This hotel is an absolute gem! Every single staff member was exceptionally helpful and kind, often going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They helped us arrange airport transportation in advance of our trip and were quick to respond to questions. Someone was waiting to open the door when we returned to the hotel each day and we were welcomed back by name by the front desk staff. Our room was beautiful and very functional with kitchenette, two bedrooms and two bathrooms- perfect for a family traveling to Mexico City. The location couldn’t be better. There are so many options for restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance in lovely Roma Norte. The hotel rooftop offers spectacular views of the city and is a great respite after touring all day. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again. Thanks to all the staff for making our stay so wonderful!

Xoma by Viadora was a fantastic experience. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure guests are well taken care of. The rooms were amazing, spacious, and clean. They look exactly like the photos. The beds were super comfortable. The property is located in a neighborhood that has many restaurants, cafe's, shops and a cute little park nearby. It was easy to get Ubers to and from the hotel. They have a fantastic restaurant on site with delicious food. The pool/rooftop area has a beautiful view of the city and they offer a free small breakfast every morning. I will be staying here on future visits and I am going to recommend the hotel to all my family and friends.

Can't say enough good things about this property. It's worth it to spend the extra bucks to stay here while in Mexico City. The hotel itself is very modern, clean, safe, and quiet (thick walls!). The neighborhood is very walkable - everything you could want is a short distance away, from food to coffee to groceries. The gym is very nice and we had it to ourselves every time. The street its on is not very busy so its a good spot to call an Uber. It's a perfect central hub for exploring Mexico City.

Our stay at Xoma was absolutely wonderful. The location is perfect everything is within walking distance, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive; a special thank you to Carlos, who went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and the sheets smelled incredible. Honestly, if I could move in, I would. Every detail made our stay unforgettable.

Xoma is a beautiful property, and extremely comfortable. However, for the prices charged, you shouldn't come back to uncleaned room after having spent a day sightseeing -- then negotiating with the front desk to get it cleaned.

Was very pleasantly surprised with the quality of this hotel!! Did not know what to expect as i was not familiar with this brand. We paid half price of what other chain luxury hotels were priced at for the same nights and got a huge 2 bedroom appartment with outdoor patio/balcony instead of a tiny room! It was quet, clean and very spacious. Bedding was comfortable, plenty of closets. 2 bathrooms made getting ready a lot more convenient too. Kitchen was fully staffed. Perfect location - walkable to all dining and entertainment!

Beautiful boutique hotel in the center of Roma Norte CDMX. We stayed on the top floor with an incredible view of the city. The room was equipped with a kitchen, living room, gorgeous balcony and a huge bathroom. Total luxury!!! The staff was very friendly and professional. We were close to restaurants and cafe. Overall excellent experience. You will love this hotel!!

Excellent location and the aesthetics of the suite were top notch. There’s a huge bathtub in the master bathroom, highly recommend to bring your own bath salts. They offered transportation, which we used only upon arrival but it was pricey compared to Uber. The restaurant on the property had a delicious pizza and cheesecake the kids couldn’t get enough of, the cocktails were weak. I would skip the complimentary breakfast, hard pass.

The property itself was great; the rooms, the building itself, the unique architecture. However, check-in was rough as the staff member was less than friendly and arrogant. He got the job done, but he was unfriendly and borderline hostile. After staying in other hotels in Dallas, Texas, San Miguel De Allende, and Queretaro in the immediate weeks prior to checking into Xoma (at an Omni property, The Rosewood, and a boutique hotel), it made the poor check-in experience at Xoma that much more disappointing by contrast. There were two men who attended to our check-in and both, surprisingly, possessed a similar negative energy/attitude. What helped us temper our response to their attitudes (and this review) was the warmth and urgent attentiveness of the bellman and the lobby/door attendants which was refreshing. Maybe they should train the front desk staff on how to engage with guests?

Stay was terrific but faced billing issues once returning to the U.S.. On arrival they asked for me to put down a hold for each of the 3 rooms that I booked with them. Their credit card machine was malfunctioning and they asked for me to return in a few hours as they held onto my credit card and I was happy to accommodate, these things happen sometimes. After a few hours I returned and the credit card machine was still not working and they asked for me to return the next morning to try again. Again, I had no issue with this since I can understand technical difficulties. Eventually the card was charged 3 times for the hold. Stay was great, clean facilities, central location, nice spacious rooms. It was not until my return did the headache occur. From the staff at Xoma, "In the last few days, we had problems with our bank returning your hold through the system. That’s why I dare to bother you by requesting the following information to make the process faster for your deposit". They requested, my swift code, bank account #, ABA, address etc. all things required for a money transfer but I was not okay with sharing my private information. Some wouldn’t bat an eye sending this information but at this point I’ve been dealing with them for days with this issue and I was not comfortable doing so. It's been almost 3 months since my stay and I'm still working on the dispute with my credit card company for holds on 3 rooms.

