Plus side: 1) Location is super convenient (5 minute walk) to both north (Gare du Nord) and east (Gare du Est) train stations. 2) Curtains on bunk beds offer some privacy. 3) Daily evening social events include some nice freebies (such as wine and cheese, etc.). Negative side: 1) Downstairs bar is a little too loud for sleeping before at least 1 am. 2) In the hot summertime, it's too warm at night for sleeping well. If they offered ceiling fans, that might at least help somewhat, though closed bunk curtains would limit the effectiveness of that. 3) Elevators have not always been dependable and don't allow downward use on the lower floors (not good for people with certain disabilities).

I stayed in Paris for three nights and chose the hostel. The location between Gare Est and Gare Nord was perfect for my travel plans. Also all the sights of the city are easily reachable on foot or by bike. I had a 4 bedroom ensuite in the first floor. The room itself was nice and clean, the bathroom was small but sufficient, however it lacks places to put or hang your stuff and in my room there was no toilet lid and the flushing system needed lots of force to work and only the big flush button worked. The shower had was leaking water at its connection to the hose. At night you could hear the bar quite well, but with earplugs I still slept like a baby. Talking about the bar, with special prices for guests it was a great place to grab a beer. So all in all I would definitely stay here again, I think I received good value for my money. I didn’t use the breakfast so I can’t talk about that. If you need to store your luggage it is 3€ for a small locker (enough for a small cabin trolley and a backpack) or 5€ for a big locker. The area around the two big train stations may not be the most glamorous one but I never felt unsafe, even at night.

La chambre est basique et correspond à ce qu'on peut attendre. Les sanitaires hommes du 1er étage posent problème. Entre deux passages à un mois d'écart, les deux douches hommes étaient condamnées. Il faut en trouver ailleurs. La douche/WC pour personne en situation de handicap (ce qui est mon cas), est mal entretenue et le lavabo est cassé depuis un mois aussi. A chaque passage, un des deux asensceurs est en panne. Impossible d'aller aux casiers en ascenseur. La location des casiers me paraît chère pour un hostel.

Breakfast was probably the best part of the stay. Some of the showers were out of order and the ones that were operational the cubicles were falling appart. The floor in the corridors were ripped which is a trip hazard.

It is a big, modern hostel. Unfortunately, there were no handles on the windows in the fifth floor, so we couldn't shut the window at night and the traffic in paris is quite loud! There is no kitchen in the hostel, just a microwave and a water kettle.

Fairly good type of hostel with walking distance proximity to Gare du Nord and can cater your basic needs like shower x2 toilet x2 and double deck bed but make sure you bring your own mini fan coz it gets really boiling hot when you sleep at night otherwise quite comfortable stay! And a LOCK AND KEY to secure your valuables underneath your bed!

The property very was loud at night. Belushi’s bar played music until 2 am. The staff were friendly otherwise. The shower was small, shower head was too low. The only good thing about the stay was its location. Gare du Nord station was very close by, easy to get to the airport.

J'ai pris ce Inn proche de Gare du Nord par praticité... J'avais déjà tester un Inn sur Montmartre au top y'a quelques mois mais la la proximité de ma gare d'arrivée à fait le reste. A mon arrivée alors que j'ai une chambre le soir on me dit que laisser mes bagages est payant. Ma chambre n'étant pas dispo je repars avec mes sac. Lors du check in on ne me dit rien de plus que ma chambre... J'arrive à l'étage et la chambre est ouverte car défectueuse. Le rebord de la fenêtre est noir de crasse et la clim HS obligé mes autres co-hôte à ouvrir la fenêtre... Sauf que nous sommes à Gare du Nord et que le matin à 6h la cours des miracles gueule en bas ! Le petit déj payant à 8€ ne le vaut absolument pas. Oeufs durs industriels, fromages prédécoupé et jambon indus... L'orange est dure et sans goût je la jette après 2 quartier... Sensation d'être dans un vieil hôpital crade ! Bref je ne reviendrai pas... Même pour 42€

Todo o hostel muito mal cuidado, pedaço do piso faltando, secadores dos banheiros não funcionam, chuveiro de botão, tudo precisa ter moeda, locker, máquina de bebidas, pq cartão não estava funcionando. Pegamos um período com o chuveiro frio, pq não tinha água quente, e um dia de manhã o alarme de incêndio tocou, descemos, e ninguém orientou nada, como se nada estivesse acontecendo. Tudo muito sujo, quartos não parecem limpos, coberta com manchas grandes, colchão manchado. O atendimento no geral foi bom com algumas pessoas, a atendente brasileira maravilhosa, super atenciosa.

O hostel fica numa área muito perto de duas grandes estações de metrô, o que facilitou demaisssss a minha estadia e deslocamentos por Paris. O café da manhã não era dos mais diversos, mas pelo preço estava ótimo. 5 euros por dia valiam bastante a pena. O serviço de quarto funcionou todos os dias, o banheiro era limpo diariamente. No geral, gostei da minha estadia no hostel.

We stayed one night in this hostel and woke up with the bed full of bed bugs crawling all over us. Would never go back. The staff was very unhelpful and made us feel like we were the problem. Warning for everyone thinking about staying here.

