It's city centre Liverpool, so right where you need to be. Only 1 lift for guests is poor, and no access to stairs so you just have to wait. Limited Breakfast options. Comfortable enough, and we even had a window ! It was over-priced for what it was, but on a Saturday in Liverpool city centre what other choices do you have ?

The property was handy. Parking was a distance away. The room was very basic, with the bed pushed right up to the wall. Lacking in plug sockets. Nowhere to sit only the bed.

Smaller rooms than I expected. Can't imagine if I hadn't upgraded for a window. Price per square foot was high. Carpet need to be cleaned in hallway. For the added cost, breakfast terrible. Great location. Pleasant staff.

The location was ideal. The check in staff were really friendly. The room had an odd smell every time you came into it (we think it might have been the drain) Straight forward amenities- kettles, tea/coffee milk and hairdryer etc

Theres an option for a room with a window or without, trust me theres no windows in some of these rooms. However after that passing thought the room/pod is very nice. Small and cosy but comfortable and clean. Its location makes it an ideal place for a night on the town. Plenty of food choices followed by Plenty of bars and clubs.

My only issues were that the windows can not be opened ( air con dries the room out and irritated breathing, fresh air is better). The bed was small double fitted against the wall.

The hotel check in was efficient and friendly. The room was the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in, smaller than a vintage Airstream I rented in Colorado . Very few facilities to hang/store clothes. No windows made it seem clostrophobic and the shower/toilet was a glass partition in the room. We stayed in Liverpool to attend a major concert so there was little choice of accommodation.

The room is bizarre. Bathroom is a fishbowl, bed hard as a rock, tiny pillows, no conditioner or lotion, no washcloths, freezing when we got there and took a while to warm up.

room was very basic i didnt like the glass around the toilet not very dignified when with a new partner, plus the breakfast wasnt free i paid £16 to find out it was only for a bacon sausage or egg sandwich

The only odd thing for me was that if I had traveled with my partner.. the see-through glazed glass covering the toilet and shower almost next to the bed made it a little bit odd. No real personal privacy if you're sharing a room like mine.
