Very conveniently located, just 5 mins walk from Grand central station, 15 mins from times square, etc., yet no noise issues during the night to disturb sleep. Facilities are quite clean, and well equipped. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooftop lounge offers great views and a nice place to relax.

Expedia needs to update amenities for this hotel. When we arrived, there was no onsite parking. We had to park about 5 blocks away. There is no Bar/lounge. Per staff, it was shut down since covid. Overall, the rooms were nice and clean.

Disappointed. Advertised Amenities were absent. No restaurant. No bar. No on site parking. No cafe.just a coffee station. $25 resort charge that was not disclosed. Some staff courteous. One not so accommodating. Room was good size but dated. And window was drafty. So much air that the curtains swayed and very cold on that side of room. Mattress old and lumpy. I really wanted to like this place. Break my loyalty to big brands and try a chic boutique. Truly disappointed.

Excellent workspace/lounge area with conservatory terrace on 27th floor. Great views and coffee from bean to cup machine available all day. We bought bagels in to have with coffee every day for breakfast. Water dispenser with refillable bottles on every floor.

The location near Grand Central Station is convenient, but the hotel itself is in desperate need of upgrades and amenities. For the price (which was nearly $400 per night per room), we should have at least had a mini fridge and better storage. Daily maid service was missing, too. The staff at the front desk was very welcoming, but their kindness didn't make up for the dated decor in both the rooms and common areas. The only nice amenity in the building is a 27th floor lounge. However, despite its welcoming atmosphere, there is nothing to do up there if you don't bring your own food, drinks, and entertainment. There is a singular coffee machine, but no access to any other drinks, food or pastimes. Again, a hotel which would benefit from a makeover.

Beautiful hotel and one of the cleanest I’ve stayed in while in Manhattan! The linens are luxurious and the bed is so comfortable! Loved having purified, chilled water dispensers on every floor and access to complimentary tea and coffee on the 27th floor.

This is legit the worst night I've ever spent in a hotel. They put me in a room directly in front of the elevator, which no other hotel does. Constantly woken up by huge elevator noises that even earplugs couldn't help with. Told them the other morning and nobody cared.

Very good location at a safe and convenient place of Manhattan, the entry is small so you may miss it, but the reception is perfect. The only annoying point is the air conditioner, it makes too much noise when it works, sometimes it wake me up in the midnight. That’s the reason I gave three stars to the facilities.

A very nice property in the heart of the Grand Central Zone. I had a room on the 26th floor and other than some clanking notices from the elevator it was very quiet and had a great view. The 27th floor patio was lovely and the espresso/coffee machine there was just what I needed in the morning. Would stay there again.

At first the king bed room seemed small but once we unpacked there was a place for everything we brought. It was a bit crowded with our big suitcases but we managed a work around. We really liked the 27th floor common area where there were free expresso coffee drinks and an outside terrace with great views of the city. The location is ideal for getting to the subway and it is only a 10 minute walk to Times Square and the theaters.

Hotel was perfectly fine and conveniently located, but there were some annoying things to mention. Mostly I have to wonder what the architect and builder were thinking.Bathroom is both too big and too small. The shower, which is about 2x5' for some reason has the shower head mounted on the long wall spraying into the bathroom. Very awkward to try to get it to bend the right way. The shower control is mounted upside down. Hard to believe they installed, what? 100 of them without looking at the directions? The shower drain that runs the length of the shower (so you are kind of tipped over the whole time) had been punched down its slot so not filtering anything. I imagine it will just be weeks before the drain is so clogged with hair and little soap bars that it will back up. The extra toilet paper is mounted down and left of the toilet under the towel rack. If you don't accidentally pee on it in the dark it will be soaked anyway by the towel. And good luck finding another roll when you do run it which you will. The third bed, which we needed, is a chair that doesn't really fit in the room when unfolded. Again, how does someone design 100 rooms it whatever and not make sure it is all going to work? Also, there is a coffee machine on the desk in front of the TV, but no plugs. We had to move it to the floor... Again, no deal breakers, but just dumb. Maybe it was just our room on the second floor above the street. Very bright and very noisy. Friendly helpful staff!