La chambre à 4 avec salle de bain est tres exigue parce que la salle de bains prend sur la superficie de la chambre. La salle de bains amène de l'humidité dans la chambre mais si on ouvre la fenêtre pour ventiler, on a le bruit des centilateurs et les odeurs d'huiles de friture venant du restaurant du rez-de-chaussée. Les lits superposés se font face, donc on ne peut pas ouvrir deux casiers opposés en meme temps ni se mettre en face pour s'en servir. Les lits sont fixés sur la même cloison séparatrice que les lits de la chambre contigüe. A chaque fois qu'une porte claque, les cloisons et les lits tremblent. La malchance a voulu que je sois là au même moment qu'une classe d'élèves très bruyants et qui se crotaient seuls. Ca ne sert à rien de payer plus pour une chambre plus petite, puisque les inconvénients environnants ne sont pas réduits par rapport aux chambres à 8. Pas de savon dans la douche, chasse d'eau à deux vitesses dont une qui ne fonctionne pas.

La chambre est plutot correcte, propre et spacieuse, le coin toilette douche est grand. Le petit déjeuner copieux et sympathique avec fromage, jambon saucisson, céréales etc et ca pour la modique sommes de 5€,, on en croyais pas nos yeux ! Pour le moins bien : Les loquets de fermeture des fenêtre etaient cassés donc impossible d'ouvrir ou de fermer. Mais dans l'ensemble ca nous plaisais, jusquau soir, où il y a un bar discothèque au RDC et la ca a été moins agréable, car la sono hurlait jusque 1h du matin, impossible de dormir! La chambre est plutot correcte, propre et spacieuse, le coin toilette douche est grand. Le petit déjeuner copieux et sympathique avec fromage, jambon saucisson, céréales etc et ca pour la modique sommes de 5€,, on en croyais pas nos yeux ! Pour le moins bien : Les loquets de fermeture des fenêtre etaient cassés donc impossible d'ouvrir ou de fermer. Mais dans l'ensemble ca nous plaisais, jusquau soir, où il y a un bar discothèque au RDC et la ca a été moins agréable, car la sono hurlait jusque 1h du matin, impossible de dormir! The property is very clean and well maintained. The staff very nice and helpful. Check in and check out very fast! Security guards are on site 24/7 and they do good job to make it safe and secure! The Belushi’s bar is great and provides good entertainment on weekends!

First time staying in a Hostel and i found this enjoyable.. I will definitely be doing it again. Staff were friendly and helpful. Clean spaces with enough privacy in the bed spaces. Easy to travel with the metro and close to buses.

Personnel à la réception non qualifié car je suis arrivé à l'hostel à minuit et on m'a attribué un lit qui a été déja occupé par une autre personne et le lendemain matin j'ai demandé à ce qu'ils me changent de lit (un de bas), mais ils ne l'ont pas fait sous pretexte qu'ils sont reservés alors qu'ils n'ont meme pas mis "reservé" ou le non de la personne pour laquelle a été réservé.

Staff were super accommodating and did everything they could to make the stay as easy as possible. From providing an early check in to helping me when my phone was stolen on the streets of Paris. Can't recommend the staff here enough. The hostel itself is clean and what you'd expect. Belushi's down stairs was great for sport and food and drink. Stay here for sure, great location incredible staff

I only stayed here for a night before catching my train to the airport the next morning. That said, it's a wonderfully convenient location (less than 5 minutes to Gare du Nord), but this area is pretty sketchy at night. This was confirmed by my friend who lives in Paris and is from France. I felt a bit anxious even walking five minutes at around 22h, just after sunset. I would not have wanted to stay here if I were visiting Paris (I'd recommend the People Paris Nation). The rooms were pretty nice, but the metal lockers under the bed could use some oil — super squeaky!! There was a lot of loud music/noise from the bar/restaurant below, well until about 3AM, even on a Monday night. It might be quieter on an upper level floor (I was on the first floor). Otherwise, my brief stay here was positive and the hostel was well maintained.

My review is a bit different as I was a young solo female traveler. I felt extremely unsafe and quite scared in this area. There are lots of men/sales men/tweakers that are just outside of the train station and outside the hostel who harassed me (walking with me, asking for sexual favors, touch my shoulders calling me pretty). I was followed every single time. I would have them following me into McDonalds and they all sat and stood around me. They would not quit no matter if I ignored them or if I said repeatedly I wanted to be left alone. I had a man follow me for blocks all the way to the doors of my train. Also, no one helped me even with how loud I would be towards these men saying “Leave me alone.”. I honestly only think this happened because I was alone and it is out of control of the hostel, but a warning of the area. The hostel itself is very nice and if I had the chance to return to Paris with company with me, I would want to stay here again. Just not alone. The rooms were very clean (also fair warning: the travelers were a bit stinky, again out of the hostels control). People staying here did seem very nice and the bar was very lively and seemed fun! Restrooms were clean and always available. If you needed anything for your trip there were washers/dryers and a vending machine with PLENTY of toiletries and another with plenty of snacks and drinks. Also a convenience store around the corner. Workers were also super super nice and helpful.