Their credit card machine was malfunctioning and they asked for me to return in a few hours as they held onto my credit card and I was happy to accommodate, these things happen sometimes. After a few hours I returned and the credit card machine was still not working and they asked for me to return the next morning to try again. Again, I had no issue with this since I can understand technical difficulties. Eventually the card was charged 3 times for the hold. Stay was great, clean facilities, central location, nice spacious rooms. It was not until my return did the headache occur. From the staff at Xoma, "In the last few days, we had problems with our bank returning your hold through the system. That’s why I dare to bother you by requesting the following information to make the process faster for your deposit". They requested, my swift code, bank account #, ABA, address etc. all things required for a money transfer but I was not okay with sharing my private information. Some wouldn’t bat an eye sending this information but at this point I’ve been dealing with them for days with this issue and I was not comfortable doing so. It's been almost 3 months since my stay and I'm still working on the dispute with my credit card company for holds on 3 rooms.

Xoma by Viadora was a fantastic experience. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure guests are well taken care of. The rooms were amazing, spacious, and clean. They look exactly like the photos. The beds were super comfortable. The property is located in a neighborhood that has many restaurants, cafe's, shops and a cute little park nearby. It was easy to get Ubers to and from the hotel. They have a fantastic restaurant on site with delicious food. The pool/rooftop area has a beautiful view of the city and they offer a free small breakfast every morning. I will be staying here on future visits and I am going to recommend the hotel to all my family and friends.

Xoma was a nice property. Our room was really nice. The service from the front desk people was less than desirable. We felt that the lady in the evenings didn’t want to really talk to us and seemed distracted on her phone calls. The man in the morning wasn’t pleasant. So the place was good and the people working in and around the hotel but not the front desk folks. Thanks

The front desk staff was amazing & the bell staff were super friendly and accommodating. We absolutely loved the aesthetic of the hotel and the area was wonderful! Super walkable and just lovely. Will absolutely be coming back to stay.

This hotel is an absolute gem! Every single staff member was exceptionally helpful and kind, often going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They helped us arrange airport transportation in advance of our trip and were quick to respond to questions. Someone was waiting to open the door when we returned to the hotel each day and we were welcomed back by name by the front desk staff. Our room was beautiful and very functional with kitchenette, two bedrooms and two bathrooms- perfect for a family traveling to Mexico City. The location couldn’t be better. There are so many options for restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance in lovely Roma Norte. The hotel rooftop offers spectacular views of the city and is a great respite after touring all day. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again. Can't say enough good things about this property. It's worth it to spend the extra bucks to stay here while in Mexico City. The hotel itself is very modern, clean, safe, and quiet (thick walls!). The neighborhood is very walkable - everything you could want is a short distance away, from food to coffee to groceries. The gym is very nice and we had it to ourselves every time. The street its on is not very busy so its a good spot to call an Uber. It's a perfect central hub for exploring Mexico City.

We came to CDMX for a girls’ trip and the XOMA was perfect! We stayed in a Luxe apartment, which was perfect for 5 of us. The area is close to lots of eating and shopping in Roma Norte. We felt very safe. The rooftop was great to hang out and the complimentary morning breakfast was very convenient!! Highly recommend.

Stunning hotel w amazing design. Huge, fabulous rooms w a beautiful roof deck that has a small pool and serves a small continental breakfast in the morning. Best part is the location in Roma Norte where all of the clubs bars restaurants and boutiques are located. It reminds me of Soho in NYC.

Fantastic. It felt so luxurious and everything was so wonderful. The staff was friendly and attentive. We felt extremely welcomed. The apartment itself was spotless and perfectly kept in good condition. We had a wonderful experience on our patio which is so unique. We enjoyed breakfast on the roof each morning as well as we had a nice night swim in the evening. We tried practically every restaurant within walking distance and never had a bad meal. Location is convenient to lots of great shops and eating. I can not wait to stay here again. It's the best building on the block. We were so pleased with this accommodation and are happy we chose this booking.

They offered transportation, which we used only upon arrival but it was pricey compared to Uber. The restaurant on the property had a delicious pizza and cheesecake the kids couldn’t get enough of, the cocktails were weak. I would skip the complimentary breakfast, hard pass.

This hotel is great with security (I traveled solo and am a female) the reception helps SO much with providing info regarding places to eat, visit, and explore.
