It’s not terrible but tons can be better. It’s not told but most of the people staying there live there. It’s a monthly rate hotel. Lots of noise. There is a reason for the dark carpet. out of my monday-sat stay two different times dog poop was on the carpet and nobody cleans it up right away. Room service will not bring new towels they stated i must bring towels down and swap them myself. Not sure about anyone else but that’s part of the cost. There is no disvount for doing there job for them! Beware if going on certain holidays like I did on the 4th. There will be no parking for you because the firework show across the way everybody will take every parking spot that isn’t staying there. We watched the fireworks in the middle of the way in the parking lot because of this. Once the show was over then the on lookers left then I got a spot. Terrible execution on keeping that from happening. But on the grand scheme wasn’t horrible wasn’t best just mediocre.

Room was clean. This hotel is geared towards long term stays, a lot of construction crews there. Front desk attendant was great! Shebrea was her name! We need more people like her in the work force!!

The only complaint would be the traffic in the parking lot as McDonalds shares the same lot. Everything else was great.

Had to request a different room twice, as the first two I was given had not been cleaned yet. Walking into a dirty room not once, but twice, is not on my bucket list of items I enjoy doing. Disappointed for sure. Definitely will not be reserving a room here again.

I understand the purpose of the big shampoo bottle in the bathrooms rather than lots of small ones wasting plastic. Ours were empty upon arrival and never got re-filled in our 6 night stay. We went and bought some, but it was inconvenient.

Arrived and the shower, bed cover, and basically every other surface had hair and pubes all over it. Absolutely disgusting. All soap and shampoo was empty in the shower. Went to tell the front desk about all this all they did was apologize. Never sent anyone up to clean more, or fill the soap. Literally just felt gross all night. Looked up other rooms in the area I was prepared to just eat the cost and leave. No dice everything was booked. Stayed at the Radisson red the night before at 140$. And this my place room was also 140$. It just felt ridiculous. Wasn’t offered any compensation or anything. Probably top three worst experiences I’ve had. And I’ve stayed in 100’s of hotels. Avoid this place at all cost.

The coffee pot had the old filter and grounds in it yet and there was white spots growing inside. The buddy wash and shampoo containers were empty. The rest of the room served to be clean and organized and it was very nice having a full size refrigerator in the room. There is a nice seating area outside to grill out in.

The hotel itself was okay. The hallway carpet and walls need a good cleaning. The room had fresh sheets and we were able to get clean towels from the front desk as our room didn’t have any. The bathtub had hair in it and the room smelled like dog.

Nice size room. Love the kitchen in room. Bed was very comfortable and room was clean. Quiet building. Very convenient to have grub hub available for delivery and surrounding restauraunts to walk to.

Couldn't check in. There was no one at all working at the hotel. Waited an hour, went to eat and still no body. Called 4 hours later and still no employee at the hotel. There are no phone numbers to contact any real person. Every means of calling, no mater what number you use rings the front desk which is unattended. Have no idea when someone showed up.

Very friendly front desk staff who helped me in a pinch with getting me a cloth right away when I hit my head on car trunk and was bleeding a bit. Offered awesome nearby restaurant recommendation (Mr. Pig's). There was a few small hiccups. First room we got out in was accidentally missed by cleaning but apologized and immediately got us into another room. Little oops. They happen. Sink and tub slower to drain which sucked a bit with 4 of us showering but room was clean otherwise and the beds were very comfortable! No noise issues. Easy check in and out. I'd stay again for sure.

I reserved my room 1 year ago. Was called and told I had to accept a 1 bed room due to overbooking. If I didn’t accept I would be refused at the hotel. The room we got first was not cleaned. Watching TV is difficult due to poor satilight due to inclement weather. Its sunny with light breeze and 90 degrees. If someone gets bumped it should be recient reservations. I was not offered any discount. I paid for a 2 bed room. Pretty crappy treatment by My Place

The property was very clean, open parking lot, McDonald's and the Muddy Cow for dining are literally a 1 minute walk. Mystic lake casino is a 6 min drive away. Nearest highway is 169

We attended a concert at nearby Mystic Lake Casino, which was an easy, one-turn, few-minutes drive down the road. The hotel couldn't have been more convenient. Nice and clean, too, and the beds were comfy. Had a great night. Thanks!

No vending or pantry items available for purchase here. Clerk said they haven't had a delivery in weeks. No beverage or snacks are available for purchase at this property. Staff was friendly and helpful when you could find them. One strange thing: the water pressure in the shower was painfully strong, like a power washer. I like good pressure but all 3 in my room thought it was excessive. A staff person had to help us with the Direct TV service. A cord under the TV was in the wrong position to receive the signal, I guess. Should not be so sensitive or taped down or something. No major problem here, but a different hotel experience.

The only thing missing was cream for my coffee. Had an early flight, couldn’t get the coffee maker to work so found coffee in the lobby but no cream. Otherwise, a very good stay! Thank you!

Nothing was as advertised. No pool, tv didn’t work, didn’t get to check till after 5pm because the room wasn’t ready, no continental breakfast, you could order breakfast but you have to pay for it?!? Seriously? Bed was about as hard as the floor. And what’s even more annoying is this place was recommended by Expedia under the filters i chose!

It was a decent place. I looked forward to being able to purchase snacks in the lobby like the Hotels.com listing showed. Unfortunately, snack area was completely empty. They definitely do not stock that.