Great place in heart of Paris with a great price. Just a few minor issues as far as storing luggage, I was on a 2 week cruise prior to Paris and I’m 70 years old, no elevator to storage lockers as far as I could determine. One hard pillow, definitely could have had another or a softer one. Both showers were leaking at nozzle. Belushis had loud music until 2-4 am on Saturday. Breakfast buffet for $7 Euros was outstanding! Very close to train station and metro. They should have an area other than Belushis for guests to hang, watch tv go on computer etc. All in all a great value and

J'ai pris ce Inn proche de Gare du Nord par praticité... J'avais déjà tester un Inn sur Montmartre au top y'a quelques mois mais la la proximité de ma gare d'arrivée à fait le reste. A mon arrivée alors que j'ai une chambre le soir on me dit que laisser mes bagages est payant. Ma chambre n'étant pas dispo je repars avec mes sac. Lors du check in on ne me dit rien de plus que ma chambre... J'arrive à l'étage et la chambre est ouverte car défectueuse. Le rebord de la fenêtre est noir de crasse et la clim HS obligé mes autres co-hôte à ouvrir la fenêtre... Sauf que nous sommes à Gare du Nord et que le matin à 6h la cours des miracles gueule en bas ! Le petit déj payant à 8€ ne le vaut absolument pas. Oeufs durs industriels, fromages prédécoupé et jambon indus... L'orange est dure et sans goût je la jette après 2 quartier... Sensation d'être dans un vieil hôpital crade ! Bref je ne reviendrai pas... Même pour 42€

Breakfast was probably the best part of the stay. Some of the showers were out of order and the ones that were operational the cubicles were falling appart. The floor in the corridors were ripped which is a trip hazard.

Très mauvais rapport qualité prix. Nous avions pris une chambre privée avec salle de bain privée. La salle de bain ressemble à une salle de bain d hôpital, sans shampooing, ni savon... l eau de la douche est soit tiède soit ultra brûlante. Le petit déjeuner est très industriel. Bcp de bruit le soir à cause du bar. Et cerise sur le gâteau : vous devez payer 8euros pour louer un casier pour laisser vos valises. Les seuls points positifs sont l emplacement de l auberge et la bonne literie. Passez votre chemin.

O café da manhã é incrível! Vale muito, um dos cafés da manhã mais completos que já vi na Europa. Recomendo a todos! As interações noturnas promovidas pela acomodação entre os hóspedes também são outro diferencial, recomendo a todos irem para intercâmbio cultural e fazer amizades e receber dicas para a viagem.

O hostel é incrível. Bem localizado, perto de duas grandes estações de trem e metrô, com um excelente café da manhã (vale a pena comer ali, pois é café do tipo continental - tem várias opções). Fiquei em um quarto quádruplo, com banheiro dentro. Quarto bom, com um maleiro embaixo da cama (que você tranca com seu próprio cadeado). Única coisa que não gostei tanto foi que o banheiro tinha cheiro de urina o tempo todo. Mas creio que isso se deva pela higiene dos demais hóspedes e não necessariamente pela falta de limpeza. O bar do piso térreo também é super legal e consegui fazer amizades lá durante minha estadia. Enfim, recomendo muito a estadia.

Just 5 mins away from Gare du Nord train station. Very convenient as I have a 9.07 train back to London. Staff is great, breakfast is good value for money. They are kind to open the breakfast area for me at 7am although generally it starts at 8am. No air con on the room so the window had to be opened and we can hear people arguing and talking outside. Overall, I am happy as food can be found at every corner. It’s a safe. Walkable go bus 32 to take you to Eiffel Tower at Lena stop. Bathrooms are clean although a little inconvenient as has to walk out of the room (expected).

We stayed in a private room and private bathroom, 2 nights. It first look it seemed clean, but small. But then when we arrived home after 2 days in that hotel we started itching like crazy. Contacted the doctor and yes, we have been bitting by beg bugs all over our body. Disgusting! Don’t stay here.

Minors are not allowed in the bar after 20:00. Bookings with minors that fail to follow this policy may be cancelled without refund and charged as a non-arrival.
Check-in: from 15:00. Check-out: 11:00, unless by prior arrangement with management.
Late check-out can be arranged at reception for an additional fee.
Photo identification is required for check-in. The accepted forms are a valid passport or EU national ID.
Linen and cleaning are included in every reservation.
Any additional cleaning of rooms, corridors and shared facilities resulting from disorderly conduct will be charged accordingly.
The property is 100% non-smoking. Violation of this policy will result in a fine.
No alcohol is to be consumed in the hostel rooms.
Tampering with fire alarms, fire extinguishers and other damage to the property will result in a fine and termination of reservation.
Please note that for the safety of guests and staff, electric scooters and / or bicycles are not allowed in the building at any time.
We only accept bookings of up to 9 people via Hostelworld, for groups of more than 10 please contact our group department directly.
We reserve the right to cancel group bookings which are not made in this way. Groups taking a whole dorm or apartment may be subject to a credit card security deposit, which will be refunded upon departure, and adherence to the house rules.
