The property location was good, quiet at night so we were able to sleep well. The only matter is if travellings in private vehicle there is jst a limited parking space. We had to park away from the hotel. Other than that it was a good stay.

El hotel esta centrico, no tiene estacionamiento, los vehiculos los tienes que dejar en la calle, no tiene elevador y si llevas varias maletas no es buena opcion, no tiene comedor y la comodidad de las camas no es la mejor ni la peor , solo un punto a descatacar es que hay moscos en las habitaciones asi que hay que tenere repelente

Nice hotel but wasn't clean. There was an item on the steps the entire time we were there. The pool was full of algae and we had a huge cockroach in our room the 1st day we were there. The bathroom off the pool also wasnt cleaned the entire time we were there, as evidenced by fecal matter left on the toilet seat. Outside the hotel, the smell of sewage was overwhelming. The location was centrally located, and the hotel across the street had a restaurant, which i guess would be what we liked

Pésimo servicio me dieron una habitación llena de mosquitos, no me dieron otra opción y lo único que me ofrecieron fue ponerle insecticida a lo que yo me negué por que llevaba a mi hija de 8 años y aún así le puso la persona que atiende. Y además en la reserva te dicen que si hay parking y que creen es que te estaciones en la calle y se ofenden si les dice algo que ese detalle lo puso Expedia le echaron la culpa a Expedia la vdd PÉSIMO SERVICIO

Pros: close to the airport, ADO, & water ferry. Easy to hail a taxi. Cons: Very noisy atrium with sound that bounces all hours. Some other guests were having a very loud party in the seats by the pool. This went on from 10pm to 1am. We did altert the front desk multiple times but no action was taken on their part. If you do stay bring ear plugs. Previous reviews mentioned water presure but ours was fine.

The beds were singles, not doubles. One pillow per bed. There was no hot water. The sink faucets didn't work. The water pressure in the shower was minimal. WiFi kept dropping. Finally, there was 1 outlet accessible. We had to hunt for the others and to access them, furniture had to be moved. All in all, it wasn't an enjoyable stay for my family of 4.... Its noteworthy to say that when I called to ask to change rooms, the receptionist said there was no other rooms available and hung up on me :( so maybe we got the 'last resort' room...

Area was great, pool was so dirty you could not see the bottom. Pillows were yellow and towels were so over use and rough. Receptionist Angela have terrible costumer service. Window in the bathroom that was behind the sieve were bent up and could not even close.

Great location, some rooms and property has been fixed up a bit but needs an overhall, especially the pool. Resturant closed during covid and hasn't reopened. That part of town could benefit from a simple resturant with good food at fair prices and a relaxing bar. Gran Marlon has a glass box resturant but its neither cheap nor very inviting. Hot water for a shower seems better but sometimes in the AM there is none. In the day taxis are cheap and easy to find but at 5 pm, or in the rain, or at night you can really get stuck. Chetumal needs more taxis!
