So we called and we were looking for a hot tub and the hotel manager, and you guys said that the hot tub worked at this particular hotel. Well when we got there, we checked in the elevator, didn’t work. The washer and dryer didn’t work then we went down to the hot tub and there was about 10 inches of sand in it, and it was dirty as all could be so we complained to the guy that was there and he said oh it doesn’t work in months but you’ll have to talk to the general manager, so we talk to him in the morning and he said the same thing and he was rather a dick, but we want to refund

The hotel itself was good, but the main reason I booked this hotel was because it had EV chargers. When we got there, all of the chargers had non-EV vehicles parked in front of them since the spots weren’t reserved for EV’s. When I finally could plug it in, none of them worked.

Please please please put paint on the Tesla charging spaces to mark them electric vehicle only. They are far too close to the entrance and thus constantly blocked.

Everything was fantastic! If I had to be picky, the air ventilation in the pool room was non-existent. Eyes burned from chlorine. Otherwise, the property was top-notch. I haven't been this satisfied with a hotel in a long time ,and I travel often!

My room was very spacious and it was kept very clean during my stay. One of the elevators and the pool was closed but I was still able to enjoy my stay. My only issue was during one of the nights (Saturday night) there were children running back and forth down the hall. The next day there was a sign posted near the elevator that said “no running” so the problem was resolved. There was a good breakfast selection and overall I had a good experience.

It was great proximity to the valley fair amusement park but the little things were overlooked like the corners where the carpet met the walls and the sink overflow drain was disgustingly filthy you could see it in the mirror, a bit not picky but my house is clean so I leave an honest review thanks overall great place to stay and I would again thanks!

We stayed one night for a gymnastics competition. We had a deluxe room with the extra couch/pull out. Really enjoyed having the extra space. Overall, a nice hotel with plenty of food options nearby. The hotel and room was very clean which to me is the most important. I rated this place 3/5 stars for a few reasons: - Cheap structure so the walls are very thin. We heard snowplows and vehicles outside all night long as well as a lot of noise from the room above us and conversations in the nearby rooms. Not only is it sort of irritating but also a lack of privacy for yourself. - An elevator and an ice machine were out of order. Maintenance is necessary and there were alternative options so it was ok -The breakfast had a lot of options but quality was less than average for most of the food -Our key cards didn’t work consistently and we’d have to try it multiple times -Limited gym equipment outside of cardio machines. Overall, the stay was fine and we experienced no problems. Just some less than ideal stuff as stated above. We were there for a quick overnight as we had some meetings in the area. Reasonably priced. Inviting atmosphere and kind employees. Thanks!

Poor information about services at checking. Keys continually did not work. Employee shut elevator on us and spilled hot coffee on both of us. Husband had bleeding arm and she didn’t even say she was sorry.

Was not the room I reserved and they would not change it. They were not apologetic. Mentioned several times that I had booked with a third party(hotels.com) and did not seem happy about that. They didn’t ID me when I checked in and are the only hotel I remember not ID ing me ( I’ve stayed 30 nights in hotels this year as I do every year) Huge safety concern!! I’ve stayed at this hotel 3 times since mid summer but will not stay there again.

We get there, the front desk attendant has attitude from the start when I tell her we’re checking in for a reservation. She tld me I only had one room. That’s when Anna the manger come up, told me that’s why I shouldn’t use a third party booking sight and only call the hotel. That’s there’s nothing they could do, they were full. When I showed her my booking and two rooms, she than asked for a second name. When I gave her what I thought it would be she told me she couldn’t find it and again it was my fault for using a website.

The front desk manager, Anna, was beyond amazing. Our trip had a series of unfortunate events (not related to the hotel), and she went above and beyond to help us and make sure we had anything we needed. She is the main reason we will continue to book with this hotel in the future! The hotel beds were comfy, and the breakfast was great! Location was perfect as it was only a mile or 2 away from Valley Fair.

Clean hotel, good breakfast. There was one employee that was pretty rude to an elderly man. One of the elavators wasnt working and she told us to take the stairs, then disappeared into the mechanical room. When she came back out the man repeated what he thought he hear her say, and she got upset with him. "Thats why i told you to take the stairs!" I dont know, with one working elavator i would think that it would have been ok for him to wait for it...but hey what do I know.

This was an incredible place to say. If I ever come to Shakopee again, this is where I will stay. I had some confusion the morning of our trip after looking at the app and I had to call the hotel. I talked to Anna, who was extremely nice and helpful. Check in was quick and easy. It took less than 5 minutes. I was staying with 2 children and 2 teens. The room was extremely clean and a perfect size for the 5 of us. It was quiet, we never heard our neighbors. The beds were comfy and the bathroom was nice. The breakfast was delicious and the area was clean. The pool was awesome and we went in the morning so it wasnt very busy. The staff was very friendly. I would say the price of the hotel was worth it for the quality.
