Buen servicio, limpio, pero en las noches se escucha mucho ruido ya que está justo junto al mercado y un Oxxo, tiene poco estacionamiento y está un poco inseguro ya que las puertas con trabajos tienen el seguro de botón en las puertas

En la imagen mienten, no tienen piscina ni lago cerca, pero estás casi en el centro, a un lado tienes un oxxo y del otro lado está un museo y una mini plaza para comer sabroso y a buen precio. También tiene aire acondicionado; una salvación para el calor que hace.

Un hotel de paso para dormir, cumple con lo básico. El estacionamiento es en la calle pero hay espacio enfrente del hotel regularmente.

Comodo y de facil acceso, para ir y descansar esta bien el unico punto malo es el estacionamiento solo hay tres cajones y muy expuesto pero en general el trato muy amable y el lugar en buenas condiciones

Hotel aceptable conforme al precio para pasar la noche. El estacionamiento es en la calle.

Al llegar a registro, el primer día, me cobraban por le servicio, que ya había pagado previamente por Expedía. Después de unos minutos se aclaró y ya pude ocupar la habitación. Las fotos no corresponden a las instalaciones, no cuenta con alberca.

I am use to the photos being from good angles to only show the best parts. But their photos are down right lies. I was not upset that the towels were not animals. But this is not even close to the type of hotel to have anything fancy. The fountain in their photo is not at the hotel and i have no idea where that fountain is. The "parking available" is just driving around the bock looking for street parking. This hotel is a step below a Motel 6 or the sort of travel log you stay at only because you are too tiered to drive any farther.

Budget stay. Hotel is located on a second floor above a convenience store called OXXO. Good for the price, be prepared to carry your luggage on a steep staircase. Add picture has nothing to do with the property.

Es un hotel regular, pero no pasaría más de una noche ahí, entiendo que es de dos estrellas pero mínimo deben garantizar que funcione bien el baño, y no fue así, tuvimos problemas con el agua, su respuesta fue que no había nadie de mantenimiento y no podían resolver, además la habitación era para 4 personas y solo nos dieron 3 toallas, las cuales tuvimos que pedir, porque en principio solo había una.

This was my first time at this hotel. I thought, maybe I'll give it a shot. When we arrived, we got our rooms and I notice there was a roach under the corner of the bed. >.< I also felt warm in the room, thought maybe the AC isn't low enough. I charged the setting and it didn't make much of a difference. There's also the wifi that wasn't working as good; and this is with the modem literally right outside the door. Then there's also customer service. We had to ask for a soap bar at the front desk just for them to let me know they don't have. Thankfully, I brought my body wash. Now, when leaving the hotel to go get lunch, we noticed there were 3 rooms that were being cleaned. Each with a soap bar on the side of the bed. We were basically lied to, over soap!? We asked again just to be lied to again for not having any soap bars when we passed 3 rooms with them on the bed. It's sad to have such customer service along with the other things listed. I really wanted to like this hotel. But I now understand why the price is low.

Las sábanas tenían cabellos, la habitación olía a humedad , no servía el ventilador.

Fuerte olor a humedad, falta de mantenimiento, solo escaleras de entrada.

La habitacion del hotel, nunca funcionó el escusado no tenía agua no servía, pedí cambiar una toalla por que tenía sangre.

Great receptionist. Very friendly and efficient. Room was large with a king and a double bed. Bathroom spotless, good shower with hot water and good flush. AC excellent. Location was good with about a 10 minute walk to the oceanside boardwalk (malecon). Good restaurants nearby. I would stay again. Good price.

I booked and paid for two separate rooms, The desk insisted that I had booked one room for two people. I had to book another room in desperation. The hotel is spotless!

Thought the ferry still qent for Belize. But no! The girl in the reception was the BEST!! She helped me figure out how to go. Only stayed one night. Bed a bit hard but it was ok. Made it over the border 😀

Ac not working. Not good water service .no soap washroom

Había reservado habitación con Cama QUEEN SIZE, pero cuando llegue me dieron 2 matrimoniales pq no habia disponibilidad. El WIFI Funciona SUPER MAL, la señal es super BAJA o NULA, no pude trabajar con el mismo. El Baño tambien no funciona del todo bien al tirar de la taza no tiene fuerza el agua. La cobija de la cama es muy rugosa no es comoda. Como PUNTOS POSITIVOS: A unos metros del mercado para comer o desayunar muy economico. Tiene Te, Agua o Cafe sin Costo en el Lobby. Bery bad internent . Toilets plugged up. This is a dated hotel and there s many hotels close to there that are nice and the same price or cheaper. The staff was ok but most do not speak english .and no english t v my hitel was dissapointing at best

Me cayó muy bien la señorita que esta en recepción, Me recomendó lugares para cenar rico, y también todo en general muy bien , Bueno , Bonito y Barato.

The staff was incredible.. from check in to check out.. absolutely WONDERFUL.. housekeeping as well. I will ALWAYS stay there when I come to town! Fabulous staff!!

Nous avons réservés l'hôtel hors lorsque nous sommes arrivés ils nous ont dit qu'ils étaient complet! L'HÔTEL FAIT DU SURBOOKING! Ils nous ont dit qu'ils faisaient l'annulation et nous remboursaient sauf que rien n'a été fait! Attention!! ARNAQUE!! Je vais du coup directement demander l'annulation par Expedia.

La recepción fue excelente, el personal súper amable, la habitación excelente y el lugar súper accesible, fui de viaje en familia y la verdad quedamos agradecidas, sin duda volveré a este lugar en el futuro, sigan así

No nos pudimos quedar en el hotel hubo una falla en su sistema, en Expedia se pagó la reservación y cuando llegamos nos dijeron que no había disponibilidad en el hotel y que se realizaría el reembolso, se ingresó folio de aclaración para el seguimiento de la devolución.

Excelente servicio. Me encantó. Sin duda regresaría.

No me gusto el vecindario es inseguro nuestro carro fue abierto a fuerza y nos robaron el equipaje