This hotel was great! The front desk staff was incredibly nice, the free coffee and rooftop area is really nice. As well, the filtered cold water station on our floor was a big plus. Our room was quite big for NYC standards despite getting the cheapest option, so we were happy. Unfortunately, the AC unit/generator in our room was extremely loud and would wake us up throughout the night even when we turned off the AC. Not sure what it was but it was an inconvenience. Either way, we had a good stay!

The staff was exceptional. The room was so-so -- very compact, king bed was 72" X 72" rather than 76" x 80" so my husband\'s feet hung off the end of the bed. The bathroom had very limited storage so toiletries had to be kept on the floor, and the toilet seat did not stay up so had to be held up for my husband to use it. The hotel did have free laundry machines which was appreciated.

This hotel experience was somewhat rough. Firstly, the hotel is actually the Club Quarters Grand Central -- don't be confused by the name. Secondly, the expectation is that you check yourself in, create your own room key, etc. at the kiosks in the lobby. I actually don't mind this as it cuts down on wait times, but I know some people will dislike it. It's also a bit frustrating because the property charges the same as others in the area without the same level of service. That said, the few employees I did run into were courteous and helpful. Thirdly, some positives: While the room is SUPER small (to be expected), the bed was decently comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was great. There's a mini fridge, which isn't the standard in NYC. Lastly, I stayed for three nights -- not once did housekeeping check in. I ran out of toilet paper by the end, and nearly ran out of tissues. I know some hotels have modified their cleaning services post-COVID, which I totally get, but the fact that no one checked in over the course of four days and three nights was incredibly frustrating. Overall, I don't know that I'd repeat my stay here. It was 20 minutes away from the theater district (the reason I was staying) and only convenient if your main destination was Grand Central. Again, the rooms themselves were perfectly fine and the staff was nice -- you can just find similar hotels with a more personalized experience in a similar price range.

Eli was the absolute best!! One of the most genuine and nicest person I met in New York! Everything was super easy with check in and I even got my room early. Location was super convenient! My favorite part was the luggage storage. I didn’t have to stress about what to do with my stuff after check out and was able to knock off everything on my todo list before I left the city!

Incredible front desk staff. I requested a late check out but had to physically go to the lobby. Nobody answered the phone when I called twice. The late checkout cost me $50 for 2 hours. I didn’t get into my room until 7pm. Overall, a wonderful stay.

I would not go back to this hotel. Most of the staff is rude and they do not even let you speak as they interrupt you. The room is not cleaned daily as you have to request to be cleaned but even if you do they do not clean it until 5pm.

Excellent location - across the street from Grand Central, which has an excellent market to purchase snacks for your room, as well as a food court on the lower level. Multiple subway lines make it easy to get anywhere in the city within minutes. The hotel staff are outstanding - extremely friendly and helpful. Would not hesitate to stay again.

This hotel is well centers in Midtown Manhattan. Walkable to Central Station, Central Park, 5th Ave, Madison Avenue, Times Square and the broadway shows. The staff is extremely friendly. I will definitely be staying here on my trips to NYC.

Nice hotel, but my room didn't have hot water for sink or shower before 7am (bit frustrating as I had to be out by 7am on check out to get to the airport for my flight). Reception gave me a voucher for a future visit as an apology. There's no hotel breakfast but plenty of cafes in the local area.

The website for this Hotel is outdated. The hotel does not have a restaurant or bar. Therefore no room service either. Not a deal breaker for me but could be considered as misleading. The great thing is the location which is very central and easy walking to Grand Central, shopping, restaurants and Empire State Building. Great view from the 27th floor lounge. Right beside the Chrysler building. Staff were excellent, very polite, friendly and helpful. I would stay there again.
