The place is ok

Room was clean and staff were friendly. Easy access to the metro and busses to get around the city

Room condition was as expected.However the rooms are smaller than advertised. 4 bunk beds of grown mem in a box room is a bit too much! A bit more room to move around would have been useful. It's good value and I would probably stay again

r return and let My assigned bed was occupied by a jerk who refused to move to their bed. The front desk confirmed this, but was afraid to confront the person when they refused to move (he was pretending to be asleep even though we very loudly asked me to move). After I found a manager to help, I was told I had to move to a different room. Why did I have to pay in time and effort to change rooms for what this jerk did? You made me move instead of him. Please grow a backbone and confront jerks who do this kind of thing or they'll keep doing it over and over. Look up his name and ban him from staying at any of your hostels anywhere around the world, or I will never return and let everyone know how this was handled.
