It was a great stay! The location is a bit out of the way though but for the price and quality, I didn't mind the extra 20 minutes drive each day.

There were issues with the hot water in the shower. I had to sleep with the curtains closed due to the strong outside light coming into the room. Be cautious with room 527—it’s located next to the elevator and right by an old turntable available for guests. At 6 AM, you can hear it clearly from your bed. Breakfast is outrageously overpriced, and they even charge for coffee and tea capsules in the room. To top it off, they unexpectedly charged me 15% more for my stay.

The hotel was beyond expectation. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Beautiful layout etc. my only complaint is the lighting, it’s very dark, unless curtains are open . Other than that, without a doubt a 5 star hotel.

The hotel is really nice with access to a shopping center several good restaurant and shops without the need to walk In the street. The hotel is clean, service is exceptional the rooms are spacious. If you want to venture to the city ask the concierge, they can arrange a very professional driver in a un marked car . A most in a city so heavy populated as Mexico City . The hotel is pretty secured as well.

La experiencia de inicio fue muy buena hasta el checkout. Desafortunadamente hicieron un cargo sin autorización y sin consultarlo. El concepto fue por propina. Siempre estaré a favor de remunerar con una buena propina cualquier servicio si se amerita. El problema está en que nunca consultaron ni explicaron este cargo, ya facturado. Lo que empezó como una muy buena experiencia terminó siendo algo desagradable por un robo literal. Si se hubiera consultado seguramente la propina hubiera sido con gusto y de mayor cantidad. Lamentable para ser la propiedad que es que no te expliquen al momento del check in como en un cualquier hotel tipo Vegas. Ustedes deben de exigir transparencia porque a fin de cuentas son ustedes Expedía quienes transmiten la confianza final.

En general bien. Al final, el domingo, para hacer mi checkout debía tomar una videoconferencia de trabajo (internacional) y pedí hacer mi checkout a la 1:30 pm para alcanzar a tomar mi videollamada en el Hotel con conexión estable y sin distracciones, pero lamentablemente no me dieron la opción. Me parece que les faltó sensibilidad y criterio… en fin…

The hotel is really Nice : Rooms are modern and comfy and spacious. Well equipped also for all you need ! Cleaning is very good. Rooms are very clean ! Thanks to the cleaning team they are doing a great job !! The hall is impressive The good is ok / good but I was missing typical mexican food such as … tacos ! This hotel also has a real plus of small attentions that make the difference : Each floor has Free fresh tea renewed every day but also some cakes and in the evening they put some mezcal for you to taste … etc really Nice experience !! Please note that the hotel is far from the center you would need at least 30 min to get to main city main attractions (Up to 1.5 hour during traffic!) The view from the Rooms is ok ! Finally, Last but not least : the hotel staff is really really Nice and helpful : always trying to help with a big smile !! Thanks to all of you !!! Except 2 people at the reception : one woman (who did the check-out for me today and is supposed to be the manager) and one younger Guy teaming with her : every Time I had to deal with them they were unhappy/ not smiling. They were talking between them about me in spanish as they thought I don’t understand. They did not say bad things but just : this is not professional. Every Time I came to them for a simple question I felt I was bothering them ! Sorry to you if I made something wrong :) When I did the checkout same thing : very antipathic … que lastima !!

The hotel is really nice with access to a shopping center several good restaurant and shops without the need to walk In the street. The hotel is clean, service is exceptional the rooms are spacious. If you want to venture to the city ask the concierge, they can arrange a very professional driver in a un marked car . A most in a city so heavy populated as Mexico City . The hotel is pretty secured as well.

El hotel es muy lindo y el personal da una atención superior desde que te reciben , en el restaurante, etc. No me gustó que no hay suficientes mesas en el restaurante para 2 personas y en general son muy pocas porque cuando hay Expo no alcanzan las mesas.

There were issues with the hot water in the shower. I had to sleep with the curtains closed due to the strong outside light coming into the room. Be cautious with room 527—it’s located next to the elevator and right by an old turntable available for guests. At 6 AM, you can hear it clearly from your bed. Breakfast is outrageously overpriced, and they even charge for coffee and tea capsules in the room. To top it off, they unexpectedly charged me 15% more for my stay.

This hotel is amazing, starting from the special guest services, all staff were fantastic, very friendly, professional, courteous, always going beyond their way to help out with every aspect of our stay. Also, I highly recommend and encourage to get a package at the spa! Their Feel Urban Spa is a must if you stay at this hotel! Carnivore restaurant, delicious and the proximity of Paseo Arcos Bosques is so convenient since you have amazing restaurants and stores right there just steps up the stairs from the hotel. Highly recommended! ❤️

The hotel is really Nice : Rooms are modern and comfy and spacious. Well equipped also for all you need ! Cleaning is very good. Rooms are very clean ! Thanks to the cleaning team they are doing a great job !! The hall is impressive The good is ok / good but I was missing typical mexican food such as … tacos ! This hotel also has a real plus of small attentions that make the difference : Each floor has Free fresh tea renewed every day but also some cakes and in the evening they put some mezcal for you to taste … etc really Nice experience !! Please note that the hotel is far from the center you would need at least 30 min to get to main city main attractions (Up to 1.5 hour during traffic!) The view from the Rooms is ok ! STAY AWAY!!!! do not spend a dollar here. even though staff was great as I is mostly the case in Mexico City - we checked in and lets us know the coffee was limited, only one per person! the lights in the rooms are a horror! if your planning to wear make up forget about it! yellow dim lights and the SPA? not for use for guests!! unless you pay another $2000 pesos for 80 and make appointment! The manager is rude and quiet enjoyed how displeased we were. super overpriced!! we stayed there for a wedding- everybody else complained about the same. this hotel made our stay in Mexico bitter!
