Very clean and organized. Staff helpful but definitely has a big city hotel feel versus a smaller property which may feel more friendly. Bar was great and love that there is a fridge in the room and a Nescafé. Also right next door to a grocery store.

We booked a family room for 3 persons. Before arrival the hotel kept offering us upgrades to a suite. We did not take up the offers but were told on arrival that we had been upgraded to a suite as there were no family rooms available. The room facilities seem dated and there was only one main light switch at the entrance, so you had to put the table lamp on before you could turn the lights off. Also there was no bed side table on one side of the bed and only 3 power sockets. The desk had one power socket for a coffee machine, a kettle and my laptop. The advertising suggested the hotel has been renovated. Clearly the electrics have not. Lastly there are only 3 small lifts operating which with a busy morning, meant we had to wait 15 minutes before the 3 of us could check out. The hotel needs more lifts.
