Hotel Pisa Tower

This is a wonderful hotel. Mario at the fro t desk was so helpful with parking options, eating options and all things we needed to know. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. There is no elevator for those who are seeking that option. There is a cozy garden to sit in and you are right outside the arch entering the Pisa tower plaza. Highly recommend s this hotel.

Albergo con appartamento distaccato che utilizzano per affitto. No colazione, no ristornate. Solo strategico per la Torre di Pisa e in zona centrale. Non consigliato per lavoro.

Nice little hotel in a very convenient location to visit the main tourist attractions (the Duomo complex with the Tower are at less than one minute walk). The hotel is nicely furnished and clean with very comfortable beds and good quality pillows. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is no lift at the property, but staff are on hand to help with the luggage. The hotel doesn't offer breakfast as it doesn't have a kitchen, but there's a nice cafe opposite which offers a good selection of foods. There is no bidet in the bathrooms (very unusual for Italy).

The manager was extremely helpful. I enjoyed the hotel's excellent position at the literal outskirts of the tower, and I liked my spacious room. My only caveat is that is that they don't provide a shuttle service to the airport. I think that they'd listed as providing that service.

Meget bra hotell i budsjett klassen. To minutter å gå til Tårnet. Grei liten hage for litt vin eller en kald drikke. Husk å ta med drikkevarer selv. Betjening var hyggelig og informativ på parkeringen. Ligger en kun ett par minutters gange fra hotellet. Frokost ble innkjøpt på bakeriet kun 30 meter fra hotellet. De hadde ett stort utvalg av fersk og god mat.

Another lovely, relaxing and comfortable stay overall, but was disappointed that they no longer offer the shuttle service to the airport. Taxis were fully booked for the morning so had the stress of not knowing whether we'd get one in time or not. The member of staff was very helpful though, so helped us sort one out first thing. Also didnt realise that the Hotel is actually two separate buildings, so initially thought I'd booked the wrong hotel, and the poor receptionist has to look after both buildings on their own.

Little hotel right on the gates to the Tower. Excellent position. No facilities but great for a quick visit to Pisa

Ficamos em um quarto adaptado para acessibilidade; o espaço era bom, mas o box com cortina de plástico incomodou um pouco durante o banho. O hotel não serve café da manhã, mas há um McDonald's Café bem em frente que resolve bem. Não possui garagem, mas conseguimos estacionar na rua tranquilamente (pago das 08h às 20h)."

Proximity to the Tower Plaza was wonderful. The rooms were large and the beds comfortable. However, there was mold on the walls of the rooms, we never could find the parking area, and the window blew open in the night and the rooms were so cold. We were sent an e-mail that reception would be closing early, but we didn't receive it and arrived to find everything locked up. It took us about an hour to figure out how to get into our reserved rooms.

Vi var fuldt ud tilfredse til start. Dejligt rummeligt værelse til 3 personer med udsigt ud over haven. Meget venlig og hjælpsom receptionist, der bla. oplyste, at haven var til fri afbenyttelse, og hvor vi sad og nød en drink købt i et lokalt supermarkedet, for der er kun en automat med vand og kaffe på hotellet. Det ligger super i forhold til Det Skæve Tårn (knap 50 meter lige rundt om hjørnet) og ca 20 min gang til Arno. Man kunne købe god morgenmad på det cafeteria, som hotellet anbefaler og man får 10% rabat. MEN,MEN, hvad vi troede var myggestik, viste sig desværre at være væggelus! Vi blev alle 3 bidt og har masser af bidmærker. Vi fant desværre først ud af det, da vi var hjemme igen efter 4 nætter på hotellet. Så vil fraråde andre at bo på hotellet, eller i hvert fald på værelse 11

Stayed for 1 night in a family suite. Generally clean and staff were good, but the bathroom had a really strong mouldy smell (I think the shower curtain). Really close to the tower, market and restaurants.

The room was not very clean. Bed linens had dirt and stains from previous guests. We arrived at 5:30 pm but staff had already left because there was a Saint celebration in town, however they communicate through WhatsApp giving me an access code to enter the building. Location was great next to Pisa Tower.

My family and I had one of the most wonderful stays at Hotel Pisa Tower. We travel frequently and have extensive experience staying in different hotels. Some of our experiences have been good, while others have been disappointing. At Hotel Pisa Tower, everything was perfect from the moment we entered the hotel until the last day of our stay. The staff were very friendly and polite, and they made us feel truly welcome. The hotel is very clean and conveniently located just a three-minute walk from the Pisa Tower and the city center, and approximately 4.5 km from the airport. There was no noise at night, either from outside or from other rooms, which made our stay even more comfortable. I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant stay, excellent service, and good value for money. It is a place where customer satisfaction is clearly a priority.

