We have technicians stay at this location because it is conveniently locates. However with this stay, my technician let me know that overall it was a good stay but not having the laundry facility available was a big inconvenience. We do hope that the concern is remedied by the time a tech has to travel out to Houston. Otherwise we may have to find another hotel. :(

I LOVED this hotel. Wanted something for a quick weekend get away and this is the perfect spot! I was worried it was one of “those” hotels but I was so wrong. The room is modern, extremely clean, and has a flat screen tv with plenty of channels and movies. Room also had an on the wall digital thermostat so you already know that a/c was spectacular. Bathroom is beautiful, with a walk in shower and plenty of toiletries. I did see a review that mentioned a leaky shower head, however the water was so hot it’s amazing! Pool is a decent size and even has a lounge area and outdoor bathroom attached. Only problem is hot tub was broken:( the jets work however it is ice cold water. Once they fix the hot tub, this would definitely be a hotel that has the whole package.

The only thing we didn’t like is the closing time for the swimming pool 8 pm it’s too early!!! At least 10 pm it’s a good closing time !!!! For that reader we won’t come back

Great location. When we arrived it was 8:00 pm and we were able to walk to a restaurant. We used the workout room in the morning and enjoyed a nice breakfast in the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable.

This hotel is always our first choice when visiting Houston. The location is ideal and convenient, surrounded by restaurants, fast food options, and a grocery store. It’s also near a Starbucks. Everything is amazing about this hotel. Inside, outside, and the surroundings were clean, quiet and modern. Fridge and microwave included, Dove soap, shampoo and lotion included. Great new, clean amenities. Cant beat this value for the money. I definitely recommend.

I stayed at La Quinta recently for a week for business and think the stay was okay. PROS: Beautiful lobby, staff were friendly, breakfast options okay, plenty of parking, and the area allowed for walking around, as well as restaraunt options. Convenient to jump on the freeway to Houston. Laundry facility good. Room was large. A/C worked. AREAS TO IMPROVE: The luggage carts were obviously dated because the wheels were wobbly and made it tough to push when loaded. Though I have seriously clean habits, I had to deal with a lone roach in the bathroom. Made me feel ick. Perhaps have a pest company spray around. Something I've noticed when staying in La Quinta's, the walls are very thin, so I heard the tv, children, and dog next door. I suggest bringing a white noise machine, that did help. Overall, great stay, I'd stay again.

The hotel was really nice! I didn’t give it an excellent because the tv and air wasn’t working properly. The tv would work and show the picture when you first turned it on but then after about a minute the picture would go out, you could hear the sound but it was no picture. The air conditioning was loud and made it a bit hard to sleep and if you turned it up over 70 the heat would come on (it was definitely struggling to work). I did inform the front desk and as sweet as the young lady was working at the first desk was, she never called back or offered me another room. I had been without power for 5 days due to the storm and it would’ve been nice to finally watch the news and get a good night sleep. Having said all that it was a nice hotel and I would definitely go back but would be on the look out for any of these problems again.

I can't say enough good things about this hotel. My sister actually stayed here for a week and the manager made her feel so safe! Was checking in on her and making sure she had everything she needed. I mailed a package for my sister and she received it from the front desk with no issues. I definitely recommend staying here. They aer very accommodating. Monica had soooo many nice things to say.

Website does not say that there is $150 deposit, upon my arrival the guy at the front desk was trying to charge me $150 deposit. This is a 2/3 star hotel, $150 is ridiculous. While he proceeded to tell me he will take it down to $100, that’s how much it usually is not an extra $50. Then I found out I had an extra charge pending on my account including with the deposit and the room charges when they checked me in the room. These pending charges take at least 5 business days if they fall off. This is very inconvenient and needs to be displayed on the website. Folks be aware of extra charges and deposit amount. If they could fix that it would be nice, the property is clean and quiet that’s a plus.

Overall the stay was just ok. The power in the hotel went out twice causing the AC to go out so needless to say it was extremely hot in TX in August so I had to get up and go to my car to sit in the AC. Also the night worker at the hotel kept asking my boyfriend if he was a guest and staying there and insisted on knowing our room number as proof every night. That was really upsetting and frustrating to say the least especially to keep asking every night it made him feel like he was being profiled. Lastly we waited hours for fresh towels.

This property was very comfortable. The staff members were extremely friendly and helpful. There are some restaurants within walking distance of the hotel if you did not bring a car; However, it is a bit far from popular tourist locations. Overall, this hotel provided excellent quality for an affordable price.

I definitely recommend this hotel, as it is in a safe place and only a 20-minute drive to the main city destinations. Parking is free, and I was not worried about my car getting broken into, as I saw in reviews for other hotels in the city. The hotel was clean, the room was clean, and the breakfast had a good continental selection! Stay here if you are iffy about other hotels in the city and need a clean, friendly, safe place to stay!

Staff was very Friendly. Breakfast was awesome!! Great location to get access to shopping, Pharmacy and various foods. Bathroom had all Dove products from Shampoo, Lotion& body wash which was wonderful. Beds were comfortable we slept well. Negative criticism, was shower. Soap dish was in the way, Tub spout, in shower was on the floor, not sure the purpose.
