A pesar que no tenían habitación disponible, buscaron la manera de darnos una habitación y a la hora que fue el che in n tuvimos ningún problema, la cama y almohadas cómodas, ubicación muy conveniente ya que está a media cuada del zócalo, el único inconveniente fue que estaba medio tapada la taza del baño y la pichancha de la regadera, pero sin problemas de solución.

The advertisement is false. The cleanliness was not good. Broken things and dirt/things from previous guests were still in room. Walls and floors were broken and we couldn’t lock the windows. Beds were old and uncomfortable, limited space in the room, key cards constantly malfunctioned, rest/public areas were closed. Service in the “restaurant” was terrible. Concierge didn’t speak English for foreign guests. Not to mention cockroaches. All in all I wish there was a no star rating.

The staff was nice. The hotel is clean but old and run down. Been to many 3-star hotel and this not. It’s old and has not been maintained. Building interior walls need new paint- hotel is unkept.

Property is right in the center which was great! Biggest issue was that they had cancelled our room because we had not paid beforehand. I booked through Expedia with the option to pay at hotel. If this is not allowed or it is an issue then that option should not be offered! The front desk was very polite, but we were only guaranteed a room until Thursday even though we had booked until Friday. We also had to switch rooms midweek to get the room we had asked for. It was a bit inconvenient. We ended up getting a room in a hotel near the airport for the last day. Housekeeping came in and cleaned everyday, and the rooms were okay. No AC though, so it was stuffy in there, and the fan only turned on at the fastest setting. It was loud and sounded like it was going to fly off the ceiling. Walls are very thin as well. If I stay here again it will be for no more than 1-2 nights only because of the location.

En general la estancia fue buena, el hotel es pequeño y las habitaciones son muy pequeñas tambien y algo incomodas, en especial las camas son muy duras y por las noches se escucha mucho ruido. El personal es muy atento, su principal ventaja es que esta muy cerca del Zocalo con muchos restaurantes cercas y de la linea de metrobus que viene del aeropuerto. El restaurante el servicio esta bien y la comida tambien bien. Mi viaje fue de turismo y casi estabamos todo el dia fuera, solo llegabamos al hotel a dormir, entonces el tema de que las camas fueran tan duras lo vuelve incomodo. Creo que esta bien para un viaje corto.

El check in es genial, ya que si la habitación está disponible, te permiten ingresar antes de lo estipulado, además de que cuentan con el resguardo del equipaje sin ningún costo al realizar tu check out. Cerca del zócalo como a 3 cuadras y a una cuadra pasa el Metrobús lo que lo hace una buena opción pues también cuenta con Restaurant.

No me comentaron en recepción que se tenía que dejar depósito para el control, me pidió el dinero el bellboy ya estando en la habitación. No había aguas de cortesia como decia en las condiciones, el piso sucio con restos de comida y la habitacion demasiado pequeña para el costo de la habitación, sobre todo el baño no puedes usar el wc cómodamente porque estorba el lavabo

El baño tenía una fuga y te estabas bañando y te caí agua de arriba olía feo y se fue extendiendo hasta llegar al lavabo, no ofrecieron disculpa ni cambio de habitación ni descuento. Para próximo viaje buscaré otras opciones

Property is right in the center which was great! Biggest issue was that they had cancelled our room because we had not paid beforehand. I booked through Expedia with the option to pay at hotel. If this is not allowed or it is an issue then that option should not be offered! The front desk was very polite, but we were only guaranteed a room until Thursday even though we had booked until Friday. We also had to switch rooms midweek to get the room we had asked for. It was a bit inconvenient. We ended up getting a room in a hotel near the airport for the last day. Housekeeping came in and cleaned everyday, and the rooms were okay. No AC though, so it was stuffy in there, and the fan only turned on at the fastest setting. It was loud and sounded like it was going to fly off the ceiling. Walls are very thin as well. If I stay here again it will be for no more than 1-2 nights only because of the location.

En general la estancia fue buena, el hotel es pequeño y las habitaciones son muy pequeñas tambien y algo incomodas, en especial las camas son muy duras y por las noches se escucha mucho ruido. El personal es muy atento, su principal ventaja es que esta muy cerca del Zocalo con muchos restaurantes cercas y de la linea de metrobus que viene del aeropuerto. El restaurante el servicio esta bien y la comida tambien bien. Mi viaje fue de turismo y casi estabamos todo el dia fuera, solo llegabamos al hotel a dormir, entonces el tema de que las camas fueran tan duras lo vuelve incomodo. Creo que esta bien para un viaje corto.

The advertisement is false. The cleanliness was not good. Broken things and dirt/things from previous guests were still in room. Walls and floors were broken and we couldn’t lock the windows. Beds were old and uncomfortable, limited space in the room, key cards constantly malfunctioned, rest/public areas were closed. Service in the “restaurant” was terrible. Concierge didn’t speak English for foreign guests. Not to mention cockroaches. All in all I wish there was a no star rating.