Room was clean and comfortable except for some mould in the bathroom (on the ceiling and shower curtain). Staff were friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect, so close to the tower! Price was really good, would stay again.

The reception women who checked us in was very nice. The room itself was just ok. There were noticeable stains on the bed coverings. There was black mold in the bathroom in the wall near the shower.

Hotel muito bem localizado, próximo à torre de Pisa. Fomos muito bem recepcionados pelo staff do hotel, que gentilmente nos acompanhou até o prédio anexo (onde ficam os quartos para famílias). O quarto é bem espaçoso e as camas muito confortáveis. O único inconveniente é um pouco de cheiro de mofo no banheiro.

Recently took a trip to Pisa, Italy booking stay through the Expedia website at Hotel Pisa Tower. We were looking forward to this trip to enjoy a comfortable break, however, our experience was dampened. First of all, arriving at the hotel we found out straight away that the air conditioning unit was not functional with only the 'fan' option working to blow warm air around the room. It was approximately 30 oC in Pisa during our stay and quite humid, making it very stuffy and uncomfortable in our room. Although the staff attempted to fix the issue they had no success. The hotel was fully booked and therefore we had no alternative option but to stay in the room. In addition to this, we also noticed a cockroach roaming around our room floor on the second day, which was extremely disturbing and highlighted the lack of cleanliness. I informed the receptionist of this also and although everyone was apologetic and tried to help there was no getting away from the fact that our overall stay was uncomfortable to say the least.

Really nice people and the room was kept very clean. However, it was nearly impossible to sleep because it was so noisy! We had a downstairs room where you could hear the cars, the pipes, and everyone entering and exiting the hotel.

The front desk staff was super friendly and ready to help with anything. Easy check in check out and next to Pisa tower. There was no AC in the room i think.

Good location but “separate building” further away than I’d hoped. Bathroom very tired and in need of a new shower screen.

Very friendly front staff and beautiful rooms. Only small con is the Wifi was pretty spotty but it wasn't a big deal as we stayed out exploring until bedtime.

The room was nice and clean and plenty big enough for the two of us. The Tower area iqs literally on their doorstep. Room was on the ground floor so there was a noise during the day but after the tower area closed down it was quiet.

We stayed in room 104 same floor as, and just next to the entrance and reception. It was super loud - voices and slamming of the frontdoor keeping us up. We asked for another room, but that was not possible. We were offered earplugs. Machines/cars just outside the window started around 5.30 am. The hotel seriously cannot charge a normal rate for this room without notifying guests up front what to expect. It was really disappointing and we left annoyed and really tired.

Overall ok but the bathroom layout was inconvenient.

Where to even begin with this gem!?! The location is absolutely phenomenal. This was our first time to Europe, so of course we were filled with so many gaps of knowledge on what to do and where to go. But from before arrival, Johnny reached out to get an idea of our arrival time which gave me a sense of security right off the bat. By the time we arrived, he offered us the ability to hold luggage as it wasn’t check in time, but not only held our luggage, gave us access to the property for any waiting time we’d like to do there or use of restroom. He gave excellent recommendations, and ensured that we were taken care of. The room was clean, air conditioned, and close to everything. We were a 5min walk to the tower, baptistery, and church. Close to a bunch of little eateries, and the market. There was a small fridge and a coffee machine. The bathroom is small, but has the necessary amenities. Customer service is top notch. They tried their best to get us checked into our room early, although not expected as we understood check in time was later. But we did appreciate the early check in. They had our luggage in our room before we even got to our room, and assisted us in booking a taxi for our departure. I highly recommend this spot. You will NOT regret it. Staff were very nice and very helpful and accommodating. Especially Jhonny who went above and beyond . He promptly replied all my inquiries and communicate well during those times that our schedule was totally mess up . We checked in late plus our plane gor delayed and Train rerouted . In short , our schedule got bumped . As in super late the following day . He didn’t cancel our booking just like the other Hotels. We teally highly recommend this Hotel . Aside from very good and very helpful staff , This hotel is very clean . This Hotel is vey close to the Leaning Tower of Pisa . We stayed at the separate building because of number of room occupants . We got a family size room . Thank you so so much Jhonny for being considerate and helpful . The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The maître d’ was one of the best ones I’ve ever had. When you arrived up the front desk, he was friendly and very helpful. When I give him a big thank you. Whatever he’s making you should be paying him more.

