My experience at the hotel was gorgeous! They have everything that you need: the room has bottle of water, coffee, shampoo and conditioner, housekeeper service everyday. The staff was super friendly. I will be back next month!!

After paying expedia final price. We got charge.at the hotel and extra $42 Dollars. For resort fee plus $35 dollars parking fee. Plus. We call the front desk for more linen for sofa bed we were told they didn't have anymore available so we have to deal with it. Rude guy answer the front desk. Won't be staying there any. More.

Great location if you are attending something at the convention center! In a quiet corner so you don’t have to deal with the South Beach craziness, but an easy walk or Uber to the more central areas. Amazing amenities and wonderful staff. I will definitely be coming again for my next convention event!

This property was hands down the best! They not only help our luggage prior to checking in but also when we checked out as we had a late flight. The property is very clean they supply everything you need from towels paper towels sparking water, shampoo conditioner hand soap ,dish washing and laundry detergent! Our kitchen was fully equipped with all dishes cups pans and wine glasses and even had an espresso maker. The beds and pillows were comfy. We will definitely be back as everything was walking distance! And the staff are so kind! Loved it!

This 2 story property without elevator . We stayed on first floor and there was a lot of noise coming from unit upstairs first during the day from people cleaning it for about 2 hours - moving firniture, loud foot steps then in the middle of night from people staying upstairs . Loud music playing , heavy foot steps and moving furniture sounds . Outside of the noise , staff was very helpfull .

The property's location was great! It is near tons of shops and outlets in South Beach. The apartment itself was okay. We had a garden-level place, so local bugs were in our bathroom. Our bathroom shower sucked; it sprayed water everywhere. Overall, the property was solid.

This place is a gem. I’m a native to Miami Beach and this is a perfect location, safe and quiet. It’s not in the thick of the madness but you are in the heart. The bed was so comfortable and the housekeeping and property were immaculate.

The property is cheap and like they say you get what you pay for. The parking spaces are really tight. It’s close to shops and restaurants so that’s good but the apartment is not in good shape. The closet in the room I stayed in has mold and none of the outlets worked in the room I stayed in. The WiFi and the telephone in our unit didn’t work. The shower has rust around the ring. Like I said for the price it’s ok but I’m definitely staying somewhere else next time.

The apartment looked clean and modern at a glance; however the floors were absolutely filthy, the shower had mold all over the window blind, the walls are paper thin so you can literally hear someone taking a shower next door and any and all conversations. There are no accessible plugs in the main bedroom and additional blankets are slim to unavailable. Overall this wasn’t miserable but I would not elect to stay again.

The staff started out quite gracious with being able to hold luggage for 10 of us (2 rooms) a few hours before check-in. We were told to come back at 2:30 and, at that time, we would be able to check in. We arrived back at that time and were told that check-in wasn't until 3pm and they would have our rooms ready then. Well, 3pm came and went and our rooms were still not ready. We watched the cleaning crew enter our rooms at 2:45 and 3pm and START the cleaning. It wasn't until 4pm that we were actually able to get in our rooms and they still didn't feel clean. There were take out bags still left in one of the rooms and both of them had mold growing on the blinds in the bathrooms. In addition, there were a few people staying in the room next to us, smoking weed right outside of the door and this was only at 5pm! Come 11:00pm, one of the other rooms threw a party and were outside of their room screaming and yelling and the staff sat in the office and did nothing about it. This hotel has so much potential to be a great place to stay when wanting to be near South Beach but, with a staff that doesn't pay attention to detail and care about ALL of the guests, I'm afraid we won't stay there again.

The hotel was clean. Staff very welcoming and accommodating. My husband is disabled and I failed to mention that fact but they took great care of us. The cons was that you could hear everything thru the walls and it was kinda loud.In front of our room was the smoking section and the smell did creep into the room. Other than that it was a good stay. Would recommend if you don’t mind hearing other people going about life.

My family and I have stayed here multiple times. The location is close to everything, shops, beach and walking distance to everything you need for your stay. The staff is professional and always amazing. The location is private and offers many options for larger families. Price is great!

They dont have actually front desk, they call it “ office” and when I check out, the guy called “Marcos” was very very rude and he literally said offensive words to me and he is very offensive and very disrespectful, he should be fired, I don’t recommend anyone choose this property at all!!!! If they don’t hire a professional staff, they should close the business!!!!! DO NOT choose this one!!!!’

This hotel has so much potential to be a great place to stay when wanting to be near South Beach but, with a staff that doesn't pay attention to detail and care about ALL of the guests, I'm afraid we won't stay there again.
The staff started out quite gracious with being able to hold luggage for 10 of us (2 rooms) a few hours before check-in. We were told to come back at 2:30 and, at that time, we would be able to check in. We arrived back at that time and were told that check-in wasn't until 3pm and they would have our rooms ready then. Well, 3pm came and went and our rooms were still not ready. We watched the cleaning crew enter our rooms at 2:45 and 3pm and START the cleaning. It wasn't until 4pm that we were actually able to get in our rooms and they still didn't feel clean. There were take out bags still left in one of the rooms and both of them had mold growing on the blinds in the bathrooms. In addition, there were a few people staying in the room next to us, smoking weed right outside of the door and this was only at 5pm! Come 11:00pm, one of the other rooms threw a party and were outside of their room screaming and yelling and the staff sat in the office and did nothing about it. I booked a 2 bedroom suite and upon arrival only studio was available. At check in I accepted the studio with the promise they would issue a credit for the cost differential. Now, three weeks later Expedia advises that no credit is forthcoming.

Loved the location of this property - two blocks from the Lincoln pedestrian mall with lots of shopping and dining. The walk to Ocean Blvd was a hike, but we like exploring so that was also great. Property was cute and safe. Trundle bed was a little uncomfortable for my daughter so she slept on the couch. This is a hotel, so by booking through VRBO we didn't get an email regarding how to access the property and I had to reach out to them on my own two days before arrival, but that was easily resolved. Note if you are arriving late, ask specifically how to turn on the keypad to enter your apartment - there was a trick to it that I was lucky to figure out at 3am on my own. The staff are wonderfully helpful and were attentive to all of our needs during our stay. Will definitely stay here again if we return to Miami Beach!

This place is a gem. I’m a native to Miami Beach and this is a perfect location, safe and quiet. It’s not in the thick of the madness but you are in the heart. The bed was so comfortable and the housekeeping and property were immaculate.

Great location if you are attending something at the convention center! In a quiet corner so you don’t have to deal with the South Beach craziness, but an easy walk or Uber to the more central areas. Amazing amenities and wonderful staff. I will definitely be coming again for my next convention event!

Parking on the premise is NOT included despite what the listing says. It’s “subject to availability.” I only booked this listing because of the parking so this was disappointing. Parking is also an additional $37.45. The pool available on the listing is almost a half hour walk so we did not go. But the distance to shops and dining, the convention center, and the beach is 10-20 minutes walking and there’s a washer and dryer and full kitchen, which we appreciated. Overall good value besides the parking issue.

This is a charming little hidden gem! We only stayed one night before boarding our cruise and it was a perfect two bedroom lil casita! I will Definitely stay again! Washer and dryer in our unit, was perfect and so helpful in getting everyone ready to go! Easy check in very clean and stocked
