Hotel bem localizado, com ponto de ônibus bem em frente à entrada e próximo de duas linhas do metrô. Check in foi fácil e descomplicado. Apesar de haver estacionamento no local, é quase impossível que consiga uma vaga nele, mesmo querendo pagar o valor cobrado, o que te obrigará a estacionar em um local um pouco distante. Café da manhã sem muita variedade e acaba incrivelmente cedo. Desci do quarto as 09:15 e já havia encerrado.

Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Auch die Lage des Hotels ist grundsätzlich gut. Dahingegen ließ die Sauberkeit im Zimmer leider sehr zu wünschen übrig (v.a. der Boden im Zimmer war sehr staubig schmutzig, auch am Badezimmerboden fand sich neben dem Mülleimer noch ein Papierl eines Vormieters). Die Ausstattung war meiner Ansicht nach nicht wie beschrieben, die 'Heizung mit Klimaregelung' welche wir lt. Zimmerbeschreibung haben sollten, bestand aus einem ins Zimmer gestellten Kühlgebläse. Auch den 'Kaffee-/Teekocher' konnte ich nicht entdecken, die Möglichkeit Kaffee zu kochen war definitiv nicht gegeben, nur der - ebenso angeführte - Wasserkocher samt 3 Beuteln Kamillentee war da.

Leider wurde der Boden in den Tagen in denen wir da waren, nicht gereinigt. Es lagen überall Staubflocken. Unsere Socken waren schwarz. Das Reinigungswasser der Putzfrau hatte auch die Farbe "schwarz".

Negative points are for sure the beds and pillows, no air conditioning, the staff is nice and kind but wasn’t really present, blinders let the light in.

Hotel Mocca is situated a few minutes walk from a major shopping street, which is great. It is about 20/25 mins walk into the Main centre of Vienna, with good Train Network (5 mins walk). The hotel was clean and staff were excellent. The decor was tired and in need of a refresh. Breakfast was very basic. Sausage & Egg, a few other bits. Still tasted good and didnt make a difference to us. Enjoyed the stay and would recommend.

Udemærket hotel, omend af lidt ældre dato. Vi havde nogle småting med værelset det første døgn, men personalet var meget hjælpsomme og udbedrede med det samme! Ligger i skønt kvarter med masser af skønne spisesteder og caféer og en generel hyggelig vibe. Der er dejlig stille om natten og heller ikke larm fra de andre værelser ☺️

Rent rom og god seng. Akkurat det stod til forventningene. De burde ha ferskpresset juice til frokost, slik bilde på nettsiden viser. Litt svett ost hvis man spiste frokost sent. Umulig å få tak i noen fra hotellet etter kl. 21. Burde vært et nummerert man kunne ringt.

Hotel Mocca is situated a few minutes walk from a major shopping street, which is great. It is about 20/25 mins walk into the Main centre of Vienna, with good Train Network (5 mins walk). The hotel was clean and staff were excellent. The decor was tired and in need of a refresh. Breakfast was very basic. Sausage & Egg, a few other bits. Still tasted good and didnt make a difference to us. Enjoyed the stay and would recommend.

Hotel bem localizado, com ponto de ônibus bem em frente à entrada e próximo de duas linhas do metrô. Check in foi fácil e descomplicado. Apesar de haver estacionamento no local, é quase impossível que consiga uma vaga nele, mesmo querendo pagar o valor cobrado, o que te obrigará a estacionar em um local um pouco distante. Café da manhã sem muita variedade e acaba incrivelmente cedo. Desci do quarto as 09:15 e já havia encerrado.

Die Lage ist gut, Bushaltestellen vor der Tür, die U Bahnlinien 3 und 4 gleich in der Nähe. Für einen Städte Trip reicht es,aber mehr auch nicht. Zimmer sehr klein und hellhörig. Der Boden war ziemlich schmutzig. Das Frühstück war ziemlich teuer, keine Auswahl und immer alles leer. Die Dame war so unmotiviert, ständig musste man betteln, dass nochmal aufgefüllt wird. Obst steht gar nicht zur Verfügung. Wir sind nicht anspruchsvoll, aber mal ein Apfel oder eine Banane sollte doch möglich sein. Aber die Damen an der Rezeption sind freundlich.
