What an amazing stay, beautiful inn with luxurious accommodations. Very attentive staff and the most delicious breakfast. It was better than expected, would definitely stay hete again. Walking to downtown Kingston was a 8 min walk on lovely quiet streets. So convenient to have onsite parking as well.

Comfy bed, very kind and helpful staff, amenities like a mini fridge in the room and a coffee maker. The cozy library downstairs with the fireplace was a nice was to spend the evening. Breakfast was amazing.

A fantastic getaway very close to downtown Kingston and the waterfront! Comfortable, elegant, well-appointed rooms with perfectly-manicured gardens and seating areas. Oh and the breakfast was fresh and delicious.

Enjoyed my complementary morning coffee in their comfy bathrobes on the porch swing in the middle of an ice storm. The morning breakfast was lovely, enjoyed the ensuite and fireplace in the McKay room.

The property is historic and has been lovingly restored and maintained. It is in a quiet neighbourhood and the garden is delightful. There are however a lot of stairs to get to the bedrooms which might matter to some people, and the soaps & shampoo have a very strong fragrance which I didn't like. The scone was the best part of breakfast.

The Secret Garden B&B is a treasure. Beautiful stained glass, fireplace going in lounge area. Rooms very comfortable and lovely antiques. The breakfast was stunning and made to order. We’ll be back. The code to enter came in good order.

We were pleasantly suprised with how charming the house and property is. From the front porch swinging bench, to the well maintained gardens and pond. The service is also above and beyond. Josh greeted us all day with a huge smile and generously helpful. We also had the Fondue dinner which was such a fun way to end the day. We will definitely stay again. Great for couples.

I had a very enjoyable stay and appreciated the attentive service, the gracious reception rooms and the gorgeous gardens and the delicious breakfast. My room was very attractive and comfortable especially the bed. I slept very well. The room could have been a bit warm but a fan and an operable window ensured it was cool enough at night. The bright modern bathroom was well appointed. And views from sitting areas were beautiful. Thanks so much!

The accommodation was excellent. It was very clean and comfortable. The food was top-notch. I had an incredible breakfast. The staff was very friendly and willing to help in any way. I skipped one breakfast (I was meeting friends) and the staff checked to see if I had done that in error and were willing to get something for me. Incredible service!!! Thank you!

During our three night stay in June we were very pleased with our accommodations at The Secret Garden. It is obvious that the proprietors set the bar high for comfort and satisfaction for their guests. The decor and furnishings were in excellent condition and authentic for the period of this fine old home. Just a couple of minor glitches. The glasses / coffee cups in the room during our first night were a bit grimy and we gave them a wash and mentioned it to the staff who made sure to supply fresh ones for the next night. Due to a scheduling glitch (Expedia?) we were moved to another room after the first night, but no complaints as the room was a bit of an upgrade and one of the staff moved our stuff while were were out, after breakfast, including our fridge contents, which was very helpful. The beds / pillows / duvets in both rooms were amazing - like sleeping on a cloud. One other minor issue was that there was a bit too much load on the electrics in our second room, when we used the Dyson fan, TV and a couple of chargers on an extension which was drawing from the same circuit as the fridge - resulting in a blown breaker, but Cyrus got it reset for us and we were careful to rearrange the plug-ins a bit, afterwards. This was the only reason I didn't rate the property full marks.

The property is lovely. Our main complaint was the room we booked had a bathroom located down the hall. It was private but you had to leave your room and walk down the hall to use the bathroom, shower etc. not much fun in the middle of the night. We were not made aware of this until check in. I may not have booked had I been aware of this. Awkward if you ran into someone else coming out of their room.

This property needs more interior upkeep: maintenance, not renovations. It is overpriced. The gourmet breakfast was delicious but more like a lunch (no fresh fruit, no bread basket, juice must be requested). The Lasalle bedroom was spacious and comfortable but needs a flow control on the central air outlet. There is no thermostat in the room; we were freezing on the first evening.

This is lovely BnB. The air conditioning is regulated centrally for the rooms. Ours at the top of the house was quite hot and we had to ask them to put the heat down. Would have appreciated if this was pointed out to us. Otherwise a beautiful experience.

Beautiful property; we were in the MacKay room and enjoy the spacious room, delicious breakfast and the staff are wonderful. We left our car parked and walked to everything. Dining choices abound. I would recommend this to adults and save time to relax on the porch.

정성스럽게 관리되는 아름다운 숙소에서 편안한 밤을 보냈습니다. 아침으로 제공된 버섯요리와 프렌치토스트도 맛있었고요. Host인 Jason은 늦은 도착에 대비해서 친절하게 체크인에 대해 설명해주었고 주차 자리를 확인하기 위한 문의에, 늦은 밤인데도 불구하고 바로 응답해줘서 정말 고마웠습니다. 다만 체크아웃 과정이 매끄럽지 않았던 부분은 조금 아쉽습니다.

Josh greeted us all day with a huge smile and generously helpful. We also had the Fondue dinner which was such a fun way to end the day. We will definitely stay again. Great for couples.

A fantastic getaway very close to downtown Kingston and the waterfront! Comfortable, elegant, well-appointed rooms with perfectly-manicured gardens and seating areas. Oh and the breakfast was fresh and delicious.

What an amazing, warm and friendly place. It'll be an absolute pleasure if i tetur one day. Kingston is small anyway, although the inn is right in the middle which makes things even easier. Well prepared breakfast every day, and a different selection of 2 to choose from.

The gourmet breakfast was delicious but more like a lunch (no fresh fruit, no bread basket, juice must be requested). The Lasalle bedroom was spacious and comfortable but needs a flow control on the central air outlet. There is no thermostat in the room; we were freezing on the first evening.

It is a quaint, beautiful Victorian home that is well-maintained, with charming appointments in each room. The accommodation was excellent. It was very clean and comfortable. The food was top-notch. I had an incredible breakfast. The staff was very friendly and willing to help in any way. I skipped one breakfast (I was meeting friends) and the staff checked to see if I had done that in error and were willing to get something for me. Incredible service!!! Thank you!

This was a beautiful B&B dating back to 1888. There are some lovely traditional features but the bathroom was modern and there were some lovely little touches that made it a bit extra special. The breakfast was also lovely and a bit different. The only advise that I would give is to turn the air-conditioning down It was quite cold in the bedroom unless you were in bed.