Dårlig service for å få hjelp til å booke taxi. Delte til og med feil nr så vi nesten inne rakk flyet. En del støy utenfor rommet, men roet seg til natten. Veldig sentralt og pent rom.

We were warmly greeted by John who managed to get our room clean before check in time. Plus he showed us all locally known recommended eateries, carried our very heavy bags upstairs and arranged a taxi for this morning. Our room was quite comfortable with nice linens! Thanks!!

Great boutique hotel in amazing location. Did have to wait outside for 15 minutes before manager arrived to let us in! Room was “intimate” but lovely for an overnighter. Silly things : tv didnt work (not requried) as electric adaptor not working so no kettle either ! No spoons. Coffee machine and kettle - not bags or milk (and manager not on site to provide any) However manager was very cheerful - gave us the knowledge we needed for the area and we were straight out to enjoy pizza in Pisa !

We arrived around 9.30pm and were unable to get into the hotel as the manager was at another property. After a 5 minutes wait he arrived and checked us in swiftly. We were allocated a room next to reception and the entrance door to the hotel….take ear plugs! The bed was comfy, the pillows (memory foam) weren’t. The room was spotlessly clean as was the bathroom. The location of this hotel couldn’t be better! Right by the Tower, the train station and the bus stop!

Location perfect! Quiet and comfortable, we had an accessibility room which was very well equipped. Only minutes from the train station and the Tower.

The hotel is situated right next door to the Tower, you literally walk out of the door, through an arch and the whole Cathedral and Tower piazza are in front of you.

La habitación muy amplia para una familia de 5 personas, limpio y muy agradable. Nos recibió Inés que fue muy amable. El hotel tiene habitaciones a una cuadra de la Torre de Pisa pero también en un edificio a unas cuadras de ahí que es donde estuvimos sin ningún problema.

El hotel está muy bien, aunque nos tocó un edificio anexo al hotel que está en un sitio distinto, pero muy cerca y la verdad que la torre está a 5 minutos andando y merece la pena.

Amazing location in Pisa, right next to the Tower but outside the traffic-free zone. Kind and helpful staff. Nice comfortable room. We were in the annex rather than the main building. I am sure the main building is great, too, but we would happily stay in the annex again.

Closest hotel to the cathedral and tower, 30 second walk from door to entering the grounds. On arrival we were given a useful map and a good idea of where to go and to eat. On the main bus route from the train station.

What a superb location! Literally seconds from Cathedral Square & the Leaning Tower of Pisa! Especially ideal if it’s really hot - can retreat back to your air conditioned room for a break away from the crowds for a bit. Friendly and helpful staff. Car parking is easy to find. Would recommend!

The hotel was clean with a pleasant room. It is very near the leaning tower, which was good but the road was extremely noisy in the early hours.

The process of booking was easy from start to finish and the hotel liaised with us prior to arrival to ensure our arrival was smooth. We were welcomed by a friendly, helpful and informative receptionist. Booking in was easy. We were provided with a leaflet with a local area map and restaurant recommendations. We visited the one, particularly recommended by the member of staff and had an excellent meal which was slso great value for money. We were shown to our room and shown how to activate the lights in the room. Our room was gorgeous, clean and well maintained. It had a private bathhroom, safe, coffee making facilities and a fridge. We could see the roof of the Baptistry from our window. There was no option for breakfast but there was a lovely cafe across the square where we bought breakfast. Luggage can be left at the hotel as well. Great location close to the Piazza Miracoli with excellent facilities and fantastic staff. I would definitely come back. Thank you.

Such a good location! Very reasonable. One minute from Miracle square. Lovely garden. Room spacious with shower. Staff really helpful and friendly. Clear instructions for entering hotel given our plane arrived after midnight. Short walk to station for train to Florence. Lovely cafe nearby for breakfast. Plan to return!

Vi hadde en siste natt i Pisa på et dobbeltrom. Hotellet ligger utmerket til hvis man ønsker å se det skjeve tårn osv. Vi fikk kjempegod service og bistand da vi dessverre ble frastjålet en veske i kaoset i gaten nedenfor tårnet. Litt trangt men hyggelig rom, noe støy fra sidegater og ikke frokost inkludert. Men frokosten fikk vi kjøpt på super kafé like ved. Anbefaler dette hotell for kortere opphold i Pisa.

Location was amazing. 1 minute from tower and church. Staff was perfect and very helpful. Not manned 24 hours but not an issue. The best delicatessen across the square.
